Once upon a time, Joe Francis was a slimy creep whose worst crimes against women consisted of making millions by getting college girls drunk enough to coerce them into removing their clothes and doing things they wouldn’t normally do. Oh, and if the rumors are to be believed, he’s probably the one who gave Paris Hilton herpes. But now, you can add woman-beater to that list, after an epic fight at a club in LA last night. Joe punched and kicked former Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole after she did what every woman in America would love to do – threw a drink in his face. (Personally, I would have kicked him in the balls, but that’s just me.) Because every man knows that an appropriate response to having some liquid thrown in your face is to punch, kick, and throw someone to the ground, right?
Brody Jenner was in an epic fight outside of Guys and Dolls this morning, with Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis.
Jenner just spoke with us by phone. According to Jenner, he and his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, were at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw Francis hitting on an ex-girlfriend of his (Francis’), Jenner says “unrelentingly.” Jayde felt he was harassing the woman — whom Jayde and Brody know — and she threw a drink on Francis.
Jenner says Francis then pulled Jayde’s hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her. Security broke it up and Francis got dragged away — Brody followed.
Jenner says he started yelling at Francis and both men were ejected from the club.
Outside the club, Jenner says he tried to get back in to see Jayde but security wouldn’t let him. Jenner then saw Joe, punched him in the face, and then someone tased him and he fell to the ground.
Francis left the scene. The cops — who say a call came in at 2:46 AM for battery — came but no one was arrested.
Jayde tells TMZ she will press charges against Francis.
Jayde has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out.
UPDATE: Brody put the following message on his Twitter: “Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”
Is anyone really surprised that Joe Francis would physically assault a woman? After all, he has built an empire out of treating them like objects, so this is the next logical step. And I never thought I would say this about Brody Jenner, but he gets big points for stepping in. I wonder who exactly tased Jenner- perhaps one of Joe’s security thugs?

I am female, but I am so sick and tired of women who think they can throw liquids on people, especially when they should have just stayed out of other people’s business from the get go. That issue didn’t even involve Jayde. It was between her friend and that douche Joe Francis. Her friend is old enough to handle her own business.
I’m not excusing the other dude’s behaviour, but I will stand by my belief that every action has a reaction. One can never just assume the other party is going to respond in a rational way.
I don’t feel much compassion for either party or Captain-Save-A-ho-Brody. Jayde was sheity on The Hills as well. I guess she met her match in a dude who wasn’t going to take any of her Sh*t in Joe Francis.

I don’t get how Francis has SO MANY Hollywood connections? E! Online just reported Francis is getting sued for tax evasion. So, Francis is having his Hollywood buds testify on his behalf– which includes: Jack Nicholson, Jennifer Aniston, Vince Vaughn, and Orlando Bloom. WHY would these celebs be associated in ANY WAY with this creepy pornographer?

I don’t believe that what Joe did was right or justified but I have little sympathy for Jayde. Not because she got involved in a situation that wasn’t any of her business but because she perpetuates the mentality that guys like Joe have about women by stripping down to nothing and posing for pictures so that guys can oogle her and not learn that women are more than objects and deserve respect. Its a shame that she got injured, and I do hope that she presses charges, but she is part of the system that encourages men to disrespect women in this way and she should at least take responsibility (privately) for that.

I remember an episode of the Kardashians, where the Dina-esque mom raved about what a great friend of the family Francis was (they were mooching off him to spend time at one of his vacation homes). I wonder how this will affect the relationship. (Jenner is the Kardashians’ step-brother/step-son)

Francis just told E! that he didn’t hit Nicole but “accidently” pulled her hair, that Jenner beat him up, and that Jenner has a tiny penis (I’m not kidding). Nicole said Francis forced himself on her girlfriend (tried to kiss her), which prompted her to throw the drink. Then, Franics beat on her. Sorry, I think Francis is lyin’ trash and I hope he goes back to jail.

Besides, most of us here just really enjoy the idea of that wretched human being getting his comeuppance. Yes, it makes us horrible humans. but I like being a horrible human in this instance.
