Just last week Pete Davidson and Phoebe Dynevor let it leak that they are getting serious. Now we’ve entered the Spotted Together Pap Shot phase of the rollout. Over the weekend, Pete and Phoebe were photographed in and around Manchester, casually strolling in a haze of new romance bliss.
Pete Davidson was spotted in England on April 25 on an intimate outing with British actress Phoebe Dynevor, as the pair were photographed near a Manchester grocery store before they took a grassy stroll together, all bundled up.
A source close to Pete exclusively tells E! News that the funnyman is “very into Phoebe” and has been flying back and forth from NYC to the U.K. “any chance he gets.”
The insider explains, “He doesn’t mind, because he’s very excited about spending time with her. She’s getting to know him and loving this attention.”
For this trip, Pete arrived at Heathrow Airport in London on April 22. He’s expected to be back in New York before SNL returns on May 8 (with Tesla brainiac Elon Musk as host).
The suspected couple has spent a few weekends together by now, though they keep their England hangouts “low-key,” notes the source.
But that doesn’t mean it’s any less serious.
“He’s making a huge effort to go back and forth,” the source shares. “When they aren’t together, they are on the phone and can’t get enough. She think he’s funny and very charming. She’s enjoying herself.”
We can’t get most of the shots, but there’s one in the tweet at the top. You can see the bulk of them here. They were taken in a parking lot outside a grocery store in Manchester and a rather lovely field. They aren’t earth shattering but both Pete and Phoebe seem to be enjoying themselves.
Whether you are rooting for this couple or not, they get major points deducted for breaking quarantine for this stupid pap walk. Britain still has COVID quarantine rules in effect. The rule is that those flying into Britain from the US are supposed to isolate for 10 days. They may cut it down to five if they test negative for COVID in that time. This means that Pete, who flew in on Thursday, should have isolated until Tuesday at the very earliest. The pap photos are from Sunday and he flew back to New York on Monday. I know he’s been vaccinated due to his filming on SNL and with Phoebe filming The Colour Room in Stoke-on-Trent, I’m sure she has as well. But that does not exempt them from the rule so they both broke the protocol in place. And that’s uncool, puppy love or no. Plus, the article said Pete’s doing this every chance he gets. He better hope Heathrow’s TSA doesn’t read The Daily Mail.

It’s still so frustrating that the very people who can afford to quarantine won’t.
I find them to be a very odd couple. Like I wouldn’t expect them to be together. But Pete seems to like brunettes and Phoebe…. I don’t know lol.
If it works for them it’s all that matters I suppose.
They’ve all been vaxxed. I think in the early days, before we knew very much at all, celebrities probably did honor shut downs. For the most part. But very quickly they found out the death rate for rich people in great shape, and that ended that. Then came the vax, and now you can forget about it. It’s all of them. I don’t really know why the UK is enforcing quarantines on fully vaxxed people anyway. But you can bet that it does not, has not, and never will, apply to celebrities.
Even fully vaxxed people should be taking precautions until we get to the point where community transmission is low enough to take the virus out of wide circulation.
Vaxxing doesnt stop you getting COVID, it stops the impact on the body from being so serious (in most cases). Continuing to allow community transmission is also a breeding ground for variants and mutations and we do not want to let that keep going on – COVID has already shown that it mutates to be more transmissible and with more severe symptoms, which is worst case scenario for viruses.
Please do continue to name and shame those breaking the rules, we all need to understand that a vaccination isn’t free reign to just go back to pre-pandemic behaviour yet.

Scientists still don’t know if vaccinated people can spread the virus. It’s a real possibility. Everyone who travels needs to isolate. Ugh. They’re not even wearing masks.

This really p*sses me off! I’m in New York and haven’t seen my mum in Scotland for 20 months as I can’t take the time off work to quarantine. But this guy just swans in and out whenever he feels like it for someone he’s know for what? 3 months?
THIS. I haven’t seen my oldest son in 17 months because we can’t afford to take time off to quarantine and visit. It makes me so angry that people are just flitting off all over the place.
