Lindsay Lohan tries to go back to a healthy ginger shade, still looks like a junkie

fp_5706480_lohan_lindsay_pod_091010

It’s not really red though, is it? It’s like ginger mixed with a pink tinge. I’d imagine it’s difficult to go back to her natural deep red hair, after years of damaging it with breaching, extensions and whatever that dark stuff was. Much like Britney Spears and her pink wig, I think the harbinger of Lindsay Lohan’s doom is always her bleached hair. Sure, she’s still a crackhead with red hair and black hair, but the shenanigans are kicked up a notch when she’s blonde. All of her big legal troubles come when she’s blonde – all of her booking photos have been as a blonde.

So, in that way, the red is an improvement. A whole new Lindsay! But she still looks like a junkie, doesn’t she? The newly red hair is thin, lank and dirty, and Linds is still giving me junkie vibes. Oh, well.

One last thing – remember how Snooki’s sentencing judge called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” and Dina Lohan got on her overly medicated high-horse and said that she was “very disappointed” in the judge? Well, Snooki wasn’t happy with the comparison either. She told People Magazine, “I definitely thought it was harsh. I never drank and drove, I don’t do drugs – I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard.” Damn, she’s right. Snooki was just a drunken public mess, and pretty harmless. Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan is going to kill someone one of these days. By the way, how great is it that Snooki doesn’t even want to be compared to Lindsay?

even snooki won’t cop to bein like lidnsay… the end for linds is definitely near

  2. wunderkindt says:

    A junkie w/red hair extensions!

  3. Mia says:

When some trasy girl like Snooki doesn’t wanna be compared with you, damn you sucks…

  4. Eleonor says:

When even Snooki takes distance from you, you’re OVER.
    Her lips are disgusting.

  5. Lem says:

help me out: what happened to 90 days in rehab?

  6. Stephanie says:

Someone needs to stop the Lindsanity. Please.

  7. mina says:

god i remember a few years back(mean girls era),i envied her red locks sssooooo much!!she used to be so damn hot…what the hell is wrong with her lips??

  8. Amy says:

Ugh, I’m way too hungover to look at her gummi worm lips and leggings in the morning. Go away, LiLo!

  9. Tinks says:

I went from blond to red once, and it does start turning pink when you wash it. Red is notoriously difficult to keep up.

  10. denise says:

I like her better as a red head, but this color looks too artificial.

  11. Fluffy Kitten Tail says:

Certainly not an attractive shade of red.

  12. Faye says:

Tinks, I had a real hard time keeping up the red too. But then I switched stylists, and she uses Redkin color and it only fades a little, and it fades quite prettily. The color I do is called paprika, maybe you can ask your stylist about it?

  13. Lady Jane says:

Is ‘drank and drove’ proper grammatically? Hmmm.

  14. Beth says:

She needs to stop wearing leggings.

  15. Tia C says:

That is HILARIOUS that a dreg like Snooki is insulted to be compared to Lindsay. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Dina. LOL!

On a side note, I am glad she’s leaning back towards red hair. You’re right, Kaiser, blonde is not good for her, in many ways.

  16. Stephanie says:

Do you remember her in Parent Trap?

  17. Marie says:

Red, blonde, black, brown, it doesn’t matter a skunk can’t change it’s stripes.

  18. Hautie says:

Once you are a high lift blonde/bleached blonde, darker dyes do not attach well. So the color just washes back out in about 2 weeks.

She would need to go back in and have the extensions removed. And have new darker ones installed. Then dyed auburn for it to look like a color Mother Nature intended someone to be.

But if Lohan really wanted to straighten out her hair, she needs to cut it off and let it grow.

That is remove all extensions and get a great cut on what little natural hair she has left.

  19. SammyHammy says:

She would look much, much better if she would let her lips return to their natural size.

  20. Kate says:

Is she walking next to a cop?

  21. hellen says:

She’s walking next to an LA County Sheriff’s Dept. officer.

  22. locagirl says:

She ruined her looks with those horrible lips. Snooki is not nearly as moronic as Lindsay…even though she IS completely braindead.

  23. Jules says:

    They are both useless.

  24. Ashdien says:

Are you like obsessed with this girl? She can’t even fart without it becoming a topic here. I enjoy this site, but you are seriously taking it over the top with your 3000 lindsay-topics.

  25. oxa says:

E online says she will make a surprise appearance at the VMA’s.

  26. Iris says:

“Are you like obsessed with this girl?”

    I don’t think Lindsay has had a story on celebitchy for a while. “3000 lindsay-topics?” You’re exaggerating a bit, @Ashdien.

  27. mollination says:

I love that both of these people think the other one is the *real* rock-bottom….god what a clueless world we live in that either of these useless assholes gets special treatment.

  28. ch says:

    remember that south park chapter?
    something about britney must die…
i´m having the same feeling with this girl
we won´t be happy until there´s a sacrifice or the ultimate redemption…
    can´t wait

  29. Ashdien says:

    @ Iris

The last story about Lindsay is from 9/9. You call that a while?

  30. Jackson says:

Is it really that difficult to get a head of hair colored so it all matches? I’m thinking she’s not hitting herself up with Clairol in her bathroom, so why can’t someone make her hair look decent??? Ugh. That shade is all wrong for her – for anyone, really. Too orange. I think she looked best either with the lighter reddish brown and highlights or that darker shade of auburn she had at some point. And yes, she still looks bad. I guess all that clean living is catching up to her.

  31. Kloops says:

Looks like a junkie. Totally. I can’t believe she doesn’t recognize how awful and ridiculous her lips look. And it looks like she’s had them recently re-done! She *chooses* to look ridiculous. She must be either a junkie, a narcisisst, or both. There is no other logical reason for this freak show.

  32. Sumodo1 says:

Yes! A fresh start for Linds–a hair cut, not wearing leggings and boots in the middle of summer. Making healthy friends, like hang out with Chelsea Handler who is older, smarter and looks great without tons of makeup and junk on. Maybe eat a sandwich.

  33. Ursaline says:

Girlfriend needs to give up on the leggings.

  34. Michael says:

Have any of you seen a junkie before?

  35. funnygirl says:

I don’t think she looks that bad. She needs to let her hair go back to its natural shade of red and just stop getting collagen in her lips. Aside from that, shes wearing clothes a lot of girls her age wear-that “grungy” look is popular. She *has* defo looked a lot worse…the leggings arent the best look for her cos her weight is actually more healthy than its been in a while and leggings only really suit the stick thin or very tall and stick thin girl.

  36. freckles says:

She looks soo much better as a redhead.

  37. I always find it so hard to believe that no one around her will let her know how bloody awful the lip injections look. Of course, she surrounds herself with enablers, which I still maintain is her fault as much as theirs.

  38. jen says:

She looks like the Incredible Mr. Limpet.

  39. Chris says:

Wow, in these enlightened times where people pride themselves on not being racist, sexist or homophobic it’s amazing how socially acceptable it’s to make hateful, bigoted and vitriolic comments about people who have substance addiction issues, especially when you consider that the majority of experts in the field consider addiction to be a health rather than moral issue. I’m not just talking about Lilo here I’m talking about addicts in general.

  40. OC lady says:

I like her as a redhead. But I think she will change it in a few weeks anyways. She can’t seem to settle on one hair color.

Also, I think she really needs help. She doesn’t seem to have gotten it yet. Her interview is filled with fantasies and delusions. What Hollywood career? She needs to have a chat with Robert Downey Junior on how to kick-start her life before she thinks about the career.

  41. Claire LK says:

OMG what the hell is wrong with you people, this poor girl is very young. The mistakes she made is the sad part of fame without boundaries and rules. She is still a very young talented young women and she has her whole life ahead of her. The tabloids has to sell the poison and to attach a young person, 24/7 is sick ! and it needs to stop ! It is wrong !

  42. Innocent says:

It sucks when even Snooki is dissing you
Snooki’s response could have been nicer especially when she was partying with her earlier.
She must be doing GREAT with her therapy and probation considering she was allowed to go to NYC.

  43. Iris says:

@Ashdien That was 24 stories ago. You call that obsessed?

I didn’t read that story, and no one forced you to either.

  44. Messenger says:

Lindsey Lohan is a twenty something who is famous, talented and rich. Do you remember what you were like at twenty? Well I do. I was a partyier. I did drugs, I drank til I passed out, I slept with whomever I wanted and I had a blast. No I am not rich and famous and seeing how there is a camera constantly up Lindsey’s ass, I am glad about that! I cannnot imagine the pictures, videos and scary headlines there would have been about me or any one of my friends if we were scrutinized, followed and hounded the way this poor girl is. My opinion? She is a beautiful young woman who is kind of wild and irresponsible. Yes she has done some scary stuff but every time I have ever heard her on a talk show or in an interview, she is rational, thoughtful and sweet. Here’s a thought: leave her the hell alone! If she is still doing this same shit when she’s forty, she’s all yours, but until then, let her live her life.

  45. Crash2GO2 says:

@Chris: She was cleared of addiction by the docs at the UCLA addiction treatment center.

  46. RaraAvis says:

She’s not a junkie. She’s not stupid. She deliberately chooses the low road, which is much, much worse.

Red hair color is mostly mineral. The minerals deposit in the hair and don’t go away, while the colorant fades. That’s why so many pseudo-redheads get that orangatang color. Red hair can be obtained on virgin hair, but add in past minerals and it’s a bitch. Her stylist did pretty well, considering what they were working with.

  47. Chris says:

@Crash: as I said, ” I’m not just talking about Lilo here I’m talking about addicts in general.”

As for Lilo being cleared of addiction, I’d debate that. While other mental health issues may be at play substance misuse as been a reoccurring theme in her life. It might not necessarily be a case of one or the other, she’s probably suffering from co-morbidity. Anyhow, I’m still disappointed when people, who are progressive about things like race, sex and sexuality, make bigoted generalizations about addicts and for that matter non-addicts who use drugs; it makes them sound as ignorant as the rednecks they condemn.

  48. CB Rawks says:

“She’s not a junkie. She’s not stupid. She deliberately chooses the low road, which is much, much worse.”

    EXACTLY! Well said!

  49. gg says:

Her hair looks 1000% better in her famous red shade. Unfortunately though, she’s bleached and dyed and bleached and dyed so many times in a short period, that if she tries to go red now it’s never going to hold the color. It’ll just keep turning pink every few days. It’ll have to grow out.

If she had two brain cells to rub together, she’d take this opportunity to chop it all off and start a totally fresh new look, and quit shooting up her face and quit all the toxins. That would take a giant miracle to happen though.

  50. bb says:

@Ashdien – the site you must be thinking of is TMZ. Harvey from TMZ is beyond OBSESSED with Lindsay and her white trash family. Thankfully, we only get the occasional Lohan story on Celebitchy.

About Lindsay’s hair – the color is quite good considering how much she’s changed it in so short a time but she really, REALLY needs to lose those ratty extensions. They are pretty much the worst thing you can do for your hair and scalp – check out the latest pictures of Britney’s bald patches and ripped-up hair. She’d look great with her hair just below her shoulders.

  51. kate 2.0 says:

@michael: good point. LL does not look like a strung-out “Skid Row” junkie. But she certainly does not look like a young woman who has earned millions of dollars and been given infinite privileges and opportunities.

@Chris: you are right to a certain extent. But people criticize LL not because she’s an addict (which she says she isn’t), or at least not only because she abuses substances (and puts others in harm’s way as a result). She refuses to take responsibility for ANYTHING. Her behavior has consequences – doesn’t yours? Mine does, and it did when I was 23 and making mistakes too. So too bad so sad that hers is chronicled in the media but she craves fame, she has to live with it. She only dislikes it when its not on her terms.

Remember – all of this jail/rehab crap happened because she was all f****ed up on blow and she got behind the wheel of someone else’s car acting like she was on Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. It was a crimes and she could have killed people. THAT is why she went to jail – she had a chance to avoid it by going to her classes (like EVERY SINGLE OTHER Californian with a DUI, including me). But none of it was her fault, of course. I have all the empathy in the world for addicts – its a terrible disease. But there is waaaaaaaay more to it with LL. There comes a point in life when you have to stop blaming your parents, your childhood, whatever, and take responsibility for the person that you are – being an addict doesn’t prevent, or excuse you from, that. Plenty of non-addicts never do (I’m related to most of them) so that is no excuse. She is not a child. She is an adult who lacks any capacity for critical self-analysis, making her a potential threat to herself and others. In other words….she comes across as an asshole, regardless of the drugs.

And people should stop blaming Hollywood, fame, whatever. Excuses are like assholes – everybody has one and they all stink. She may deserve empathy for her addiction issues, but she deserves NONE for her refusal to grow up.

  52. Johnthing says:

I think that she thinks those nasty fat lips look good.

  53. Ashdien says:

@ Iris. I can typ and read whatever I want whenever I want :). No one is forcing you to read or respond 🙂

  54. Eleonor says:

Being young does not mean being stupid.
Lindsay had a lot of chances most poeple can’t even dream about, but she fucked up everything. Angelina Jolie was a mess too in her twenties, but she worked, she did a lot of movies in her dark period, but she was smart enough to stop herself at a certain point.
Lindsay no, and being a total mess is the only way she has to stay relevant. She’s using all her troubles to remain famous.

  55. Andrea-2 says:

    @Eleonor
Agreed, but I think we need to remember that Angelina had a loving, supportive mom and Lindsay has, well,…

  56. Dhavy says:

once a crackhead, always a crackhead

I keep thinking she’s starting to look like Dana Plato from Different Strokes. She’ll probably end up like her too.

  57. Eleonor says:

Andrea-2 yes Angie had a beautiful mother, but on the other side we can think to the son of Farrah Fawcett, or Michael Douglas, their parents tried everything to keep them away from troubles and jail but it didn’t work; they’re always a mess.Having a supportive family is important, but you must really want to change your life.

  58. Lindsay says:

@Sumodo1- She drinks like a fish. Even titled her book “Are you there Vodka? It’s Me Chelsea.” Not the best friend choice for her.

  59. Ruby Red Lips says:

She looks like a knackered old junkie hag – & what is with the hair – does she think by dying it this hideous colour she looks like she used to???!!

& her face seems to have changed shape – it used to be rounder but now seems much longer and thinner with a huge double chin…and don’t mention those lips

Oh & on a side note, IMO Innocent is Kermit – just toned down – wait until he/she starts wailing on about just wanting an intelligient discourse about celebs!!?

  60. Confuzzle says:

How many of the Lilo apologists/tards are from the same IP, I wonder.

  61. Chris says:

I don’t consider myself to be a Lilo apologist. I’m more about opposing people who try to dehumanize “junkies” by thinking they can vent all manner of bile and hatred toward them simply because they’re addicted to drugs. People with those sorts of attitudes are just as narrow minded and bigoted as racists, sexists or homophobes. Addiction is a health problem and condemning people for being addicted to drugs is akin to condemning people for being anorexic or bipolar.

  62. Eleonor says:

@Chris what about all the people who had addictions and were able to change life and get sober, without all the chances Lilo had?

  63. aenflex says:

Her puffy lips and the fact that she’s walking alongside a deputy sorta ruins the effect.

  64. Sandy says:

    This is a non-story

  65. Ruby Red Lips says:

Chris – Lindsay chose to take drugs, whereas peoplw with anorexia or people with mental health issues didn’t choose these illnesses

Lindsay decided to party and now she can’t stop – she is responsible for her addiction, and how is she supposed to get better or be more aware w/o that self-responsibility

Addiction is an illness, but you cannot say it is the same as anorexia or mental illnesses – it requires choice to become an addict

  66. anoneemouse says:

I guess it’s hard to feel sorry for someone that screws up their life, blames everyone else for it and then even denies there is a problem. Read her Vanity Fair interview. How many chances can a person get?

  67. Missy Aggravation says:

Chris et al – I made a lot of mistakes in my early twenties, too. I partied hard, I snorted prescription pills, and I drank until I passed out most nights. I made a lot of poor choices that hurt people I loved. Some of it was being young and dumb, but a lot of it was self-medication. I was extremely, suicidally depressed, and my behavior reflected such.

But the big difference between myself and Lindsay – I have taken accountability for my mistakes. I’m wholly ashamed of the person I was and the things that I’ve done, and I aim to never be that person again.

I’ve recognized the impact my behavior has on others, and I work hard every day to fight against my baser instincts. To fight the selfishness of apathy. Because at the end of the day, I’m the only person who is responsible for the choices I make.

It’s a question of accountability (and to a lesser extent, humility). Any recovering addict will tell you as much.

  68. Chris says:

People may choose to take drugs but they don’t choose to become unmanageable, irresponsible, drug addicts and most people who take or try drugs don’t end up that way, so the ones who do obviously have a psychological or genetic issue that leaves them predisposed to becoming addicted.

“It’s a question of accountability (and to a lesser extent, humility). Any recovering addict will tell you as much.”

But a lot of recovering addicts (particularly in the USA) also say that they are powerless over the disease of addiction; if that’s the case shouldn’t they be treated like sick people rather than bad people?

  69. Ruby Red Lips says:

Chris, I agree to a point but just think that all people know the risks of drug use, even casual drug use, and the addiction risk but still choose to take drugs so therefore they are fully responsible (something Lindsay isn’t able to admit to)

Ok so some people may try a drug due to peer pressure or youth or experimentation, but they are still choosing to take drugs whether they have an addictive personality or not

Drug addiction is a sad state and ruins lives and destroys families, nbut by choosing to take drugs the person is taking the well known risk and that is their choice

Surely the issue shouldn’t be about how ‘sick’ these people are but about finding a method that properly educates people about the risk of how experimentation can lead to serious drug addiction

  70. Messenger says:

Someone made the (excellent) point about parentage. We are the products of our early upbringing. It is up to us as adults to undo the damage or finish the job our parents started. When you have a deficit childhood a lot of people self-medicate because as we all know kids blame themselves. So we are self-loathing/ blaming until we start to deal. Lindsay is an intelligent person, maybe the media and many who watch her want to make her their personal whipping boy but i do not. Every one has their own time table and their own process. This is a phase that many pass through. I think Lindsay’s mom does love her, she might not be the strongest role model and basically Lindsay is raising herself. She has and will make mistakes. Her “advantages” are nothing. This is the circumstance she was born into. Let us not forget her advantages were largely due to her own talent and hard work at a very young age. She is still sorting things out. I have every confidence she will continue to do so. She has a very strong spirit. It and she will prevail.

  71. I’ve put on yuor web blog to my stumbleupon site.and I sent this advice content of your site to a many friends of mine.
