It’s quite common these days for magazines to do a lot of “extra” stuff with their cover subjects beyond the official cover photoshoot and the interview. Many magazines will do bonus videos and behind-the-scenes photos and cute stuff like that. But it’s amazing to see all of the extra stuff with Angelina Jolie’s British Vogue cover. I’m so glad she agreed to the extra videos and such, and I love how British Vogue has rolled it all out over the course of the week. British Vogue posted this great photo of Angelina and four of her kids watching the election results on what was Election Night. That was right around the time of Angelina’s interview too, and she seemed relieved once the election was called for Joe Biden (which happened days after this photo).
Angelina also did the “In My Bag” video, which is where we learned that Angie has a very clean purse, free from twenty million crumpled receipts, and that she has a little stache of chocolate in her purse too. But what of Angelina’s gorgeous Los Feliz property, which was once owned by Cecil B. DeMille? Well, Vogue has another video:
I mean, these are mostly just beauty shots and B-roll, thrown together in an appealing little video. I like the glimpse of her property though, it looks lovely and I’m really jealous of that gorgeous pergola.
And there was also this photo of Angie doing Maddox’s hair, but British Vogue hasn’t posted it on their IG yet.

I found the parallels between them to be interesting. The way both women were/are portrayed through tabloid and fan culture. It’s also interesting how the constant villainising of Angelina waned with the entrance of Meghan in the public eye. Maybe because she was finally no longer with Brad, so it was a sort of mission accomplished for some. Perhaps Meghan would be left alone if she and Harry were separated. Or maybe it’s because a younger and more interesting villain/Jezebel came along. I love both women and I hope they continue to keep their head high.
Wow, that TV is mounted really high. I’d get a crick in my neck trying to watch that! Looks like a beautiful tastefully done home, though. Her children are growing up so fast and they look like they are very happy despite everything they’ve gone through. I wonder if they miss traveling with their mother or if they’ve enjoyed cocooning at home. Or a bit of both?
I thought the same thing about that TV. So high up. Never work with my old neck. But that house is gorgeous!
I would be happy with pictures every day of Dame Jolie and her beautiful family. I also want to see Maddox’s bad*ss tattoo on his ribs. He has turned out to be quite a handsome young man. She really does have an attractive bunch of children.
I’d be happy if Celebitchy would just post pics of Angie every day, instead of covering that Kimye mess!
I thoroughly enjoyed her Whats In My Bag video. She seems so kind and delightful.
Angelina’s dogs seem to follow her everywhere. She does have a lovely home.

I can’t tell if it’s just the makeup, but it looks like she’s had work done, which is disappointing if true. She and I are the same age, and it feels unnecessary at 44—but I’m also not a Hollywood icon. She just never seemed like the type of person who would bow to that kind of pressure.

I’m sure she’s had work done, but she looks so natural, radiant and expressive. She’s always had a striking face. She looks better in the video than the photos for me.

I saw her in person at the extinct “Anderson Cooper show” and you just wanted to stare at her she is beautiful, and complexion off the charts, it was not the make-up. Native American is part of her anvestry.
No, not the lips or cheekbones—more the eyes. But like I said, it’s hard to tell in the pictures because the eye makeup is so heavy. I didn’t watch the videos. I was just surprised because I’d never seen her look like she’d ever had anything done at all, she’s always so natural looking.
It’s the air brushed photos that make her look like that. In the video she is gorgeous. Her house is beautiful, she is beautiful, their kids are beautiful.

She has never had surgery maybe botox. Just look at her children – Shiloh has her nose. She looks like her dad. All down to genetics. She was born beautiful – most of Hollywood have had work done that’s why people can’t accept her being who she is a natural beauty.
I know this is going to come across wrong, preparing to be cancelled… but I really wish when they photographed her they published her smiling or laughing more often. She always looks cold in the pictures, but when you see her move she seems so genuinely warm and funny.

LOL! I don’t think the world is going to crash down on you for expressing that opinion. She’s more playful in the video. When I saw her in person interacting with fans, she smiles a lot and is very sweet. I think for the photo shoot, she’s just posing, harkening back to her days as a model when she was teen. I see a lot a models do the same thing, haughty looks, come hither stare, etc., don’t smile so much, show that you’re fierce not cute, be a diva, supermodel, etc. etc. I also wonder if this is the direction of whoever is in charge of the photo shoot telling her how to pose.

Always assumed they had something going on but seriously, there are behind-the-scenes vids of Mr and Mrs S on YT and they were flirting like crazy. Bursting into laughter for no reason during bloopers and way too happy to be in each other’s company. People on and near the set saying all the locals knew they were hooking up in the Burbank. Hey relationships breakdown and you can’t steal a man/woman but didn’t they always say they were just friends until he’d left Jen? Both are equally “guilty” but always the woman gets the blame.

All I see when I look at Android woman who is flawed, honest, and different. A woman who has been targeted , bullied, slandered, hated, misunderstood, and loved.
Media, gossips, etc have benefited greatly on their coverage of this one woman. To me HW’s current greatest assets no matter how the community try to shun, shame or blackball her. I don’t know if she feels like a part of their community or ever has but she is their center. Their most watched and most valuable. Isn’t it fitting for her to own the Demille House enriched in history of HW. Regardless she is HW and embodies it history because of her values and old school glamour.

Read the article and noticed that she mentioned that Brad lives only 5 minutes away. Meaning contrary to the gossip , they do seem to be working to keep the kids first and in each other’s lives. And that Brad probably gets more time with them than the dueling PR let’s on.
But he can’t take them on holiday – he doesn’t have enough time with them.
I’m glad she did a small film with the shoot it makes her more human. Her interviews are more controlled now she is very guarded about what she says. The people who worked on the shoot some have known her for years and worked with her before. They all enjoyed being there and she kept the TV on for them because of the elections. She is a very thoughtful host. The house is stunning and brought back the old Hollywood glamor. I’m glad British Vogue talked about the house too.
