Here are some new photos of Reese Witherspoon out and about in LA with her boyfriend, CAA agent Jim Toth. Reese and Jim began dating like two seconds after Reese and Jake Gyllenhaal broke up, but I’m not thinking this is just some rebound relationship. For Reese and Jim to walk around in public together is a big step for someone like Reese, who usually keeps her relationship/romance/personal stuff very quiet and low-key. Of course, they’re wearing hats that sort of disguise them, so maybe this wasn’t planned. But it looks staged. Is she trying to show Jake that she’s over it? Could be. A “source” even told Us Weekly that Reese and Jim are totally “hot and heavy.”
Reese Witherspoon stepped out with new boyfriend, Hollywood agent Jim Toth, over the weekend, holding hands during a romantic stroll in Ojai, Calif., Saturday — the day before the actress’ 34th birthday!
The two have been together about two months, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal.
A source recently told Us Weekly they “started as friends, and it developed into more.”
Toth, 39, works as an agent at L.A.’s Creative Artists Agency, and though Witherspoon is with CAA, he doesn’t represent her.“It’s hot and heavy,” a source recently told Us. “They’ve been on some dates and she’s been to his house,” added a Toth source. “Jim’s a charmer.”

If you want to see Toth’s face a little better, try this photo. He looks like the love child of Ron Livingston and John Krasinski. Which is actually really hot, if you like tall, gangly dudes with good jawlines. Which is pretty much my type, so I’m all over him. As for whether Reese and Jim are truly “hot and heavy” – uh, I doubt it. Just because Reese doesn’t really strike me as the “hot and heavy” girl. Now, if this gangly hot dude was with me, we would be hot and heavy.

I really like Reese, she is a great role model and actress.. I dunno, I don’t necessarily think going public with all of her relationship will improve her image, although she doesn’t really need to work on it..

Well, if Toth’s a Southern guy, he’ll have that as a bonus going for him. He’s got the flip flop thing going against him, but that’s just me.
He is pretty cute, but she does seem to be moving awfully fast with this one. She always seems so cautious about not holding hands or even making happy faces with guys until they’ve been unofficially not dating for a few months.
OR, she wasn’t really all that into Jake, so she’s been a while without a serious guy, really. Conspiracy theories abound..

RW and her PR team said that Jake was JEALOUS of the kids spending time with MUMMY ( while she spends most of her time with HERSELF, HER FRIENDS & HER BOYFRIEND!!!).
Jake was too much demanding, take her away to her kids ( she want spending more time with them; that’s right she dumped him RIGHT?! L.I.E.)
