A month ago, Radar/Star Magazine had an interesting Lady Gaga story that barely anyone paid attention to. *CLAPS HANDS* Wake up! This is interesting Gaga gossip! Anyway, Radar/Star said that Gaga’s relationship with her hot piece, Taylor Kinney, was cooling down, and she was already creeping back to her drunk-faced, Trace-Cyrus-looking ex-boyfriend, Luc Carl. Well, now Us Weekly is confirming that Gaga and Taylor Kinney are indeed over. Which just proves that Gaga needs to learn how to lay back and enjoy the pretty.

Lady Gaga recently hit the road — and told beau Taylor Kinney to do the same!

The pop singer, 26, and the Vampire Diaries star, 30, are now “on a break,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “She will be touring nonstop until next year and has found she can’t have relationship at the same time.”

The insider adds that the performer will have her hands full recording her next album while on the 110-show tour. “There’s just no room for anything else. Her work is all-consuming.”

Still, the couple of 10 months weren’t exactly destined for the altar, says the friend.

“Taylor was all about himself, a typical actor, and didn’t completely get Gaga,” says the friend.

And maybe she liked him for the wrong reasons. Says the pal, “She loved that she got this guy who everyone thought was hot! But it was never going to last.”

The actor “was never that attentive to her,” the source adds.

Wow, they really make it sound like Taylor was/is a d-bag. Well, he IS an actor – what did she expect? At least he sort of had a job. Unlike Luc Carl, who (I’m just guessing) is probably being financially supported by Gaga in some capacity. The thing that I liked about Gaga with Taylor Kinney is that he was the gender-reversed “rock star’s model girlfriend” for Gaga. She’s the big star, and Taylor was just her pretty eye-candy. I liked that. Here’s hoping that Gaga either stays single for a while or she finds another pretty piece to take on the road.
