The 2022 Emmy Awards were just a bad idea, from start to finish. They were scheduled in the middle of the Toronto Film Festival and the start of New York Fashion Week, and the Emmys were scheduled on a Monday night. The actual Emmy broadcast was chaotic and poorly produced and managed. The ONLY highlights of the show were the people who won and got to briefly speak for like 15 seconds because of course Emmy producers needed more time for their endless f–king montages. To top it all off, very few photo agencies even bothered to buy Emmy red carpet photos. So here we are. Zendaya was, as always, Queen of the Red Carpet. She wore a gorgeous vintage Valentino gown which was perfectly styled. Love the pockets, love the hair. Zendaya also won the Best Actress Emmy for Euphoria.
Here’s Sydney Sweeney in Oscar de la Renta. This would have looked great at this year’s Met Gala, especially given the bustle. It’s pretty conservative but I like that she goes conservative for a lot of big industry events. While she didn’t win anything for Euphoria or The White Lotus, the latter show picked up several major Emmys.
Speaking of The White Lotus, Alexandra Daddario looked incredible in this Dior. Her body is incredible. She’s so sexy.

Face it, Zendaya could wear anything. She is genuinely one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
The dress and necklace is beautiful, it gives me edgy princess vibes.
The hair is a little matronly for me, I would have preferred hair up to show off her necklace more.
Zendaya never misses. This is simple and so stunning.
Truly don’t know who else could pull off that look. Perfection. I don’t mind the “matronly” hair because the whole thing is throwback glamour.
She reminds me of Audrey Hepburn: petite, elegant and always perfectly dressed.

I too think that Zendaya and Alexandera Daddario both looked stunning!! Though both looks were 2 entirely different ends of the spectrum, they both looked incredible! I do love the vintage flare of Zendaya’s dress while Alexandria looked stunning from the cut and the execution.
I don’t know why but Syndney is falling flat this season on the Red Carpets. And I side eye her backpedaling regarding the party for her mom, just own it.

These looks were all good. The Emmys didn’t start cutting off speeches until after Michael Keaton spoke. He make no sense at all. Jennifer Coolidge should have been allowed to speak all night if she wanted to.
Lol Jennifer was the highlight! So right about the show sucking it. Just horrible.
Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney both looked great. I loved everything about Zendaya’s look, and I was happy she won, even though i’ve never seen Euphoria lol.
I actually liked the Emmys overall, Jimmy Kimmel aside. I thought it was chaotic and somewhat rushed but all that meant it ended on the dot at 11 pm, which was refreshing for an awards show, LOL.
The same for me regarding the broadcast…I enjoyed the HELL out of it…the fashion…the chaos…ALL OF IT❣
