Paris Hilton confirms she delayed her November wedding because of her work

43rd Toronto International Film Festival - The Death and Life of John F. Donovan - Premiere

Back in August, we learned that Paris Hilton’s wedding was being delayed. Originally, Paris’s wedding to Chris Zylka was supposed to happen next month, November 2018. But they pushed it back to May 2019. Considering Paris is sort of famously a “single girl” and she has had a string of relationships and engagements, I think many of us wondered if the wedding delay was a sign that this wedding probably won’t even take place. Not so, says Paris. She claims the wedding delay was because of her schedule. She also says she can’t wait to have babies.

Heiress and reality queen Paris Hilton says she can’t wait to start a family once she gets married – and confirmed her wedding to actor Chris Zylka has been delayed until next year. Speaking to DailyMailTV as she hosted the Rock The Runway charity event to support kids facing life threatening illnesses, she said: ‘I love kids, I feel I’m a kid at heart, I always will be and I love children. They just make me so happy. That’s why I always love supporting children’s causes and making a difference in their lives and just seeing their sweet smiles; they’re so innocent. I was just with my sister in New York and I was playing with my nieces every single day so I can’t wait to have my own kids.’

The fashion icon added that her busy work life means that her wedding originally lined up for this fall, will be pushed back until 2019. Admitting the change for the first time on TV, she confirmed: ‘Well my schedule is so insane. I just released my 24th fragrance, Platinum Rush. So I’m going on a promotional tour through Australia and Dubai and Mexico and Malaysia; basically flying all around the world over the next two months. So that’s stressful to plan while also having the most hectic schedule in life.’

The DM also spoke to Kathy Hilton, who is apparently doing the most to plan this wedding with Paris. Kathy denied the story that Paris was going to sell the TV rights to her wedding, and Kathy said the wedding will be “beautiful, tasteful” and in a church. Yeah, I’ll believe it when I see it. First off, ten bucks says that the wedding gets delayed again. Either that or they just break off the engagement. Say what you will about Paris, but I’ve always sort of liked the fact that she consistently chooses her career instead of her boyfriend-of-the-moment. Deep down, I don’t think she wants to be married. Secondly, I think that if the wedding does happen, it will be a Kanye-level spectacle.

Ok, but what is the hell is wrong with her face? It’s like one eye is trying to escape. Bad plastics work?

      • Pandy says:

Seriously! I know she has one eye that’s smaller than the other … but this difference in this picture is pretty big. Must be bad make up.

      • Jillie says:

I think she has a lazy eye. Sometimes it’s more noticeable, especially in photos and if you move at all. I have a lazy eye, that’s what happens to me. Some pix are hilarious cuz my one eye will be almost closed lol. IDK. Just a thought.

      • Aurelia says:

Its botox eye. It can sometimes kill of nerve endings permanently.

Lots of “regular” folk take time off work to get married and go on a honeymoon. She could do the same if she really wanted to.

    ‘Reality Queen Paris’

    She knows nothing about reality.

  4. rabbitgirl says:

Poor guy, she has not yet finished sucking his soul dry before dumping him for a younger, poorer version with which to piss daddy off with.

Seems to me that over the years, she has either been engaged a number of times, or very serious with boys where we felt she would eventually be married. All of them eventually ended, very strange. It’s now hard for me to take any of her boyfriends seriously. She has always seemed so vapid and shallow to me, but what do I know? Her life is nothing like ours and I don’t know if she’s mature enough for marriage or motherhood.

    Work, lol.

  6. Beach Dreams says:

Umm…does anyone really think she’ll actually walk down the aisle? How many failed engagements has she had now?

  7. abbi says:

    No one cares Paris!

Paris has (strabismus) lazy eye and has had it since childhood apparently. For years she tried to not be photographed on that side as she was quite self conscious about it. I hate myself for knowing this, saw an interview years ago where they talked about it.

I have heard there is a surgery to fix it so curious why she hasn’t had it done. Perhaps hers is one that is not easily fixable. They thought I had that for years until I was properly diagnosed with ocular hystoplasmosis. To someone looking at me, it looks like a lazy eye but my vision is quite blurred so I wear glasses (my eye doesn’t roll w/ glasses on) Doubt that is what she has as she’d be wearing glasses too I assume.

    • Wicki says:

Paris has ptosis, a drooping eyelid, not strabismus. I have ptosis in one eye as well. Melissa Joan Hart and Tracy Ellis Ross have the same condition, as did John McCain. Mine was caused by contact lens wearing, which is a common cause when it onsets in adulthood (otherwise it is congenital). I have had two surgeries to correct it, and while it improved the condition somewhat, it is still not entirely fixed, and the difference is really visible. It is very hard to correct in some people. Even a minor difference can look visibly asymmetrical. Too much and you cannot close it–too little and it is still asymmetrical. And you are taking off skin, so it can affect the depth of the upper lid and create a new problem. And after two surgeries you really have to stop; at least in may case, as I was told by a surgeon she would not correct it more because I already have severe dry eye (a side effect of eyelid surgery) and more surgeries would exacerbate it.
As an aside, I am much more sensitive to people making fun of celebrities’ appearances, as especially when Paris was more popular, the term “wonky eye” was applied to her again and again. As I suffered from the same condition, and was still very insecure about my appearance after the failed surgeries, it only made me more insecure to read these comments. I have come to accept it and realize it is a small thing in the grand scheme of things– but I still am self conscious in photos. I give her a lot of credit frankly for not adjusting her pose anymore.

      • Juliette says:

Oh, I thought I heard it was stabisumus. I too was so self conscious about my eyes for so long. Refused to be in picture if I could help it, am much more relaxed now (I guess that comes with age lol). Thanks for the correction!

    • Lala11_7 says:

I have stabisumus…and had corrective surgery…the thing is…I had the surgery in my adulthood…and by then both of my eyes were off the chain…and EVEN after the corrective surgery…I STILL have an issue with taking pictures…because my eyes (and mind) always wander…and I end up looking like I’m about to board a spaceship…

I am NOT the queen of selfies…I have to take 50 pics to get ONE that’s on point…

      Sigh…

  9. Ann says:

She’s still a party girl. I think she’d love to be a 25 year old party girl forever but the clock is ticking so now she has to make babies, or something. I hope she’s happy as a mom. I don’t see her as someone who would be happy to be tied down by a family but maybe I’m wrong.

  10. Ang says:

I totally read that as “Platinum Rash” 😳

  11. LAURA Guerschanik says:

    ahahahaha
    1- who cares?
    2 what work?
    3- gross

  12. Aurelia says:

Girl is 37 already. I would say she likes the idea of motherhood, not necesarily mariage. I see another broken engagement.

  13. NWRose says:

She’s only interested in buying time and meeting a billionaire who she can marry in 2 seconds.

This wedding is never going to happen.

  14. Elfie says:

    Her “career”, that’s fucking funny.
