As we discussed, there have been three major stories about Prince Charles this summer, and all of the stories have involved the same fundamental issue: cash-for-access. The latest story involved Michael Fawcett, the CEO of the Prince’s Foundation, promising knighthoods and British citizenship in exchange for substantial donations to the foundation. Basically, Charles and everyone around him have been selling access for years. Not just access to Charles himself, but access to British society, to the British honours system, to the Tory government and to British citizenship. It’s very complicated and it will never be a simple, sexy story like “Meghan made a white woman cry,” but the way these stories have come out… well, it’s fascinating. It’s a mystery how and why there are all of these leaks against Charles. And make no mistake, this is all about Charles, not the people around him, trying to insulate him.
Prince Charles was ‘100 per cent’ behind an offer to help Saudi tycoon Mahfouz Marei Mubarak bin Mahfouz secure UK citizenship, a former fixer claimed as Britain’s future king faced mounting pressure to cut ties with his closest aide. The allegation by William Bortrick – a paid advisor to Dr bin Mahfouz, who is a major donor to Charles’s charities – comes as the Prince’s former valet Michael Fawcett was forced to step down as chief of the Prince’s Foundation.
A string of claims about 58-year-old Mr Fawcett’s conduct while running the charity included the allegation that he had offered to ‘support’ Dr bin Mahfouz in his efforts to secure both a knighthood and British citizenship. And new allegations about Charles’s apparent involvement have emerged in a draft letter from Mr Bortrick to Dr bin Mahfouz, who donated more than £1.5million to Charles’s charities.
The letter by Burke’s Peerage publisher Mr Bortrick, which was drafted in May 2014 and revealed by The Times today, said that Dr bin Mahfouz’s application for citizenship would ‘now take the highest priority’. It added: ‘His Royal Highness supports these applications 100 per cent, as there is no greater example of contribution [than] yours, therefore this should be rewarded and recognised accordingly.’
Mr Bortrick also suggested in the draft letter that Dr bin Mahfouz would get the opportunity to meet the Queen ‘in the next few months’, and receive the ‘special honours’ of a knighthood before full House of Lords membership. However, the newspaper reported that there was no evidence of whether the letter was sent or agreed by Charles’s advisers – and MailOnline has contacted a Clarence House spokesman for comment this morning.
Yeah, to be fair, a middleman/fixer claiming that Charles is 100% aware of the access scheme doesn’t make it so. But on the other hand, of course Charles was aware. It’s not just Michael Fawcett and other sycophants, running around and arranging knighthoods and citizenship papers all by themselves. Of course Charles had to sign off on all of it. He was the one submitting names to the honours list too.
Still, this sh-t is going to get buried so hard. Not just because Charles is the “future king,” but because it’s pretty clear that these cash-for-access schemes involved members of the Tory government (going back to David Cameron) and most of the royal establishment. So far, all that’s happening with any of these cash-for-access stories is that Charles’ foundation is investigating themselves!!! There is no independent audit, no third-party law firm conducting an investigation. This is already getting buried as we speak.
PS… Charles’ office said yesterday that Chaz had “no knowledge” of all of these machinations. Bullsh-t.

At this point, it’s becoming quite clear that the BRF is a family of grifters, con artists and criminals – why does the UK keep them? no accountability, no power to remove them, or have any of them face any consequences for their behavior? it’s honestly sick.

It began in 1688 after the Glorious Revolution. Rights of the monarch to do as they pleased were further steadily eroded until the end of Victoria’s reign which completed it.
But bribes, shady doings, selling titles and access – these things have happened and continue to happen regardless of the time period.

Always follow the money. And we always know money like this gets squirreled in off shore accounts, or buried under untraceable “cash” donations that can be skimmed easily. I’d also be checking into Fawcett’s money trails.
I was also wondering about this. What does Charles et al. spend the money ON? It can’t all be offshore accounts. Security is provided by the government. I have a hard time believing that no matter how expensive his wardrobe, that it costs £1.5 million (or whatever obscene amount). All those expensive trips abroad are covered by the government. Aren’t building renovations supposed to be covered by the sovereign grant?
So what does he need that money for???

And yet they banished Fergie for doing something simillar on a much smaller scale.
Her crime was being sloppy about it.
But I’m beginning to get the feeling that she wouldn’t have embarked on such a venture if it wasn’t already accepted and part of the day to day operations in the RF. Same with Sophie.
And if Fergie was clumsy about it, where did it break down? From indiscreet middlemen? From courtiers placing strategic leaks? How did the story of Fergie’s clumsy schemes come to light? And what was happening at the time that the RF needed a distraction from a bigger, much more damning story?
I no longer accept the premise that these stories arise spontaneously— what’s clear to me is that they’re calculated to distract people from the really damning activities of the heirs.

I think there are a lot of (bad) leaders who are “just get it done, I don’t want to know the details” who are then genuinely surprised to find out what was done in their name. What happens then reveals who they really are. Yeah, a former boss signed a letter of support for someone involved in the Epstein horror show.

As for who is behind this, let’s face it: Charles made no friends among the family. He has no allies alother than Camila and Fawcett, both of whom are in the news.

Andrew, who is known to get cozy with rich Saudis, could have tipped Sophie, who might have been in the middle of “Camila hates Meghan” ,part of the Cambridges campaign to bait Harry into saying something bad about Camila in his memoir…we also know Kkkate is very eager to be Queen soon, as per uncle Gary …
If Charles doesn’t know what the hell his staff is doing, than how can he be king? How can any of them “rule” when they can’t even keep their own staff in check? The help is running amok over at the palace, selling out their employers on the daily and people have the nerve to say that H&M are the problem. So, how were they guaranteeing citizenship and honors? Prince Charles isn’t involved with either of those things decisions. Anyone can nominate someone for an honor, but it’s the Cabinet Office that chooses who gets them. As for citizenship, why would they have gone through Prince Charles? Unless they have changed their policy, you can buy citizen ship for 2 million pounds. No background checks required. It’s not like these were poor people and couldn’t afford it.
He must have some government officials in on this too. I could see him greasing the wheels, but these are not his decisions to make. So, he couldn’t guarantee anything unless government officials were involved.
I imagine there’s a big stack of nominations on someone’s desk. A request from Charles can get you from the bottom of the pile to the top.
We are watching the play King Charles III happen in real time. The Tory establishment has it out for Charles and they are putting the stories out now before QEII meets her maker. His short reign will be chaotic. William’s Tory handlers are preparing him for Charles’ abdication.

Meghan couldn’t get hers because she is in the public eye. The citizenship deals were shady and they were trying to keep it quiet. If they had just given her citizenship it would have raised a lot of questions.
Think about it, part of these cash for access scheme were a chance for donors to meet and even have dinner with Charles. So CH wants us to believe that Charles is just meeting these people with no briefing from his staff about who these people are and why he’s meeting them? Really? This is all about Charles not wanting to use his own money for the purchase and maintenance of his homes in Scotland.
Does anyone know if this man ever received his Knighthood and/or British citizenship?

I’m old enough to remember back in the mid-eighties when the Thatcher government uncovered proof that a Saudi prince received millions of pounds for his own use as part of Britain’s largest arms deal. Tony Blair later called off an investigation by the Serious Fraud Office into allegations that BAE Systems ran a 60 million-pound “slush fund” offering sweeteners to Saudi officials in return for contracts as part of the Al-Yamamah deal. The BRF had to have known and sanctioned this little set-up. Fast forward to Airmiles Andy and his sleazy dealings with Saudi princes which were described as “diplomatic trade missions” between the two countries. My ass. The BRF has been in bed with the Saudis since WWI and Charles is fully apprised and a willing participant in the grift.

Making a donation to rub elbows with Charles doesn’t bother me. They should make it transparent and always include someone who does not pay and would never have the opportunity otherwise and get some good publicity from it. Someone from NHS or some other deserving person.
Selling titles and citizenship is a whole other legal matter.
If Charles truly had no idea it makes him look completely incompetent. Not sure if that’s what they want to put out there. An incompetent leader and future king.

Charles has his enemies within, literally all his family hate him so I wonder who made the call. Seems like a calculated effort to get rid of Fawcett as a way to disarm Charles. I think if the follow up on this is “ Willie and keen need to be next” then we know where it’s come from.
