While I’m glad that Bradley Cooper didn’t get a Best Director Oscar nomination, I hate that he got a Best Actor nom! And yes, he’s sort of a scammer. [Pajiba]

Ego is has been SNL’s MVP for several seasons imo. She is constantly killing it. Nice to see Devon Walker growing as a performer and getting more screen time. They were both hilarious in this skit.

I am glad I am not the only one who sees Bradley Cooper for the scammer he is. He is someone who absolutely thinks he deserves all of the accolades just for showing up. He’s directed two mediocre films (one of them being the thousandth remake of an old film). I will scream this until I turn blue: His nom should have gone to Greta Gerwig. And Carey Mulligan’s nom should have gone to Margot Robbie (I love you Carey but you were woefully miscast in this film). We are supposed to believe that Carey is a half Costa Rican half Jewish woman??

TA. A prosthetic nose wins again.

    • Ang says:

      1. Bradley did not get nominated for best director so nothing to take from Greta.
      2. When you say he did nothing for this…where are you getting that from? Did he not do the research and homework to make this movie? You seem to be just spouting talking points in your rage.

    • Polly says:

I just watched a few episodes of Alias and he was good once!

  3. Normades says:

The Brothers Sun is a fun show. It’s kind of violent but would be a good easy family watch with older kids.

  4. Oswin says:

I had the Peaches ‘n Cream Barbie Tiffany Amber Thiessen was playing with! I was so obsessed with the fancy Barbies…and my dog was obsessed with chomping their heads off and gnawing their legs, lol. And Tiffany is and has always been adorable 😍

    • SunnyDays says:

She was my favourite Barbie!! So glamorous and fancy, I have never coveted a toy like I did her. I remember everything about that dress, her little ring on her finger, her shoes. What a throwback! And little Kelly Kapowski in the ad, that just makes it better 😂

      • Oswin says:

Wasn’t she just gorgeous?? The Barbie, I mean, even though Tiffany was, too, of course. I was in a few high school pageants, and I kid you not, one of the dresses I wore, I bought SOLELY because it reminded me so strongly of the Peaches ‘n Cream Barbie! Should I be embarrassed to admit that? I’m not, but maybe I ought to be…lol

    • SunnyDays says:

Never be embarrassed to admit that!!
Peaches n’ Cream is making her rounds right now because she is rumoured to be a potential Oscars outfit inspo for Margot Robbie. Can you imagine?!

      • Oswin says:

Omg, really?? I might actually tune in to the Oscars just to see that! She would be dazzling in that gown!

        (seriously, I literally gasped when I read what you wrote. I’m 43, I shouldn’t be so excited over a Barbie dress…lol 🤗 )

  5. Eurydice says:

I had only ever seen Shannon Sharpe on Undisputed, where he never stopped talking and always interrupted everyone. It was interesting to see him sit back and listen on Club Shay Shay.

  6. Lilly (with the double-L) says:

What a great statement for her nomination. Lily also noted in an interview remembering when Keisha Castle-Hughes, the first Indigenous female nominee for Whale Rider was announced. She’s so gracious and deserving (my opinion).
