Aishwarya Rai shows off her criticized figure at UN dinner: still gorgeous?

Aishwarya Rai is a goddess! These are new photos of Aish at the United Nations “Every Woman Every Child” Dinner last night in NYC. The United Nations opening has drawn so many world leaders and international activists to New York this year – they’re also in town for the Clinton Global Initiative too, by the way. Anyway, we haven’t talked about Aish since May, when Indian critics and bloggers went f—king crazy criticizing Aish for not losing her postpartum baby weight soon enough. There were some in India who felt that Aishwarya was “letting her people down” by not getting back to her old figure soon enough. Rai appeared at the Cannes Film Festival one week later, and she still looked magnificent, so I don’t get why this whole thing was such a BFD.

As you can see in these photos, Rai is still gorgeous, and she still a voluptuous woman. That’s all I really have to say – she looks great. I wouldn’t mind if she changed up her style a bit, but maybe she feels like she has to wear more traditional Indian clothing when she’s overseas, like she’s a representative of Indian style. Rai was at the dinner last night because she’s just been named the newest international goodwill ambassador to UNAIDS:

The United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) has appointed Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as its International Goodwill Ambassador. She will raise global awareness on protecting children from HIV infection and increasing access to antiretroviral treatment.

The appointment came a day before the start of the annual debate at the UN General Assembly. Aishwarya has been involved in humanitarian issues for many years and will now have a special focus on HIV/AIDS, Xinhua reported. At a press conference Monday, UNAIDS Executive Director Michel Sidibe welcomed Aishwarya to the UNAIDS family.

“Mrs. Rai Bachchan is respected and admired by millions of people around the world,” Sidibe said. “I am convinced that through her global outreach, Mrs. Rai Bachchan can help UNAIDS reach its goal of eliminating new HIV infections among children by 2015.”
Speaking on this occasion, Aishwarya said: “I am honoured to accept this appointment. Spreading awareness on health issues, especially related to women and children, has always been a priority for me,” she said. “And now, as a new mother, I can personally relate to this — the joys and concerns of every mother and the hopes that we have for our children.”

“I strongly believe that every baby should be born free from HIV. And I wish that every woman living with HIV stays healthy and has access to treatment. I promise that with UNAIDS, I will do my utmost to make this happen,” she added.

Aishwarya worked as a model before starting her acting career, and won the Miss World pageant in 1994. She has starred in films in various languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.

[From The NYDN India]

Good for her. Do you know what’s always bothered me about the UN, NGO and American efforts to fight HIV/AIDS in developing nations? They put most of the focus on treating HIV/AIDS rather than prevention. There’s not enough money going to prevention, because putting money into prevention means putting money into condoms and sex education and preventive reproductive health care for women, and the men who control the purse strings don’t want to do that.

She has an amazing face, if she is happy with herself let her be.

    • Kim says:

She is beautiful and overweight. She has to deal with the scrutiny because most of her fame is based on her looks. If she was an extraordinary actress her appearance wouldnt be as much an issue.IMO

      • lafairy says:

        Totally!
She is beautiful and quite chubby too!
and she has indeed to deal with it her fame is solely based on her looks, hence the scrutinity

    • UniqJaz says:

She actually responded to her weight criticism and i love her response. It’s on youtube….

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAfcVKtvFcg

    • LAK says:

She was never hollyood skinny even when she was thin.

Compared to that, she is overweight. The matronly clothing, even if it is traditional [actual or inspired], is only making her look matronly.

      • zenb!tch says:

She gained weight on her jawline which is making her look a lot older. When I saw the photo on the home page. I thought it was Shohreh Aghdashloo who is also a beautiful woman but 60 years old.

  2. Rux says:

    Yup, she’s still gorgeous!

    • abby says:

she’s still beautiful but her neck is thick and has deep lines which automatically ages her. it’s something that can’t be helped no matter how much weight she gains or loses.

      • girlnbayou says:

I have the rings to and you are right. I had them when i was 102 lbs and I had them at 160 lbs. It is due to a thyroid disorder. I think the only way to rid them is cosmetic surgery and it isnt worth it to me.

  3. Zimmer says:

Gorgeos woman and it is very unfortunate that more money is not put into HIV/AIDS prevention.

  4. Bubbling says:

Hahaha they can blow her, with face like that I’d put 10 pound more

  5. TheOriginalKitten says:

Gorgeous. I would murder someone for her skin and coloring.

    • erika says:

she is, she is like a Hindu Goddess dream come true for guys in India….

i should know…when i traveled there i was mobbed by indian teenage boys “America” “America” “can i take picture with you?”

it’s cause i’m a rather….’curvy’ gal with blonde hair and pale skin— hey, at least they idolize it somewhere in this world!

      • Lizi says:

hehe, erika, what you experienced proves that beauty is in the eye of the beholder! =) let me warn you, if you ever go to morocco men will try to trade you for camels!!! They love blondes.

  6. Shelley says:

She isn’t that fat, but unfortunately her neck is. Those rings of fat are what make her look awful. And she was previously beautiful because her eyes were too big for her face…now not so much.

    • erinachan says:

Well people also get older but I still think she is incredibly beautiful.

    • Christina says:

While I don’t think she looks ‘awful’ I do think she’s not ageing well – and I expect to get flak for saying that. She’s only 38 but already has a rather matronly look about her.

    • Jenna says:

Her neck is the only thing really that is like that, if you look at the rest of her body – her arms are slim for example. I don’t think she’s fat at all, not even a tad. My cousin gets the same rings when she has had to have cortisone shots since having her baby -they mucked up the spinal iv thingy and now she has to get cortisone shots every few months-

Frankly, neck or not, I’d sign up for her figure and face anyday. She is just gorgeousness walking. I’m a pasty tall white girl who’s family seems to have done nothing but marry other Irish, Welsh and hey – exotic! – the odd Scot over the last 2,000. At this point, once I have kids I’m going to be desperately trying to convince them to please, for the sake of me NOT having clear grandbabies (just a horrible mental image – I should know, I’m already almost there myself) to please try and find their soulmates outside the family history. Indian, Nigerian, Egyptian, Brazilian – anything. My cousins are already heeding the call and have married mostly Mexican men. There is hope the future of our family won’t actually burst into flame with contact with sunshine yet!

      • maria says:

“once I have kids I’m going to be desperately trying to convince them to please, for the sake of me NOT having clear grandbabies (just a horrible mental image – I should know, I’m already almost there myself)”

jenna i find your comments so silly. My mom is Irish and my father is Spanish/French, with many Irish cousins who are beautiful and wherever we go they are always lauded for their Celtic beauty, i find your comment a little offensive.
I have sallow skin but if i had my cousins colouring i would be as equally happy. I find you comment about encouraging your children to marry darker skinned people really woeful. well and good if they naturally find the love of their life, and they have darker skin, but to encourage them to do this, so you will have grandchildren with a tan is frankly stupid, although it might save you a lot of money on the tanning salon in the future.
What will your reaction be if your children marry a pale guy, would those children feel your disappointment? would your show favouritism towards your grandchildren with a darker skin? I am sure you probably always told yourself if you had a tan, your life would be different but in my opinion good looking people are good looking people no matter the skin color, and average looking people are average looking no matter the skin color.
My granny loved all us grandchildren equally, me the sallow skin brown eyed girl and my cousins the porcelain skined blue eyed girls, all that mattered was that we were all happy and healthy. That should be the most important thing for a future grandmother.

      • Jenna says:

Maria? What will my reaction be? Um, as I went and married a German (no golden god himself) I’ll live and love them. And honestly, go with the first instinct of it being silly. To be offended is just looking for a reason for panty knotting.

Facts of the matter? I’m literally one shade off albino. No joke, my eyes are messed up something fierce (rods are squished or some such thing) and am incredibly sensitive to light. I’m allergic to bright sun – I don’t tan, I get welts. My legs are so pale, you can see every vein. So the idea of injecting some – any – other ethnic background into my family to keep others OF my family from dealing with some of the genetic twists my family has from keeping things so close to one line is, yes, one I’d be pretty please about. I grew up a military brat, lived all over and have, like most girls, gone through my “Anything other then myself is beautiful” phase. Just like gals with straight hair buy curlers, girls with curls pay huge amounts for straight irons, pasty girls go tanning nuts (I’m so freaking white that wasn’t even an option – I’d go straight to crayola orange) and gals who are naturally darker sometimes damage their skin with bleaching creams. To want what you aren’t is pretty common. And hey, I think Aishwarya Rai is absolutely stunning.

And if you think I hope my kids don’t follow in my exact footsteps is offensive? Sorry. But I think that’s looking for something to get worked up about. Do I love my pasty cousins? Darn skippy. My white blond niece? Yup, she’s stunning. And as I get older, I’ve learned how to rock my black Irish roots. But I’ll still hope to avoid having children & eventual grandkids who had to deal with some serious downsides. Fevers spiking to 104 because I sat outside for 45 minutes – in a hat, with sunblock, in the shade – was a pretty common childhood event. Be pissed with me if you want, but what idiot would WANT that kind of misery to continue in her genetic line?

Guess Who’s Coming To Kwanzaa? 😉

  7. Meera says:

I don’t mind her wearing traditional Indian clothes on the red carpet, especially when it is as gorgeous as this!

  8. bella says:

She is stunning – has the face of an angel. It’s sad to see how uncomfortable she looks in her own skin. Her body language – holding onto the shoulder scarf for dear life trying to “cover” herself – is obvious. The criticism is affecting her. And for what? She’s lovely…

  9. momoftwo says:

She is gorgeous. If she was standing next to me in real life I’m sure she is still tiny in comparison.

But it is good to know that even this incredibly gorgeous, rich woman has the same struggles post-baby that we do.

It makes me feel a little less bad about myself for not losing the baby weight!

  10. Blue says:

she is so beautiful. If I ever met her I would probably end up tongue tied and babbling like an idiot. She looks so sad and uncomfortable though. 🙁

  11. Des says:

Kaiser, try reading The Wisdom of Whores about HIV/AIDS and the struggle to put in preventive programs around the world. Eye-opening, hilarious, heartbreaking and aggravating all at once.

  12. Miss says:

She’s beautiful. Mila Kunis kinda looks like her.

  13. EmmaV1 says:

Quick question…Why does the media label/consider Aishwarya Rai “The Most Beautiful Woman in the World?”

Don’t get me wrong she’s extremely beautiful…but when the media consider someone “most beautiful” it’s cause they had some thing going on in their career/professional life.

ie: Julia Roberts was about one of the biggest modern day actresses back in the 1900’s and kept topping People’s 100 Most Beautiful (which was only 50 people at the time and actually was very superficial and chase based only on looks)

When Nicole Kidman was Most Beautiful it was cause she got married to megastar Tom Cruise and then divorced (and the public pitied her for the way he blind sided her)….and then she won an oscar and looked gorgeous in Moulin Rouge.

Halle Berry and Angelina Jolie both had personal relationship media storms (people felt sorry for Halle’s abusive relationsihps and were stunned by Angelina Jolie getting together with Brad Pitt, considered the most attractive man in Hollywood) and then Halle + Angelina were female action stars and oscar winners.

But Aishwary…? What has she done in the Western world to attract this title? Americans don’t really care about Miss World, which is why none of the other winners are super famous.

This is seriously a legit, non bashing question. I’m just confused lol.

    • MSL says:

I think it has to do with the amount of people living in India and they voted for her
So she got the majority of the vote based on a large population voting for her. It probably has nothing to do with what the world thinks is most beautiful. It would probably be a different outcome if a large population in China voted for one person. It’s all relative.

    • MsMileHigh says:

I believe that it is because she is so stunning it would not matter if she had a career at all. I know it is subjective, but she really is the most beautiful — not the person with the best publicist.

    • Kericho says:

I think the media at the time really did think she was extremely beautiful. for an Indian, she had the Western look, light skin and light blue eyes. She still is,in my opinion. I don’t think she was ever on a People cover tho.

    • Christina says:

Obviously she’s beautiful, but I’ve never really got on board this ‘most beautiful woman in the world’ thing – it’s a load of PR driven hype anyway.

She’s always been a bit doll-like for me. Gorgeous features, but not very interesting to look at, if you know what I mean. And I think part of the reason she was so hyped is because she’s ‘exotic’ but not TOO exotic. With those eyes and that skin, she could be Italian or Spanish.

      • Jo 'Mama' Besser says:

        ‘Exotic, but not TOO exotic’.

Yup. An international and centuries old preoccupation that shows no signs of abating. She’s catching a lot of crap for the pregnancy-associated weight gain, but at least she doesn’t have to deal with some kind of (hypothetically untreatable) melasma–she’d be all but homeless in that case.

I’ve gotta say, I think her face is better proportioned now. The body versus the face debate goes on.

    • LAK says:

You can blame Julia Roberts for this label. And yes, i am this old, with a memory for trivia going back a very long time ago….LOL

They met at some junket either late 90s or early 00s where press were still labelling Julia ‘the most beautiful blah, blah and Ash was making her first media foray into the western world despite already being a huge star back in India.

Julia was asked a question along the lines of ‘as the someone frequently labelled beautiful, what do you think of Ash yadayadayada’ And Julia replied she thought Ash was ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’.

Ash’s pr team jumped on that phrase and trotted it out in all her subsequent press releases until it stuck. Most people in the west now know who Ash is but in those early days, articles written about her would credit that phrase to Julia implying that Julia was the arbitrer of beauty and therefore Ash must be ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’ because Julia Roberts said so.

Somewhere in time, it became common currency, and the Julia Roberts credit was dropped or maybe Julia heard about it and made them drop it! Either way, it stuck.

  15. Beta says:

“There’s not enough money going to prevention, because putting money into prevention means putting money into condoms and sex education and preventive reproductive health care for women, and the men who control the purse strings don’t want to do that.”

WELL SAID. I often dont agree with this website’s opinion but in this case ill say that what you state is SO true and so sad at the same time

good for you for making the point.

    • Cazzee says:

Actually I have worked in international HIV/AIDS, and I can explain why there isn’t as much emphasis nowadays on prevention as on treatment: prevention, as it stands today, does not work.

You give away condoms, and people take them but don’t use them (or they create in-country rumors such as the one in Cameroon that says HIV is all an American conspiracy, and condoms actually GIVE you AIDS – yup that is what the men tell each other there so that they don’t have to use condoms).

Efforts to educate the general population as was done in the United States have run up against huge problems relating to traditional social attitudes against promiscuity in general and gay male sex in particular – for example, when I was living and working in Uganda a decade ago, I had several educated Ugandans explain to me quite sincerely that there was zero male homosexuality in their country because being a gay man was a Western thing, and so there were no gay Ugandan men.

In the last year, several studies have been published on serodiscordant couples showing that if the HIV-infected partner is good with taking their meds, it cuts forward transmission rates by 94% – hence the new ‘treatment as prevention’ initiatives in the developing world and in the U.S.

The ONLY prevention campaigns that are effective are the prevention of mother-to-child transmission because that is a managed process where you start the mother on ARVs several months before birth and then do a scheduled c-section – that will protect the baby about 99% of the time.

This approach sounds like what this actress is going to be focusing on, which is a very good thing; the main barrier to preventing mother-to-child transmission is that oftentimes pregnant women in non-Western countries will refuse to be tested for HIV because it is a “slut” disease and they are nice girls and faithful to their husbands.

So good for her if she can encourage more pregnant women to be tested!

      • chaser says:

Thank you Cazzee! I’m so glad there are more people out there that understand that throwing condoms out willy-nilly at these nations is not the solution.

Some of the research that I’ve seen (as a social science student years ago) provided evidence that the most effective method of HIV/AIDS prevention is actually amending the social structures in each community. And as each community is a complex and individual entity, it takes a lot of time and effort to create an effective program (within many misses in the process).

I remember in one area the largest population with HIV/AIDS were widowed women over the age of 45. Why? Because when their older husbands died and due to the fact that women were not allowed to be passed property, many moved to the cities and prostituted themselves to support their young children. They couldn’t just give them condoms because their clients didn’t want to use them. Instead a group made efforts to create other ways in which these women could find employment so they didn’t need to sell their bodies in the first place.

      • Steph says:

Thank you Cazzee. My first thought was prevention doesn’t work because of the stigma against condoms. I am grateful to now be much more informed.

      • Beta says:

        thanks Cazzee for your response.
its a difficult topic. your work experience is very interesting. thanks for your insight.

    Beautiful face – ugly dress.

  17. MsMileHigh says:

Who on earth bothers to look at her figure when she has that FACE?!?!?! She must be the world’s most beautiful woman. She is flawless and her detractors can suck it.

  18. Leen says:

    My God she is gorgeous

  19. Jaded says:

Kaisar, thank you for stating that the focus on eradicating AIDS/HIV has to be on prevention rather than treatment. Might I suggest a wonderful book on this very subject called “The Wisdom of Whores” by Elizabeth Pisani. She’s an AIDS researcher who spent years travelling the globe tracking the progress of AIDS/HIV and has come to the same conclusion.

It’s a really interesting, humourously written book, not dry at all, but you can definitely feel her frustration with the US and various NGOs in refusing to take their heads out of their arses in not focusing on prevention. Oh, and she proves that it’s not gay men spreading the disease, it’s intravenous drug users who prostitute themselves to get drugs.

At the end of the day, the lowly condom is what will halt the spread of this terrible disease.

  20. Hubbahun says:

She is stunning – and natural – look at Christy Turlington’s terrible nose job! I love Aishwarya – beautiful xxx

  21. Gigi says:

    Beautiful

  22. FreeSpiritedGirl says:

She is very beautiful. I have seen her face to face on airport. Oh boy, she looks even more beautiful without make up.

  23. Sway says:

I agree she’s gorgeous, but I truly hate the dress. There are many Indian gowns and dresses that don’t actually look like ugly drapes…

  24. roxy750 says:

Thought she was beyond beautiful in Bride and Prejudice. I am in love with the Pride/Prejudice movies and I saw this on the N’flix and watched it. It wasn’t that good, cheesy but I LOVE Indian movies and this was like a half/half style and thought she was stunning. Indian women in general are beautiful to me….its the culture, clothing, tradition, respect for family, beautiful women….I really admire.

  25. Luffy says:

She’s still got a beautiful face, but she does have kind of a double chin. I don’t think it would hurt her to lose a little.

  26. Jaded says:

Oh for heaven’s sake let the woman enjoy her first baby without feeling like everybody’s judging her. Double chin my ass, she’s stunningly beautiful.

  27. JoeBanana says:

Why is her neck like that? It looks like she had something tied around it. Otherwise, she is pretty.

  28. madashell says:

I think that she has an inner quality that projects onto the screen. This is what made her the most popular Indian actress of all time. She didn’t make it on her looks alone: you can’t swing a cat in a Bollywood casting call without hitting 5 women more beautiful than AR. But if she put on one hundred more pounds, she’d still have that inner quality that makes her so endearing and, I believe, enduring.

  29. Jill says:

    Nothing wrong with her.

  30. some bitch says:

Absolutely gorgeous woman. Love her facial features- a true classic beauty!

  31. Reece says:

    Still gorgeous!
Everything you just said in the last paragraph. + a million.

  32. Xogami says:

Still gorgeous? No, I’ve never found her attractive, her PR people are genius, world’s most beautiful woman? Yeah right. Only because she’s light-skinned she gets all this praise, Freida Pinto is way more beautiful.

    • vatelli says:

Guys, this is a troll all over any sites. This troll is someone obessed with freida pinto or is a close relative of hers. I ask you to check out sites like justjared/pinkvilla/youtube. They make nasty comments about indians and keeps using the dark skin/light skin crap under diffrent identies.Thye make themselves 10-20 accounts to make it look like freida pinto has all these fans. They like to call indians racist and other bad names and put down beautiful indian actresses such as aishwarya rai in order to sniff up freida pintos ass. Many have found out this troll. They need to be exposed.

  33. anon says:

Question & am not trying to insite a free for all on this site far from it believe me.

Why is it this beautiful woman gets a pass by many of you here & yet Jessica Simpson gets trashed? Is it because of the WW deal & the fact many hate? Can we not look beyond that.

These are two very beautiful women having just given birth. The question is sincere in asking for opinions & tasteful ones.. Thanks.

    • TheOriginalKitten says:

The difference is that Simpson made her pregnancy- the gross details about her sex life, her amniotic fluid, her gas, her AWFUL diet etc. into a public fiasco.

So when someone puts all of that out there for public consumption-people will have an opinion. Then comes the whole WW deal, the *Big Reveal*, putting the topic of her weight front-and-center, making the talk show circuit rounds to discuss her new diet and how she lost the weight. She MADE it a focus, much like Gaga is doing now. So if you’re going to use your weight gain or weight loss as a PR tool and as a means of making money, then sorry, but you’re opening the door for public criticism.

I know nothing about what Aishwarya Rai ate during her pregnancy (maybe she ate buttered Pop Tarts, but I doubt it), nor has she tweeted any TMI details regarding her pregnancy or her weight. She has given me the impression that her pregnancy and slight weight gain is nobody’s business and not something she wants to discuss-she hasn’t turned it into a public circus. In turn, I grant her the respect of not talking about it and certainly not criticizing her for it.

    • the original bellaluna says:

anon – It’s not that. It’s that Jessica has made a second career out of talking about her body, its shape, its size, and its functions (for YEARS); while Aish has not.

She simply got married, got pregnant, had a child, and is living her life.

ETA: DAMN, OKitt! I must’ve been typing slower than you! 😉

      • TheOriginalKitten says:

And you put it much more succinctly than I, Bellaluna!

But yeah-exactly what you said 🙂

    • Jo 'Mama' Besser says:

I think there’s also the matter of the endorsement deal she made with Weight Watchers while pregnant and the huge purse she gets for it. Some–obviously not all–women see pregnancy as a time to indulge in all of the treats they were previously denied but that runs the risk of engaging in some irresponsible eating habits. It might seem a touch snotty to say it but, some pregnancy ladies can be a touch snotty. With all of the attendant difficulties that come from having a baby it’s frequently understandable, but what those ladies sometimes don’t realize is that it isn’t ‘faux concern’ all of the time, it’s true concern sometimes, too. Some women do have an attitude when it comes to pregnancy, each body is different and you’re entering into some choppy waters when you start armchair diagnosing. With that said, how much of a moral victory is it to snap at people when you’re on your third glass of salt of the day?

Her diet was probably the main reason as to why she was getting so much criticism. While I don’t believe for one second that she only ate crap and I don’t believe that anyone in her life would allow her to take up some kind of scurvy or gestational diabetes diet, she did eat a lot of gross crap. It’s around this time that conversation turns to the problems of taking a woman’s body–a stranger’s body– and turning it into a fairground attraction, which is often countered with claims that *someone* should say something. How does a fetus metabolize Pop Tarts?

When you talk, people are going to talk about it. Perhaps she was operating under the misapprehension that future weight loss is the same as past weight loss, but your body and your baby don’t care even a little bit about what you looked like when you were 22: game’s changed. Companies like Weight Watchers can help shed baby pounds, but they can’t make you un-have a baby, so you’ve to be realistic in expectation and get past the notion that all of that new flesh will fly out of the window in the delivery room and take the amniotic fluid, placenta, afterbirth and stretch marks with it.

      She invited the scrutiny, though.

  34. Sabrine says:

What are those rings on her neck? I don’t have any of those. Is that from too much sun?

    • lil says:

They’re not related to weight. Definitely not from too much sun either! It’s just something some women get. I’ve had them since I was about 16.

  35. Swethaa says:

Is it only me or does anyone think Christy loooks a lot like Jessica Beil when she smiles!!

  36. Abby says:

Serious question about the rings around the neck… I have them. I’m 28 (i’ve had them for like 4 years that I know of) and I’ve never been larger than a size 6… How do you get rid of them? It’s not only older heavier people that get them…

    • Ahot says:

i don´t think you can loose them, it´s one of nature´s twist. I know of many gals who got them (sometimes more than 3,4)since childhood, so it has nothing to do with being fat or old. In most african cultures, it´s even a sign of true beauty when a woman does have them… 🙂

      • Christina says:

If you look at earlier pictures of Aishwarya, she still had those rings round her neck, so they’re not something that has come with age (and I hesitate to use that word for a woman who is only 38!). I think it really is her neck and chin which is giving her that matronly look – her body really isn’t fat by any normal standard – but unfortunately the neck is one of the most difficult areas to change, even if she were to go to the extreme of having cosmetic surgery done.

I replied to one of your posts above. Ive had the rings since birth. Literally the hospital kept me longer to have them checked. Turns out to be thyroid related. I hadthem at 102 lbsand have had them at 160lbs.

Fat. Only considered stunningly beautiful by white Westerners who think they’re worldly by groveling at the feet of someone from another country. There are other Bollywood ladies of the past and present who are much prettier and better actresses.

She is LOVELY and one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen! That is all.

Kaiser, I just started reading Tinderbox: How The West Started The AIDS Epidemic and How The World Can Finally Overcome It. If it reads like the first few pages, I think you’d really enjoy it.

Rai is freakishly beautiful, but the shape of that dress does her no favors. She doesn’t look large, but it really hides her contours.

*sigh* This woman is and always will be beautiful.

She’s not as skinny as a stick, but she’s not fat. She’s what I’d call medium – not really thin, but not really fat either. She’s pretty and she had a baby awhile back, so I think the criticism of her is shallow and mean.

She still looks very nice. What can I say. We all get old and for those of us who allow ourselves to age naturally without dieting and plastic surgery, there will be additional weight and wrinkles. Nothing about her look indicates to me that she has gone under the knife or is unhealthy. Her body is that of a normal woman who has recently had a baby. I think she should change her style though. Even though she is a wife and a mother now, she can still look sexy. I feel as if those nasty comments have gotten to her and she is really trying to cover her body which makes her look even thicker. Showing some skin and wearing lightweight clothing will improve her look drastically.

Just because criticism is harsh doesn’t mean it’s incorrect. She looks plump to me and like she can stand to lose 25lbs at least.

  44. Mew says:

She’s really beautiful and wears beautifully this clothe, she looks totally amazing. This shows that a girl bigger than size 0 will look totally awesome, if she wears right clothes… and right clothes are not some seam busting mini skirts and waist cinchers.

  45. Alis says:

She really is the most beautiful woman in the world. Why does all those americans find that scary Angelina Jolie beautiful? She looks gross. Same with Jennifer Aniston, I read somewhere that she made the most beautiful woman list ranking 1? Really what strange people you guys are.
