In this week’s Gossip with Celebitchy podcast, we talked a lot about the big story last week, which was Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston partying together like it was 2003. Brad attended Jennifer’s big 50th birthday bash and all of the weekly gossip magazines had simultaneous Big Os about Brad & Jen: Redux. What I also noted in the GWC podcast was that John Mayer also attended the party, and he was probably SO MAD that his presence wasn’t noted with the same gossipy enthusiasm as Brad’s presence. Most of Jen’s most ardent fans want to pretend the John Mayer mess never happened – it was a total disaster that included Mayer announcing their breakup to paparazzi on the street, in what seemed like a makeshift press conference, and then Jen taking him back after that. Anyway, let’s call this Mayer’s Revenge:
Brad Pitt made a splash when he turned up at ex-wife Jennifer Aniston’s star-studded 50th birthday bash on February 9, but he wasn’t the only one of Aniston’s former flames in attendance!
John Mayer was also at the party, and in the new issue of Us Weekly, a source reveals that the “Your Body is a Wonderland” singer, 41, and the Friends alum “are friends and have hung out” recently. Days before the party, they were seen spending time together at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles (the site of the big soirée).
Aniston and Mayer split in 2009 after almost a year of dating. In 2010, the “New Light” singer called their breakup “one of the worst times of my life.”
So there you go, John Mayer. We gossiped about you. Here’s your cookie. I have no idea where this came from or whether there’s any truth to it, but sure. I don’t think their relationship was some grand romance for either of them, and I doubt there were many hard feelings in the wake of the breakup. They were together out of convenience for the most part, and it sounds like they’ve still remained somewhat friendly. If they’re seeing each other again… well… I hope not.

What woman doesn’t want to be with a Alcoholic pothead with six kids who even had to be monitored to be around them. Dream come true! Think she has more self respect than to get back with any of her douchebag exes.
You know in 10 Things I Hate About You where Heath Ledger’s character asks if the little sister character has beer flavored nipples? I sort of wonder the same thing about John Mayer….like, how does he pull these women? He’s gross. His music isn’t that great.

His lyrics (at least back when I used to listen to him music, idk about recently) make him sound like an awkward, sensitive, earnest guy. If you’ve got that picture of him in your head, I get how you could find him attractive. Of course, the instant he opens him mouth that goes out the window. But I understand how one could initially find him attractive.

In what world does Jennifer Aniston need PR? Her birthday party was THE event of the year, she clearly has a lot of clout.
They got back together right before she presented at the Oscars when Brad and Angie were in attendance and she didn’t want to go alone. They announced another breakup right after the Oscars I should’ve bet money on that as I saw it coming a mile away. He loved the attention of going to the Oscars she wanted to not look single in front of her ex. Later she gets a guy to lie about being married to her. I really hate that she and her people believe that she can’t just say she wants to be childless and not married. They really think her fans will run from her if she does?

I have had three exes come out of the woodwork lately—two asking if I would visit them to give it another go, one of the two is “lonely” and hasn’t had anyone in 5 years. One ex is married with kids, but is the very first person to like and comment on my photos when I post them on FB. I think it is that time of year. I also think they think I am the one who got away and since they see I am not married, they think we can do a 2.0. No thank you. Maybe same thing is happening to Jennifer?
You know…I don’t care. Go for it. I just have to say that I may raise my eyebrows for John’s personal life…but this guy makes great music. Truthfully. He has a great voice and is an even better guitarist. I’ll just go back to listening to Born & Raised and Paradise Valley…you do you, John!

but yea i had a ex fling’s fiance try to follow me like a month ago….when i reachout to him to inform him of the shenanigans he LIED and said she got mad for something she saw months ago (mind you i havent spoken to this guy in almost 2 years) ….. he then tried to inquire about my life and i debted the convo…like dude i was just being a decent Samaritan and inform you so that you can handle your household…. but this convo catchup is DEAD. LOL

From a distance, Aniston-Mayer actually makes more sense to me than Aniston-Theroux or Aniston-Pitt. I’m curious to see if they’ll rekindle things. . .
