The most fun you can have as an actor is to get nominated for some stuff but know that you’re not going to win, combined with your film marching towards Best Picture domination. That’s where Chase Infiniti and Teyana Taylor find themselves in this awards season. One Battle After Another is going to pick up major awards for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay. Several actors from OBAA are going to be nominated across the board, including Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn, Leo DiCaprio and Teyana. But Teyana and Chase are probably going home empty-handed for the most part, so they get to attend all of these shows, celebrate their movie, network, and party.
I’m including photos of Chase and Teyana at last night’s Critics Choice Awards and at the Palm Springs International Film Festival over the weekend. Chase got a brand-ambassadorship with Louis Vuitton last year, and she’s LV’s newest favorite. LV is having so much fun dressing her, and she’s having a ball wearing these pieces. I prefer her Palm Springs dress (the pink look), but her caped, midriff-baring yellow look at the CCAs was really cool. She really pulled it off. As for Teyana, she wore Saint Laurent (menswear) to the CCAs, and Miss Sohee in Palm Springs. She’s also having a blast, and she and Chase are super-cute together. Mother & daughter (on screen, at least).

Beautiful ladies, beautiful dresses! Benicio looks SO TALL in that group photo. Reminds me of our family pictures – I am 5′ 9″ and my brother is 6′ 4″ while his wife is 5′ 1″ and our mom is 5′ 2″ so we tower over them! LOL
Teyana Taylor is fierce! Chase Infiniti too. Both are beautiful, can’t wait to see more looks from them as the awards season continues.. I watched One Battle After Another this past weekend and I really liked it. Well done, suspenseful, gripping storyline, great acting.
