Now that this story is a few days old, I feel like it’s less scandalous? Still, the headline surprised me: Zoe Kravitz was seen out with Chris Pine, and they looked very friendly. Pine and Kravitz have been friends for years and they reportedly dated at one point more than a decade ago, although I don’t think it was anything super-serious. If they had a friends-with-benefits situation at some point, I would not be surprised. These days, Zoe is pretty serious with Channing Tatum and Chris is pretty serious with Annabelle Wallis. Annabelle and Channing were not at dinner with their partners though:

Wearing nearly identical suede jackets, Kravitz, 32, and Pine, 41, were photographed exiting West Hollywood’s Sushi Park restaurant, a favorite A-lister spot. Before departing, they were spotted sharing a warm embrace.
The pair were first linked in 2010 after spending time together at that year’s Met Gala. Three years later, dating speculation swirled as they attended several events at London Fashion Week together. However, neither party ever confirmed a romance on the record.
Pine was present for Kravitz’s 2019 wedding to actor Karl Glusman, from whom she finalized her divorce in August.
As I said, this felt more scandalous a few days ago. Now I’m thinking it was just two friends going out to dinner. Maybe Channing had other sh-t to do and maybe Annabelle did as well. It’s not like Zoe and Chris were canoodling, nor is anyone saying that they were trying to be furtive. They weren’t hiding, she hugged him knowing that a photographer was there, so it’s probably fine. Dudes and ladies are allowed to be friends!!

The way the pictures came out it did look bad and they both should know it would.
It’s an odd outing. Celebs can go out to dinner and NOT be seen, if they want. LA has a million restaurants.
I don’t believe he is dating Annabelle Wallace any longer. They have not been seen together in quite some time.
She did not spend her birthday with him and they have not been seen together since then.

What? Why shouldn’t men and women be platonic friends? I have zero issue with my husband having female friends – he has many and I have never felt threatened. In return, his two best male friends were originally friends of mine. I see a guy with no female friends as an absolute red flag that they don’t see women as equals.
What? No. If you are in a committed relationship, presumably you trust that person to act respectfully within the bounds of your relationship. Otherwise you need to find someone else to be in a committed relationship with.

This just reminded me of a ridiculous story in the current InStyle. Reese Witherspoon was saying that she and her daughter look so much alike that they seek advice from Lisa Bonet & Zoe, because they are identical. Umm… no, they’re not.

I believe there’s some truth to the rumours though I have no evidence. Just random comments online claiming they know Annabelle Wallis or the previous purported beard (think she is a model) and that it was all a set-up. I still love Chris anyway; good actor. Who knows, maybe he’s bi (I believe Henry Cavill is too).
