I’m someone who enjoys the Kaylor conspiracy. I do think it was interesting that on the night Taylor Swift won her third Album of the Year Grammy, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner announced that they had welcomed their new baby. Whether or not Karlie and Taylor were ever romantically involved, it’s been clear for several years that they had a significant falling out. Considering how Taylor always likes to have big, public beefs, it’s extremely strange that she’s never really explained it lyrically or with some kind of blind item clues. One day Karlie and Taylor were BFFs, and one day they weren’t. And now Karlie gave birth on the same day as the Grammys, when Taylor was picking up Grammys for an album she wrote in relative isolation with Joe Alwyn. HMMM.
Karlie Kloss is a mom! The supermodel, 28, welcomed her first child with husband Joshua Kushner, who shared their baby’s arrival on Instagram Sunday. “Welcome to the world,” the new dad wrote.
The couple first announced their pregnancy in October, PEOPLE exclusively reported.
“Karlie is overjoyed to be expecting her first child in 2021,” a source close to Kloss told PEOPLE at the time. “She will be the most amazing mother.”
No one has said whether the child is a boy or girl, and Karlie’s pregnancy has mostly flown under the radar because of… well, everything else going on. She wasn’t hiding it, but she wasn’t talking about it constantly and I didn’t even know she was due so soon. Anyway, baby names? Taylor, Jaredina, Donny, Ivank, Swifterella, Joshua Jr., Karlie Jr, or none of the above? Joshua and Jared’s father is named Charles – if this baby is a boy, they’ll likely work Charles in there somewhere, the Kushner boys love their daddy.

1. That child will have a nice trust fund (needed for his future therapy)
2. By the time his uncles, aunties, and maybe his own father are done w/the courts, he will likely be old enough to legally change his name (along with his T**** cousins) to get the hell away from all the “adults” in the room.
3. I hope he has a GREAT nanny to help him process/navigate through it all.
I doubt they’ll work Charles (or either of their own names) into the baby’s name. It’s not Jewish custom to name children after someone that is still alive. Since Karlie converted to marry him, I assume they will follow tradition.
@SA you’re right that it’s not likely a name they’ll use because Josh’s father is alive and the Kushners are Ashkenazi, but that’s only largely an Ashkenazi custom, and not even universal in that regard. It’s very much commonplace to name after living relatives in other communities, particularly pan-Sephardi communities.

I’m a big Taylor fan and yes, I 100% believe the Kaylor theory and that she dated some other women too, like Dianna Agron. I’m not a “shipper” or believe the conspiracy in a weird fanfic-y way; I legitimately think there’s evidence. There’s a reason why several of Taylor’s public relationships seemed fake, and a LOT of her lyrics can be read in a queer context.
CHTST: Kaylor was real. The picture of them kissing on the balcony seals it. And there are a lot of lyrical hints in TS’s music about Karlie, they just tend to be more opaque.
That’s a gossip I would like to know!
Definitely click the Kaylor link Kaiser provided in the article and also look up “Swiftgron.” The evidence is really overwhelming, and so many situations/destinations where Taylor was with Dianna or Karlie end up in Taylor’s songs that masquerade as being about men she’s publicly dated. It’s pretty wild. A lot of songs people think are about Harry Styles are very likely about Dianna. And pretty much everything else is about Karlie.
Taylor sings a LOT about hidden/forbidden love. Yes, she has to deal with the media and paps, but she sings about the topic WAY too much to just be about that. She also talks a lot about people never knowing the real story behind her lyrics and that it’s not as simple as people make it out to be — for someone who seems to telegraph exactly who her songs are about from an outsider’s perspective, that’s weird, isn’t it?

I’ve never read too much into the Taylor/Karlie theory, but I fell down the rabbit hole today. Wow, it definitely seems like they were a couple for quite a while. I can’t imagine ever being that touchy feely with one of my girlfriends — especially over the period of a few years.
Taylor’s relationships with men have always seemed off to me.
Honestly, the whole situation makes me sad.
But hasn’t Karlie been with Kushner for nearly a decade? I could see them having an open relationship for a while, but then locking it down when they got married. Taylor strikes me as the kind of person to have emotionally intimate or intense relationships with men and women, but doesn’t necessarily make her a lesbian. Maybe she’s fluid emotionally, but otherwise straight. Just a theory.
Kaylors always want to hog the forbidden love narrative. That’s the issue I have with lesbians, even though I am a gay myself. Some lesbians really do hate men. They never give a moment of thought that during the height of her whirlwind #hiddleswift, she was secretly seeing Joe, even though by that time it was only casual/FWB. If #hiddleswift was bad, her two-timing with Joe would be apocalyptic, for her and for Joe, espectially Joe, whose career would have been tankered before it even started. Should that scandalous bomb have had exploded in that summer, it’d never die down. That’s why when they got found out by The Sun in May 2017, her PR insisted they only had gone out for a few months instead of since September the year before. Tom’s people were waiting for that moment to assume the control of the narrative. But she made it through until her reputation were released and she completely seized the narrative by changing herself into a maneating dark vendetta.
I don’t think Karlie planned her baby announcement around an ex-friend/lover’s professional event.
(That being said, I’d love a history about their relationship and falling out. I’m super nosey like that.)

You can’t be serious right? 😂 😂 she’s written countless songs about Karlie. The opening track of Folklore – The 1 – is about how their lives would be different if they were ‘man and wife’ not both women in a still homophobic world.
The 1 is a reference to their Big Sur / Highway 1 road trip where ppl started eye raising over them
I believe the 1 is about Joe. She has made many references that she and Joe tried to forget each other after they hooked up in early 2016. That’s why she was so loud about Tom rollout. She wanted to get back at Joe. But Joe called her bluff and she went back with him sometime in early July. They initially only planned it as a summer thing, only both caught feelings in the end.

I had no idea they were expecting. I hate how people make excuses for karlie especially, as if she is an innocent bystander and not someone who willingly joined this terrible family. Jared and her husband Joshua are close and Joshua benefited from having his brother in office, with his medical insurance start up. Karlie is enjoying the fruits of their corruption and cruelty. Also I find her annoying and disingenuous.
My granddaughters keep me up to date on Taylor. Seems that Karlie had business in NYC so Taylor offered her apartment some years back. Karlie abused her guest privileges allegedly by inviting in friends and having a party. Do not know if there were damages or what but that was the beginning of the end.

I see some Kaylor conspiracy in the comments, which YMMV but I think this verse in Time to Go is easily about Karlie – I read rumors that Karlie was sharing things about Taylor to Sc***ter, a big no-no!

I think this is much more likely to be about Karlie than The 1. And I’d believe it because anyone who’d marry a Kushner…well, I don’t think much of her.
