This week’s National Enquirer has a doozy from chatty ex-Gosselin nanny and former Jon Gosselin hookup Stephanie Santoro. Santoro claims that Jon Gosselin did a lot of cocaine that was witnessed by his bodyguard, and that he has a sex tape, which was also screened by the bodyguard. It’s all second hand information, but it sounds likely given the subject. TLC is currently suing Jon for breach of contract after he single-handedly stopped his family’s reality show with the network, their most popular show ever. Jon is countersuing, and alleges that TLC drew up a very restrictive contract that heavily favored the network along with working to limit his outside media opportunities. Part of TLC’s breach of contract claim is that Jon violated the “morals clause” of the contract. Illegal drug use and videotaping sexual activity would definitely fall under that category. Just ask Carrie Prejean how well her lawsuit worked out once her sex tape came to light.
The bodyguard who supposedly witnessed all this has been subpoenaed by TLC in the case against Gosselin. It’s worth mentioning that the sex tape is said to have been taken without Jon’s knowledge and to have been a set up, according to what the bodyguard told the nanny. That could ultimately work in Jon’s favor, but he’s going to get creamed in this lawsuit and in his divorce either way. There’s too much evidence of his multiple affairs:

Jon’s bodyguard Thomas Meinelt has been subpoenaed to testify in TLC’s lawsuit against Jon, and The ENQUIRER has learned Meinelt claims he saw Jon snort cocaine many times, and that he’s watched Jon’s secret sex tape!
“Tom told me that Jon was secretly videotaped having sex with a woman in Los Angeles in October, and he’s seen the tape!” said Stephanie Santoro, Jon’s former flame and family nanny.
“Tom said people close to Jon put a camera in his hotel room, and paid a girl to flirt with Jon and have sex with him.
“He also told me that he saw Jon snort cocaine on more than one occasion, and that the more Jon got into partying, the more cocaine he used!”
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, sources say Jon’s on-off GF Hailey Glassman sold and used cocaine while in college.

This guy is incredibly stupid and trusts too many people (along with being a massive jerk of course). He’s about to get his ass handed to him and he’ll be left with only visitation with his kids, a bunch of lawyer bills, and jobs showing up to promote stuff, which will dwindle down to nothing once he screws a few up. Good luck dealing with the mess you made, Jon Gosselin. Hope trying to re-live your 20s was worth it.

In addition to his serial dating over the last few months and partying, this guy is screwing up in a big way. Of course TLC is going to draw up a contract in favor of TLC. It should be understood that TLC is going to look out for their interests first and it is up to Jon and Kate to negotiate. Just ask all the artists who have been taken by their record company.
And he seemed perfectly happy to have his children filmed before he got cut out. Jon is not a parent…at least not a very good one so I think he is the one who has lost credibility.

I always said he was a jerk and the scum of the earth and hid it well for a long time, but you caught glimpses of it here and there when they were fliming prior to the divorce. I was married to a jerk like him and had to do everything. It is exhausting. To work full time as a nurse and then have children and have to care for a immature jerk that runs around on you and can’t keep his pants zipped. Been there, done that… many women have. Not saying men haven’t been in the same place. But, it is an exhausting place to be. emotionally, physically… every which way…for the spouse and the children…I don’t blame Kate for anything she has done. I tried to support 3 kids on an Rn income and I could barely do it. EIGHT? Almost impossible and the hours you have to work and the nightmare of trying to do their schedules if they want to do scouts and then church activities? Don’t judge. I hope she can totally kick the scumbag to the curb for her sake and the sake of those kids. He’s an immature, selfish ass. He has proven it over and over again. Kate has apologized profusely for her behavior, but look what she had to deal with…as I said NOT EASY…. it’s like being a single parent while married. The kids probably do miss the film crew, they have known them for a long time and I have watched the show since the beginning. The kids seemed to enjoy it. They never looked harrassed to me and that is something you can’t hide in a kids look, attitude or posturing…..Go stuff that Dr. Phil. This jerk self destructs whenever he wakes up in the morning….I hope Kate and TLC succeed in finally shutting him down.
