To be fair to Johnny Depp, I don’t think these are his pajamas, per se. I’m pretty sure this is one of his costumes for The Tourist, which seems to be back on its filming schedule after a brief hiatus last week. And before everyone starts attacking Johnny for his hot oiled hair (CB was gagging), I just have to say, I prefer this hot-oiled and groomed look he’s got going on now rather than the unkempt, dirty look he was rocking a few months ago. Johnny Depp looks like a mad man running through the streets of Venice, Italy in striped pajamas and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.
The mega star is shooting a new scene for the movie The Tourist, which co-stars Angelina Jolie, at the Mercato del Pesce on Monday. It’s the remake of the French film Anthony Zimmer and will be released next year.
The scene shows a stunt double leaping from a balcony, and then Johnny takes over and runs into the streets and into the marketplace.
The Italian police go after him and it appears he crashes into the fruits and vegetables. Luckily, the Sexiest Man Alive, was not injured doing any of these scenes.
Back in the states, Johnny’s 3D film Alice in Wonderland continues to dominate at the box office.

I wonder how it feels for Depp to have such a successful movie with Alice In Wonderland? Alice has been number one at the box office two weeks in a row – and it will probably be number one or two this week as well. And Johnny continues to wear his success so well, like a well-worn pair of pajamas. Ah, see what I did there?

You can so tell he’s filming from these pictures. He still looks good. The hair’s all I-just-woke-up. I sure wouldn’t mind waking up to that!

Agree, it’s a wig, there were pics of him right before the filming started, his real hair is much shorter.
Now that’s a problem with movies where superstars like JD are involved – we see photos of scenes being filmed almost daily. Add there trailers that give up all the best jokes, plot twists and visuals and in the end there is no point to go to the theater, because you will not see there anything you haven’t seen already.

I love Johnny, but that hair is not working. He looks like he either could be playing Inigo Montoya or the Count of Monte Cristo.
I don’t think it’s a wig – a bit of a weave maybe, because I don’t think he has that much poof to his hair.

I’m kind of liking the VO5 treatments – no one else could pull that off of course, but JD seems to make just about everything work.

I hope this is certainly better than Alice. My man and I saw it in 3-d a few days ago and to be honest, I was expecting waaaaaayyyyy much more. The Mad Hatter didn’t seem like so much of a stretch from Capt. Sparrow, it seemed like Hatter couldve been Sparrow’s red-headed doppelganger! And I was expecting a bit more witty dialogue. I mean, that was pretty much the whole point of the books, that the converation was so mad that it made sense. And the movie was based on through the looking glass, not wonderland.

I think he looks hot! Yummy.
I also have seen AIW and I really enjoyed it (don’t believe the critics). It might not be major Oscar material or anything like that, but it was a fun, entertaining movie that was gorgeous to look at (and worth seeing on a big screen because of that). I think that is all you can expect from a ‘Blockbuster’ these days…
