Chris Brown, idiot, poses next to bloodied Jean-Paul Gaultier

Chris Brown has made another public relations “misstep”. And no, I’m not calling a violent attack on his girlfriend a “misstep,” I’m calling all of Chris’s disastrous media relations post-beating “missteps.” Chris has shown himself to be a f-cking idiot when it comes to managing his own image, and I really and truly have no sympathy for him. Anyway, these are photos of Chris in Paris attending Jean-Paul Gaultier’s “warrior-themed” runway show. Since Gaultier loves his themes and loves his drama, he dressed up by applying some fake blood and bruises to his face. And there’s Chris, posing like a moron beside him, like Chris just gave him a beat-down.

It took us all of one millisecond to realise that this picture was a very bad idea – so WHY would Chris Brown do this?

Ok, so maybe he is as thick as he looks, but surely someone could have stopped him from taking this horrendously tasteless picture?

Given that the words ‘violent d-ckhead’ are synonymous with Chris Brown, posing with Jean Paul Gaultier (who must also be pretty dim) with a fake black eye and fat lip is not the best way to get past attacking Rihanna.

Which we assume he is trying to achieve by hanging out at celebrity parties and smiling like a complete fool.

[From 3 AM UK]

Fame Pictures notes that Gaultier’s show featured “pro-fighter themes and adorned himself in the same brutalized fake blood and bruises as his models.” If you were Chris Brown, and you were known around the world as the violent piece of sh-t that beat and strangled your girlfriend, wouldn’t you steer clear of any public event that used words like “warrior” or “blood” or “bruises” or “brutal”? Wouldn’t you only go to events that had the words “kittens” or “cotton candy” or “fluffy” in the description?

When I first saw this pic, I thought maybe someone gave the creator of the Jon-Gosselin-Douche-Wear line a beatdown for it. Then I realised it’s the wrong guy. My bad.

  2. Trevor says:

I saw these pictures yesterday and didn’t even put the two together. I was more fixated on why Jean-Paul had that shit on his face. Way to go, Kaiser? I fucking guess. Just as I was forgetting the whole “incident”, you go and bring it up again. WHO. CARES.

  3. Len says:

My god, why would anyone pose with this douche of al douches? Gaultier doesn’t have a clue who Chris Brown is I think.

  4. lucy2 says:

Wow, he’s even more stupid than I thought. Captions for this photo:
    “Chris Brown strikes again!”

  5. bo says:

I always think it’s funny when people say “Who cares.” Because it used to just be a diss, to say “Obviously you do.” But as I get older I realize that it’s really true.

  6. Tess says:

    This is actually funny.

Illustrates the wit and wisdom of Forrest Gump: “Stupid is as stupid does.”

  7. wow says:

    This guy. Lol.

  8. Haha hilarious. Comic relief of the day.

  9. waldemar says:

    But who invited him??

I hope that JPG doesn’t have a clue otherwise my respect for him is down. Chris should be blacklisted by everyone.

  10. slymm27 says:

get over it… for Petes sake move on… the guy did somethig bad last year, and it has to govern him for the rest of his life…..? damn! This is so boring!

  11. ien says:

@ len, you’re right gaultier probably has no idea who chris brown is.

yeah, chris is about as smart as a three day old piece of turd. and he dresses like a 6 year old. and he looks like a moron when he smiles like that. i pretty much hate him.

  12. Larissa says:

I don´t care about Chris Brown, and I don´t care about Rihanna…so yes, moving on

  13. Peach says:

Yeah. It actually is going to govern him for the rest of his life.
    Assault does that.

    And it should.

  14. anna says:

    DISAPPEAR CHRIS! Just GO AWAY.

Can we ban Chris Brown posts on Celebitchy? What’s the point giving this guy anymore attention?

Everytime I see news about him, it’s like a confirmation that the incident of him beating a woman down was validated and forgotten. He’s not being held accountable, he is still getting publicity.

PLEASE STOP POSTING ABOUT CHRIS BROWN!

  15. IceKitty says:

    This photo is PRICELESS!!!

    What an IDIOT 😀

  16. coucou says:

OH sh!t, this is like the Polanski rape victim standing next to his “wanted and desired” film spec – these people are truly fukced and twisted.

  17. *Lee* says:

The reason is won’t go away mostly is because Chris Brown has become the poster child for domestic abusers. Not because he’s the worst of the worst, because he isn’t. But because he illustrates so perfectly and publicly how an abuser really is.

Celebrities are involved in domestic violence scandals all the time, Chris Brown isn’t even the most shocking or violent.

But he has gone out of his way to illustrate to even a casual observer that he has zero remorse, which only means he shows no concept that he may have a problem. If you don’t think you have a problem, you do nothing to seek help for said problem.

By his own words and actions, he has shown that the only person he ever considers is himself. He doesn’t see anything shocking with anything he’s done, because he doesn’t really think he’s done anything wrong.

This is a man who did not just slap, or push his girlfriend during an argument. he viciously assaulted her, to the point she had to be hospitalized. He went out of his way to cause as much damage to her as he could in the situation. Given different circumstances, he may have killed her.

Given what happened, you would think that even just to save face, he would do SOMETHING to make it appear that this was maybe a one time thing, or that he was sorry, even if he wasn’t. It wouldn’t even take a lot of thought on his part, he could just look around at what other famous people in his position had done. The public doesn’t want to think the people we buy tickets to see and hear are bad people, this could have gone away.

So, maybe the reason people will never get past this one incident, is because it’s in our face how domestic violence really works. It’s not usually a one time thing, it’s a behavioral pattern. We want to believe that a person who is capable of something like this is a truly evil person. But he has shown us with every move he makes that it’s usually not. Chris Brown isn’t evil, he’s an ignorant, cocky kid, who really doesn’t get it. For him to realize how his behavior has affected others, he would have to have awareness that what he did was wrong, and take steps to correct it. Since he obviously does not have that awareness, it’s only a matter of time that the same, or worse, happens again.

  18. snapdragon says:

i cannot get over chris’s hideous pants. why does he always look like he’s wearing grr-animals?

  19. dan says:

oh irony, how sweet ye be. its clear chris browns strengths are not in the brain dept.

  20. Cinderella says:

I have zero doubt that Chris Brown is a sociopath. Maybe one day he’ll get his.

  21. anonymous says:

i knew you would comment on this, u live for it.

  22. irishserra says:

    Claaaaaaaasssssssy………..

  23. EMV says:

    gross

  24. juiceinla says:

Hilarious (the reporting) beyond idiotic (the posing). Glad he keeps doing himself in….

  25. Madchen says:

You know how when you were little you looked at the Magic Eye and tried and tried to see the hidden picture? And once it appeared you could never “unsee” it — it looked like it was always easily visible?

I used to notice this rapper with a Kiss Kiss video on my son’s iPod and never thought much about it until the beating. I can’t remember what he looked like before; now he just looks like some assclown who punches women.

  26. Sally82 says:

Perhaps none of you have seen the countless interviews where he has stated he takes it very seriously and is trying to be a better person. Where he says there is no excuse to hit a woman even though I truly think that is bullsh** because some women fight men with the know all that they can’t be hit back! He is posing with a famous designer! He is in the entertainment business! Hello people…how long should he hang his head in shame. He is frickin 20 years old…Charlie Sheen is back to work like nothing happened and he’s beat and threatened several women, 2 of which were his wives and the mother of his children!

  27. brittany says:

    haha this is hilarious. lol

  28. Dhavy says:

    Another Ike Turner

    Idiot! Can’t stand him

  29. jaundicemachine says:

    Well written, Lee.

Frankly, I find it disturbing to see so many cavalier posts about domestic abuse. The effort put into such callous, indifferent posts is almost as ugly as the assault itself. I hope some of you don’t have daughters/sisters.

  30. paola says:

for me chris still baby and needs help, sometimes people do stuff because of money without thinking about other feelings. so….may god forgive all of us.

  31. Funny says:

the funny thing is that everyone fails to realize that there is two sides to a story and that chris brown has taken all of the blame for what seems to be a jealous girlfriend and her bitching coming to a head i am not justifying him hitting her but if you gonna black list someone it should be the both of them because at least he confessed to what he did she is the idiot parading it around for record sells this picture is just another way of nothing letting a mistake in life be a mistake Plz just get over it everyone cuz its starting to get childish

  32. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz says:

No Funny, when it comes to domestic abuse, there is no ‘two sides to every story’. He did the beating. That is unacceptable. Therefore whatever ‘story’ there is is rendered redundant. At the end of the day, it boils down to choice. Dude made a choice. And now he has to live with the fallout of that choice and nobody is *obliged* to give him a so-called second chance.

  33. *Lee* says:

So, it’s okay to hospitalize your girlfriend/wife, if she is a “jealous bitch”? Hmmm, interesting theory, but I have to disagree.

Words mean one thing, actions mean another. Charlie Sheen is no better than Chris Brown, but he doesn’t get photographed at lavish parties within a few days of being arrested for domestic assault either.

He said he was sorry? How precious. So the interviews where he gave conflicting stories about the incident, and the parties where he went out of his way to be seen sending messages that he was laughing about it, and the other behavior was done by what, Chris Brown impersonators?

Who in their right mind would impersonate that talentless hack?

  34. andrea says:

yeah, i suspect JPG has no idea who chris brown is, but still, im sure JPG has “people” – who should/probably did know who he is and could’ve chucked him from the event.

  35. Michael says:

We all prown to sin,we are not perfect.I don’t see the reason why people make a big deal out of Chris’ violent actions.Yeah he was wrong,am not tryinng to side him,but all am saying is:how many men beat up their women and go free, many!!!!
If you find my comment offensive, well am sory I don’t share your point of view. The world will be better if we learn to forgive others for it will be easier for others to forgive us.
Lets move on people, for christ’s sake its 2010,a new beggining!! just maybe thats how the boy has moved on,try helping-the world does not need critics!!

  36. berthy says:

chris is the best.so stop your comments on him and say somethng good

  37. mzprncss says:

  38. filthycute says:

Rihanna is a twat. Chris Brown is a bigger twat.
