Prince Andrew transferred the money to Virginia Giuffre, the case will be dismissed

On February 15th, Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre officially came to a settlement agreement. Their lawyers had been working on the deal for several weeks and as we know, Andrew also had to negotiate with Prince Charles and the Queen so that they would give/lend him the money. But Andrew didn’t pay Virginia back in February. He had about one full month to cough up the money, and cough he did. The wire transfer must have gone through on Monday or Tuesday, because on Tuesday morning, Giuffre and Andrew’s lawyers informed the court that the case could now be dismissed.

The Duke of York has paid off his accuser Virginia Giuffre after they reached an out of court settlement. Reports have suggested the sum totals at £12million.

“Stipulation of Dismissal” court documents were filed on Monday calling for the civil sexual assault action to be dismissed. Each party would pay their own costs and fees, the joint order said. It comes weeks after they reached a “settlement in principle” in the civil sex claim filed in the US.

Judge Lewis Kaplan must now sign the order bringing an official end to the civil case.

Just hours before the news emerged, Prince Andrew broke cover for the first time in three weeks on Tuesday. In the sighting, the duke looked at ease as he drove his Range Rover.

I mean, it’s not really news at this point. It would be bigger news if Andrew pulled out of the settlement at the 11th hour. Personally, I tend to believe that Andrew realized he was up Sh-t Creek without a paddle back in January, when the judge threw out almost all of Andrew’s legal arguments and refused to dismiss the case. Andrew was eager to settle, it just took the better part of two months to work out the money part of it, meaning that Andrew needed mummy and Chuck to pay.

And here are the new photos of Andrew, driving with his ear buds in. Charles told him to lay low and not get photographed, I wonder if this is Andrew telling his brother “I do what I want” as Andy drives over to see their mummy.

So QE2 and Charles ponied up the cash after all.
Hold on to your hat Andy, payback is coming!!!!!

I would love it if Virginia wrote a book with a publish date the day after the jubbly. I hope she knows how brave she is, and that we see it. This was a huge win, even if it did not go to trial. I wish her the peace she deserves.

News reports agree that the payment agreement contained a non disclosure claus.

The car shot just serves to remind that that vile, supposedly penniless man has picked up two luxury vehicles in the recent past.

Drives me crazy that they agreed to report the settlement in Pounds. It was a US court case, I feel like it was done to minimizes the damages. He’s paying around $15,720,000. I like the bigger number.
He’s repulsive. How is he still not a bigger blight on the family and institution? Ugh

    • Saucy&Sassy says:

Snarkle, no, that amount is what the BM came up with. I believe it was more than that,
They just don’t want the people in the UK thinking it was higher.

It’s incredible how Andrew has no shame whatsoever. Instead of laying low, there sits the rapist in his luxury vehicle, driving around, probably planning his big comeback so he can stand on the ‘balcony of lies’ with the rest of the grifters at the jubbly. Maybe he’s even planning on writing a book! SMH.

  6. Julia K says:

No book for either one of them. Money was transferred with a non disclosure clause for both parties.

I’m just glad the money got to Virginia. With the low-life royal family, I was concerned that she wouldn’t actually get it or that there were more hoops to jump through.
