Do women who wear platforms not realize that they shorten their legs and look clunky and, yes, chubby up feet and legs, and ruin any chance of a streamlined look. Unrelated, but I had to vent…I am so sick of them it is unbelievable. Whew! Taking a deep breath, feel better now.

I actually like a lot of things this girl wears. Most of it is too young for me at 35 but she looks great most of the time. Kinda looks like shes lost some weight though so thats a bummer 🙁
I’m curious as to why you would view any weight loss as a “bummer”? She’s a model; she’s supposed to be thin. As I’ve read from so many overweight/obese women “you can’t determine my health from my size.” Let’s stop ALL body shaming, especially when it’s in someone’s job description to look a certain way.

She would have had an event of some kind. I’m a big Pinterest person and street style stalker and Gigi is not like Taylor Swift. She gets papped in NYC all the time and her normal street style is super young and casual, very age and occasion appropriate. She does sort of sports luxe and she wears flats mostly. I really like her street style. This is a gorgeous outfit for a dressier occasion.
She was on Live with Kelly and Michael this morning. A celebrity walking on the sidewalk does not always mean a pap walk. They have to walk on them to get places too.

Y’all are good. I was thinking the hipster couple was the Avett Brother who is with Jennifer Carpenter. I don’t know the status of their relationship anymore, but I know it was a messy he divorce he had to get with her. Now I have to remind myself who Michelle Branch and Vanessa Carleton are.

That was the first name that came to my mind – he is a jerk who loves Twitter feuds (Jack White got most of the heat for their feud, but Carney has a pattern), he got divorced and then re-married 2 years later to Emily Ward, a socialite with many famous friends, and their wedding was a hipster dream/nightmare. All checks out.
But like KP wrote – the lover seems to be Michelle Branch. Vanessa Carlton is happily married to John McCauley from a great band Deer Tick and they just had a baby. Michelle is the one who got divorced and had a hit song titled “Everywhere”.

Holy crap I missed that “feud” with Jack White (cause I don’t do twitter and don’t like their music much) and boy was that pathetic! “He’s the reason I play music…bully aholes made me feel like nothing…” JHC. Now I really have a reason to not like TBK!
I thought that Jack and Dan were the ones who got into a fight at their kids school. I did not know that Pat was on divorce #2. Guess they are going to be hitting the road to pay for it.
@Tiffany As far as I know, they didn’t get into any physical fight or even talk in person, as much as Jack didn’t want his kids to go to the same school as Auerbach’s kids and wrote angry e-mails to Karen Elson about it. Jack kind of started the feud, when he accused The Black Keys of ripping off his music, style etc. but he later apologized and his angry TBK remarks were always connected to music. And then Carney started the feud again by getting personal on Twitter and calling White various names (douchebag, asshole, and let me quote: “…Billy Corgan’s dumb ass zero T-shirt in human form.” and accusing him of trying to assault him at a bar. White denied it and eye-witnesses confirmed his version, so Carney backtracked and wrote that they talked and all is well. Apparently – all that’s ever happened was that White went to the same bar as Carney, noticed him and asked him a question. Carney ran away and went on a drunken Twitter rant. White is not a saint, but Carney is worse here. I used to check his Twitter from time to time and he wrote many nasty things about other artists, not only White.
