The make-up is way to heavy. It looks best in the black and white photo, where it is toned down a little. Maybe it photographed poorly, but the eyes are just too harsh. Overall, it ages her. I think the same style but much softer could look great.
You guys read my mind, I am not a big Adele follower, but was alarmed by the makeup in the header photo. Is this normal for her? She’s a beautiful woman, she doesn’t need all that.

I think more color on her lips would make all the difference (that brownish shade doesn’t suit her).
My first thought- when actually did stage make up cross over to be evening ( or even daytime look, for god’s sake), and then… her earrings look like giant gilded wisdom teeth.
I liked Adele’s seventies style better before (80’s fluff dresses and super heavy make-up are not my thing) but who cares?????!!!!!! She looks amazing, bangin’, happy.

I’m with you on that. TBH, I don’t know anyone who wears this kind of makeup in person, so I can only imagine that it’s absolutely distracting IRL. One thing for photographs and awards shows, but I can’t imagine going through daily like that way.
It also washes a generic sameness over everyone imo. I do think Adele is stunning, but I don’t care for this look. In all other respects, I hope she’s happy and having a great time.

OMG, had to go back up to look. Yep, those are big ol’ molars with their roots clutching giant pearls. Now those pearls are fab, the giant molars, though….

I know nothing about him, but I like that he’s successful in his own right, and I hope it works out between them. Seems like every wealthy woman gets targeted by creeps looking to profit off her. Adele needs someone who can go toe-to-toe with her!

Good for him but we don’t know him personally so we can’t really say what kind of partner he would be. There are lots of hard-working, self-made successful men (Weinstein, Cosby, Brad Pitt, etc) who aren’t great.

It takes a great amount of chutzpah to declare someone you don’t know personally “a great catch”. I really don’t mean to pick on you, but I just find it a bit funny how people will make predictions on what kind of partner someone will make based only on their profession. It’s possible he’s an amazing person who’s kind and loyal and everything Adele is looking for. The opposite could also be true. This was a very long- winded response (I’ve had a very loooong day). I just want people to stop making assumptions about someone’s inherent goodness based on the success of their career. It’s just very naive. This also applies to Adele. I love her as a singer and she seems like a nice enough person, but we don’t know what she’s like behind closed doors. There have been too many cases of celebs projecting an image that’s not reflective of reality.

Amazing how we don’t know the celebrities personally but we have identified some we think of as good catches and wish them the best. What if they aren’t great catches and don’t deserve the best?

Hmm, you know, I think she looks good, and if that weight loss is intentional, I’m glad she achieved her goals, but I do miss that youthful roundness her face had when she was slightly bigger. It gave a girlishness to her features I really enjoyed. I also hope those are lip plumpers working a number on her mouth and not fillers because, otherwise….girl, stop while you’re ahead. You’ve already got fairly full lips. Don’t go crazy.
