The final “very special” episode of “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ will air on Monday, October 26 on TLC, and will feature favorite clips from past shows along with a question and answer period with mullet mom herself, Kate Gosselin. Kate will address questions sent in by fans. E! reports that the questions are likely to be non-controversial and network approved. People lets us know that more than 9,000 questions were submitted for Kate. TLC will have plenty of friendly questions to chose from along with all the hostile ones like “Why do you continue to exploit your children?” and “aren’t you ever going to fix your awful hair?”
Meanwhile Kate’s estranged husband, Jon Gosselin, is still operating under the assumption that he’s the “most photographed person on the planet” and is thus worth a lot of money. He asked a Florida radio station to pay at least $10,000 for a one hour interview, along with footing the bill for his transportation and four star hotel stay. Maybe he needs that money to put back in his joint bank account. He has to return $180,000 by next Monday, the same day the Jon & Kate final airs, or he could face contempt of court charges.
As Kaiser reported in our story about Kim Kardashian, Life & Style announces that it’s Gosselin-free this week. TLC probably won’t be Gosselin free for a while, as long as people are interested in Kate.
A commenter on E! says that the the little stunt pulled by the Balloon Boy Heene family may have doomed the family reality show, but I doubt that will be the case. If anything it shows the lengths people will go to in order to get a reality show due to the potential payoff. It takes a really clueless and/or callous person not to see that it’s a faustian bargain.

Well, like I said before. If there is something going on, why hasn’t the bodyguards wife chimed in on the betrayal? Everyone else has chimed in from repoters, to Michael Lohan. Why would his wife just stand by and let Kate get away with screwing her husband?

Never watched the show, never bought into the Gosselin’s b-s, and why? Because it’s all a big, fat lie. And, for about $35 at Supercuts, Mother of the Year can get a decent haircut and dye job. You think I’m kidding? Come on down to Bishop’s Corner in West Hartford, CT. They do a great job, and you only need a $5 tip.

Every time I think of “her” I see them all in the garage either with clay or pumpkins and her yelling at Jon about the mess from what they were doing and she wanted to clean it up right then and there.

At my parents’ retirement community bash the other night, which was packed with people and their relatives, my eyes were zinged onto two ladies, a mom and a daughter, with Kate’s hairdon’t, sporting full-on white chunky highlights. They looked HILARIOUS! They stood out like Halloween pumpkins. Might as well have a frizzy 80s perm as far as I’m concerned, being so garishly out of style. A Dorothy Hamill ‘do or an actual mullet would have been a giant improvement.

Here’s my idea for a show: Kate Minus Eight. Since Jon thinks it’s harmful for the kids to be filmed, everytime he has the kids, a reality crew follows Kate around by herself. She can hang out in bars, dress like a slut, take 2 men home with her, get every guy’s phone number she meets, drink like a fish and swear like a sailor, maybe take up smoking…why not cigars? Let’s see how that goes over with Jon. Of course it would be incredibly detrimental to her children as it would be “out there” forever, which is the fatal flaw to my plan.

@ sumo: like hell: I went to greatclips a year ago, boy they jacked it up, went back to have the manager fix it, she made it worse. NEVER NEVER again. I asked for bangs. they cut the sides into stupid 80’s triangles and the bangs were even worse!!!

After reading what she has said to Vanity Fair about how the kids are struggling and gee how come? Finally the world will be able to read with her own words, what an idiot she truly is! It’s disgusting that TLC continues to exploit the whole situation, and of course Kate trailing behind with her tongue/money grubbing hand held out just following along! I don’t know if she’s had an affair with that bodyguard, though in photos one could see that it could be possible. Nah … I just don’t think so. Perhaps in a Jimmy Carter kinda way! I’ve been adulterous in my heart doncha know!

After re reading the Vanity Fair article again, just to make sure I get it right - Kate didn’t want Jon. She wanted the divorce. Hmmm .. so use a man as a sperm donor, treat him like crap, take credit for work you didn’t do yourself, get all the money for that, then dump the guy? Yeah that sounds like someone who takes the high road alright. If I had any doubts at all about Kate, I don’t now. Boohooing on TV poor me, I’m so emotionally spent … and oh those horrible papparazzi! Oh let’s go for dinner at Nobu’s! Yeah. Whatever. At least I now know she’s still as useless as I thought she was. As for Jon, at least he ended the show. Now if we could just stop any more stories about either one of them.

Domestic Goddess: The only time I’ve disagreed with you. It’s perfectly obvious to me–and that’s based on lots of pictures–and I’ve seen them all. She does NOT need a freakin’ bodyguard–he’s even with her at a deserted beach–gimme a break. Plus, even Jon accused her of it long ago. I have read every article I can get my hands on, and I don’t have an ounce of doubt in my mind. This will eventually all come out. Editing this because I just read the post following your initial post. Yes, she ended it a year ago…NOT Jon. And that’s why I have defended Jon. POOF! Be gone with Kate…and Jon..but especially Kate.
