This is Halle Berry’s skeleton costume for Halloween, and that’s Maceo as the skeleton of another animal I’m not knowledgeable enough to identify. These are some of the best skeleton costumes I’ve seen actually. There were some uninspired skeleton costumes at Kourtney Kardashian’s party last week but Halle went all out. I like how Halle’s costume is actually a scoop neck and so she continued her makeup down her neck to meet the bodysuit, that’s commitment. Plus she’s got that incredible hair. I’d like to see a higher res photo of this outfit.
Extra TV has an interview with Halle which they’re framing as Halle saying she’s in a good place after her split with Olivier Martinez. Halle said “I just feel happy, you know? I’ve arrived at a really good place once again, that’s always good news… Down time, dark times, don’t last forever — the sun is out again and it feels great.” If you watch the red carpet interview, with Terry Seymour, Terry just asked Halle how she celebrated her birthday and she said she had private one and added those lines about how she’s happy. Olivier’s name never came up. The last we heard Halle’s divorce from Olivier was on hold.
Halle’s outfit reminds me of Kim Kardashian’s bodysuit skeleton costume, from 2014. I hope Kim does come out dressed up this Halloween, she seems to love the holiday, but she’s been sequestered since her Paris robbery. Her sisters have been out in full force though as usual. Kylie and Tyga dressed as skeletons for Kylie’s “dead” dinner on Friday night. Then on Saturday Kylie was Christina Aguilera circa 2002, in her Dirrty phase. That’s a creative enough excuse to wear a sexy costume.

When/why did halloween costumes go from being ‘scary’ to sexy? I don’t understand why one has to be a ‘sexy’ anything when taking their kids out trick or treating. Does not compute.
I don’t get it either. We have a maskerade in my country in February and you can be anything so I always thought the diference between that and Halloween is that Halloween should only be scary; monsters, witches, horror film charatcers… So I don’t get the sexiness either. Sure, you can be bot sexy and scary that’s totally fine; but be scary.
We have the maskarade too, but people pretty much never go sexy.
Halloween is actually a huge debate here. People feel like there’s no need for it because it’s not “our” holliday and there’s whole issue about it being the night before All Saints Day. So tje sexiness doesn’t help.

I’m from Croatia and I’m 30, but I don’t like Halloween. I’m not particularly religious but I like the All Saints day and idea behind it, and I find Halloween too kitschy and….how to say it? Corporate.

Way better than her constant 1995 hair and clothes. I know you were hot then Halle but you can be hot in modern clothes and ANY modern hairstyle, whether Afro or bob or dreads or short or long. Even bald would be nicer I think. Or just wear a hat. Go bra less too.

Is it really that impressive when celebrities have a team of makeup and costume professionals putting the whole look together? Maybe I’m just cranky (this election has really gotten to me) but when you’re just hiring a team to do your costume, it’s no different than any other dress up occasion.
I hate to body shame here, but she looks too damn thin.
