Bower: Prince Harry ‘decided to remain in America for the foreseeable future’

As we learned this week, Prince Harry changed his residency on company filings for Travalyst, the environmental-tourism non-profit he launched in 2019. Travalyst used to be filed with Harry’s British address, and now he’s changed it to reflect that he lives in America, especially after his father evicted him from Frogmore Cottage. Again, this was not a statement issued by Harry or his spokesperson, nor is a line on a company filing indicative of citizenship either way. That hasn’t stopped the usual suspects from making a meal out of this news. The Mail even got that evil old goat Tom Bower to chime in – the same Bower who has spent the past four years demanding that Harry divorce Meghan at once and come back to be his brother’s scapegoat.

Prince Harry’s decision to pinpoint the day he and Meghan were ‘evicted’ from Frogmore Cottage by King Charles as the date his US residency began points to ‘irritation’ with his father and that he won’t return to the UK, royal experts told MailOnline today.

Filings published by Companies House yesterday for ‘Prince Henry Charles Albert David Duke of Sussex’ record that his ‘New Country/State Usually Resident’ is now the U.S. It was previously recorded as the United Kingdom. And despite being updated officially this week, Prince Harry chose the day he and Meghan officially moved out of Frogmore Cottage – June 29, 2023, as the date his formal US residency began – not when they emigrated in early 2020.

Royal biographer Tom Bower told MailOnline that Harry’s decision to use the date of leaving Frogmore as the start of his US residency reveals his annoyance with his father. It is also a sure sign that Harry has no intention of living in Britain again for some time.

‘King Charles was quite right to evict Harry from Frogmore, and not surprisingly Harry was irritated. He and Meghan thought they could have their cake and eat it’, he said. ‘Unfortunately, the King did not go further and strip the Sussexes of their titles. That might have stopped their recent promotional splurge, exploiting their royal titles to earn money. Hopefully, when the King recovers he will reconsider his attitude towards the Sussexes and distance them further from the royal family’.

Mr Bower says the Companies House document unearthed by the Mail shows Harry has ‘decided to remain in America for the foreseeable future. He should now be firmly told by the King to stop exploiting his royal titles for commercial profit’.

Royal author Angela Levin said the change in residence means that Harry should no longer be ‘a Counsellor of State to stand in for the monarch should it be needed’.

Royal experts have said Harry was ‘deeply wounded’ by his father’s order for him and Meghan to leave Frogmore, which had been a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth, with suggestions that he was making a point by choosing the date. Royal author Phil Dampier told The Sun: ‘Charles and William knew it had to be done to emphasise Harry and Meghan were outside The Firm but he probably still thought he could keep a base here. Now he’s shown he accepts his life is in the US.’

[From The Daily Mail]

For years, I’ve tried to translate this melodramatic Derangerspeak, but I guess I just don’t get why any of this is such a big f–king deal either way? I guess you could argue that when QEII was alive, Harry still harbored a fantasy of being able to return to the UK whenever he wanted to visit friends and family. That fantasy came crashing down over the course of the past eighteen months and it wasn’t just about the Frogmore eviction. It was about how Charles treated Harry and Meghan during QEII’s funeral, it was about the security issues and all of the lies. It was about Charles refusing to even allow Harry to have a room in Windsor Castle for one night last September. At this point, I genuinely hope that Harry simply doesn’t care. Just cut all of these people out and never f–king return.

How stupid can you sound? Once PH no longer had an address in the UK, what was he supposed to list as his home? That Queen really knew how to give a wedding gift. Something you can never own or get any value out of and that you actually end up paying for. Pays to be the monarch, I guess.

    • Lolo86lf says:

Perhaps everyone in the UK thought that after being evicted from Frogmore, Harry would purchase a flat somewhere in London. No one thought at the time that Harry would leave his homeland. I strongly believe he made the right choice for him and his family.

      • Quara says:

You know, that makes TOTAL sense. It’s like they keep taking things away in hopes that he’ll suddenly decide to come slinking back, not realizing that he’s so much happier and healthier outside the toxicity of the RF. I’m sure losing Frogmore hurt him, but he’s obviously unwilling to risk his family’s safety to get back in their good graces.

They just seem shocked that he’s perfectly capable of thriving without them.

      • MsIam says:

He might have purchased another place if he won the security fight. But now with inadequate security, why spend money to live somewhere you don’t feel you and you family are safe? I think Harry really has cut ties with that place

      • olivia says:

For all they know, he has. Last time he was here they had NO idea where he was staying. You can put private properties in shell companies, and rabbit holes that will take years to find who owns what. If he did, good for him.

  2. Cessily says:

This narrative push about the date is ridiculous, what date was he supposed to use? It seems to me that the day he no longer had a home in Britain is the one you go with, just like Prince Harry did, to bad if that reminds people how horrible that family truly has been.

    • SarahCS says:

Exactly, this is the date he stopped having a UK address, that’s not a ‘decision’ on his part, it’s a simple fact.

I also love how they ‘uncovered’ something in a publicly available document. Way to go Sherlock Holmes.

      • BeanieBean says:

They’re so dang clever at the DM! 🙄

      • Agreatreckoning says:

@SarahCS, minor correction. It wasn’t ‘uncovered’ in the article, it was ‘unearthed’ lol, like an archeological dig. It wasn’t that the BM/RR’s simply attached themselves to alerts about everything H&M (which Companies House allows along with so many others), people are to believe that the BM/RR’s are doing some serious It’s so less than Sherlock Holmes. It’s like Richard/Maureen Eden “revealing” something. Bullticky. The RR’s are so lazy.

IMO, Harry doesn’t care about the Counsellor of State thing. It simply means that a member of the BRF signs off on things the men in grey approve of.imo WGAF

It’s not a bonus pay position. It’s not an actual decision worthy position. It’s a title that has no meaning. IF William, as future King, can WFH. A Counsellor of State should be able to do the, same agree, take away Harry being a potential CoS; His time is spent better elsewhere. In the US.

  3. Lawrenceville says:

LOL, I think Angela Levin and Tom Bowels should get married. They make such a nice couple!

And those people (rats) are truly delusional. “Harry has accepted that now he lives in the US”? That’s so weird considering the fact that Harry bought his Montecito home in 2020, no? Buying a home in a certain country means you have accepted that that country will be a base for you to camp, regardless of whether its permanently or whatever the other. Harry accepted that his life was or is in the US the moment he bought his Montecito mansion and moved his entire family in it.

    • Midnight@theOasis says:

“Harry has accepted that now he lives in the US”

This statement is “opposite speak” for the Rota Rats. They’re slowly accepting the fact that Harry now lives in the U.S.

    • Cassie says:

The Royal Media are full of idiots .

How do they sleep at night writing such utter rubbish.

    • Agreatreckoning says:

Right! They (RR’s/BM/BRF) want to pretend that Harry didn’t CHOOSE to live in the USA after smear campaigns, lies and, basically, people wanting to unalive his wife and child. The truth has been out there.

Harry is not crying in a beer about potentially being removed as a CoS. PH is totally clamoring for an opportunity to sign off on something the grey man decried. It’s how Harry totally rolls. /s

  4. s808 says:

Honestly, it was decided for him that he (& Meghan along with the kids) to remain in America for the foreseeable future. This address change is a nothing burger cause it was set in stone that they would not be living in the UK for any length of time when they were evicted from Frogmore (which is still empty as far as we know)

    • Tessa says:

Tom sounds bitter. He says Charles should tell harry not to exploit and use titles to promote business. And there is ferg ie a divorcee using the title duchess of York a title she got to keep promoting books and businesses. And princess michael using her title to sell her books. Hypocrisy is rampant.

  5. Izzy says:

I’ve never seen such stupidity over, literally, an accurate corporate filing. If he had listed a different date they’d be screaming their heads off that he LIED and trying to assign some mystical meaning to the date.

    • seaflower says:

Where do they think was he going to list as his residence in the UK? BP?, Windsor Castle? KP? You can bet if he used any of them, the grey men would deny it. Rip the bandaid off is best.

    • IChelsea says:

With the royal family and their gutter press it’s all about control. For years they’ve been trying to convince everyone(and themselves) that the monarchy has power over Harry and that he is desperate to be a part of it and go back. They are making a big deal out of this date because they want to push the narrative that powerful King Charles hurt Harry so bad when he took back Frogmore that Harry is now using this date out of spite so they can feel like they got a hit in on him. They don’t want to accept the fact that Harry is actually happy where he is. It’s giving big ‘you didn’t leave me i left you!’ energy.

    • PotatoPuff says:

      Stay pressed, Tom Bower.

  6. sevenblue says:

He lost his security case recently. Maybe before that, he was considering buying/renting a place in UK for trips, but I think now he doesn’t see it possible to bring children, Meghan back to UK to see family (Spencers), friends.

  7. Brassy Rebel says:

The way they make Harry sound like some kind of deluded fool for thinking he could ever reside again in the country of his birth and citizenship. No, they are telling him (really telling on themselves), if you won’t play our royal games and let us abuse you, your biracial wife, and children, you may never return as just an ordinary citizen. We own you and we control you. Always.

    • Amy Bee says:

The Royal Family and press are saying as long as you stay married to Meghan and live in the US you’re not allowed to come and go as like in the UK. I think Harry knows that and it’s why he continues to fight this in court.

    • Bettyrose says:

There’s also an element of “you didn’t leave us, we threw you out.” He wasn’t supposed to thrive in the US. He’s here for the “foreseeable future” because this is his home now.

      • PotatoPuff says:

Yes, that’s it exactly, “you didn’t leave us, we threw you out.” It’s giving toxic ex-boyfriend vibes. I find it practically comical that these authors spin their hyperbolic, twisted variations of events and are still given public platforms. Trash sells.

  8. Bettyrose says:

I’m American and also live here for “the foreseeable future.” 🤷‍♀️

    • Lolo86lf says:

I failed to get your point. I know it’s sarcasm but I still don’t get it.

      • Bettyrose says:

My point is that Harry is an American now. I don’t know his citizenship status but he’s part of an American family and workforce. So “forseeable future” is a spin that helps the derangers feel better about pretending he’s in exile.

      • Underhill says:

Isn’t that all anyone has, really? The foreseeable future. Which excludes unforeseeable things.

      • Bettyrose says:

@Underhill – True but people often have long term aspirations. Harry hasn’t given any indication that returning to Britain is an aspiration of his. I personally do have a fantasy (possible aspiration) to retire overseas but I’m definitely here for the “foreseeable future.”

    • Jais says:

Foreseeable future is such a weird way of putting it, right? Idk, it still sounds like denial, as in Bower is hoping that at some point, past the foreseeable future, it won’t be the case.

      • Bettyrose says:

      • Christine says:

Completely bizarre. It’s as if these people can’t bring themselves to accept that Harry isn’t coming back. They need to practice saying it in front of a mirror. This obsession with hurting Harry and Meghan is disturbing.

      • Gabby says:

Bower doesn’t look like he will still be here after the foreseeable future. Good riddance.

      • PotatoPuff says:

Yeah, the phrasing also gives the impression that Tom Bower is some sort of insider (he’s not) with access to the Sussexes’ circle (he’s definitely not!). It’s very misleading.

  9. Amy Bee says:

I don’t get what’s the deal either. The press likes to say that Harry and Meghan bring drama but in reality it’s the press that does it everytime. Harry just changed his address to reflect the fact that he doesn’t have a home in the UK anymore. I’d like to think he was hurt by a lot of things that his father did to try to break up his marriage and to punish him for deciding to leave since 2020 but he still loves his father. He has said in the past that he has compassion for the way Charles behaves because of how he was brought up.

    • Tessa says:

Yes Charles is an institution that is inflexible and he is now head of it. Charles though is behaving in an inhuman way and was a bad husband to his first wife and bad father to their children. And Charles not stopping the media from its treatment of his second son wife and children is loathsome. Harry probably loves his father but is more accepting that things will never change and his father won’t change

  10. I love he put the date he was removed from Frogmore. I think Harry is completely over it now. Cry more salt isle cry more.

  11. Lulu says:

The ‘royal experts’ are desperate to stay relevant when there is little day to day royal activity. They should find new jobs.

    • MsIam says:

They may need to find new jobs. The Fail and GB News are both planning layoffs. And it seems people are getting sick of “We hate Harry and Meghan” stories.

      • rosa mwemaid says:

They just keep repeating the same old things because there is nothing for them to write about.

  12. Dee(2) says:

I really don’t get what they’re upset about, his job is based here, they own a house here, his kids go to school here, why wouldn’t they figure this is where he considers his home? Are they still holding out hope that as nasty as they are, as punitive as they have been he will still want to come back to them? Also are they really at this point thinking that anyone that is doing business with the Sussexes are doing it because they think that they can get an in with the BRF or because of their own love of royalty? Who are these people that they think simultaneously love the BRF, William and Kate, everything to do with a monarchy, and are die-hard Sussex fans to the extent of purchasing things from them? I suppose there are exceptions to prove the rule exists, but I don’t see many of them out there.

    • BlueNailsBetty says:

“ Also are they really at this point thinking that anyone that is doing business with the Sussexes are doing it because they think that they can get an in with the BRF or because of their own love of royalty?”

Haha, so true. Major celebrities turned down the chance to be part of Charles’s coronation. Meanwhile, some of the most powerful people in various industries are running to hang out with Harry and Meghan.

    • Gabby says:

This is really the BRF asking how they can get an “in” with Sussexes.
They need the second-hand shine like never before.

    • JudyB says:

Yes and yes, to the media still holding out hope Harry will return to the UK. Look at all the articles still being put out about how his businesses are failing, he is running out of money, plus the ones giving tips on what he needs to do to get back in the good graces of the RF, including a new media plan that includes groveling, admitting he has been wrong, and doing things to get William to like him.

Thinking that they are successful in business only because they are using their titles also shows their thinking that the RF is so important that people will do anything to get close to them in business. In reality, they does not mean ANYTHING to to companies in the U.S. and anywhere else in the world for that matter.

  13. Just Jade says:

I guess Harry was on vacation in America for the past 4 years and decided to stay. Oh I forgot Harry was not pushed out by the rats and company for marrying a woman of color and had the nerve to create a family. Will those rats ever move on and leave the Sussexes alone?

    • rosa mwemaid says:

Well said. It has to be the race and/or the colour, they don’t criticise Frederick Windsor for marrying a British actress.

  14. Monika says:

Tom Bower, what a genius? (sarcasm). Prince Harry “decided to remain in America for the foreseeable future”. Since June 2020 Harry’s center of life is in California, his family is there and so is the majority of his work. There are probably legal issues why Harry had to change his residency. He cannot claim residency on a legal document in the UK when he does not have a residence there. It is the BM who has to get used to the idea that Harry is not returning to the UK.

Royal titles: I believe actually that Harry and Meghan do not need their royal titles for promotion anymore. Whatever they do they always get the medias attention. Harry is still the son of King Charles. It looks more that the BRF needs Meghan and Harry to promote the BRF, see King Charles jam sold out after Meghan promoted her lifestyle website, promoting jams and other products. They needed Meghan’s name to promote a British charity in the name of Kate. Anyway if Harry and Meghan decide at one stage to drop their titles you can bet on an outcry by the BM about Harry and Meghan rejecting the BRF.

Counsellor of State: There might be an issue. in regards to Harry having no residency in the UK. This is a decision for King Charles and the parliament to make. However the monarchy is hereditary and not pick and mix. Harry is still 5th in line of succession to the British crown if they like it or not.

    • Libra says:

“Prince ” is on his birth certificate. He and Meghan are Prince and Princess Harry. Reads better than Duke and Duchess but go ahead and take it if it makes you feel better. Next; remove Fergies title next and keep on going until the aristocracy is wiped out.

    • windyriver says:

@Monika – this last bit about the COS is what made me curious about the impact of Harry’s US address on paperwork. A March briefing paper for Parliament says Harry has – so far – kept his “domicile of origin” status. (Domicile is a common law concept and doesn’t necessarily mean having a UK residence.) If it’s decided by TPTB that Harry’s “intention” is to remain in the US indefinitely or permanently, his domicile status will change to “choice” and he’ll be ineligible to be COS or regent. It’s complex, and not just up to Charles; there’s a whole bureaucracy around defining domicile status, since it also involves taxation. Harry knows neither Charles nor Will will ever use him as COS, Ravec has made it impossible for him and his family to stay safely in the UK, and if it makes more sense tax wise, Harry may also be signaling something more significant when he puts down his US address.

      • Monika says:

@windyriver – thank you for clarifying and researching this. The issue with the COS looks quite complicated. I agree changing his residency to US is complex on very different levels.

    • Surly Gale says:

So giving up their “royal titles” would mean they are Mr. and Mrs. Sussex, is that right? Cause Sussex is their LEGAL name. H will ALWAYS be a Prince, thus M will always be Princess H and there is not way that title can possibly be removed w/o them bringing the entire monarchy/system down on their ears. They can screech all they like, but them’s the facts. So they want the Duke and Duchess pulled? Well, H & M already offered so I don’t think it’ll hurt too much if they become Prince Harry, Mr. Sussex and Princess Meghan, Mrs. Sussex. Do they think that will diminish H&M? No, but it will continue their tradition of diminishing themselves and putting royalty at risk internationally. There MUST be folks who can see the foreseeable future. It’s sure been foreseen here, eh?

  15. Eurydice says:

I’ve always been confused about the timeline of Frogmore Cottage. At first, it was reported that Elizabeth had given H&M a long-term lease. So, they were paying rent and the SG paid for the renovations. When they left as working royals, they reimbursed the renovation costs but were still paying rent. After that, the stories were that H&M didn’t have a long-term lease, but a 12-month lease which they renewed in May of 2022. Then Charles broke the lease (or told them he wouldn’t be renewing it for another year) right after Spare came out and BP and H&M struck a deal that they would stop paying rent to make up for the fact that they had paid for the renovations out of their own pocket. And then they moved out at the end of June 2023, which I presume was the end date of their annual lease. Have I got that right?

Ok, so now, Travalyst’s fiscal year end is coming up at the end of June and they need to update the records for changes in activity in the past year. Now, they have to report that the guy who has 70% controlling interest in the company no longer has a UK residence (he has a correspondence address in the UK, but not a residence), that now he only has a residence in the US – the same residence he’s had for the past 5 years. How is this anything more than a bit of corporate housekeeping? With all the angst and high drama over the past several years – once change in the records of a tiny company is what it takes for the BM to realize that Harry’s not coming back?

    • ABritGuest says:

Incidentally I think it came out when Charles evicted Harry that Frogmore cottage is actually owned by the monarch. So I doubt that the sovereign grant should ever have been used for its renovation in the first place. And now there’s a report that there’s further work required on the landscaping & exterior probably not helped by fact it seems to have been empty since the Sussexes left – which cost the BRF don’t seem to want to disclose suddenly but will pass on to the taxpayer. So corrupt.

It is a simple corporate filling but trust the press to make a big meal out of it when Harry’s residence status has been pretty obvious since Charles chucked him out of his only uk home- one of the cruelest things he has done because that Windsor estate area is secured by the met police. At least whilst Harry’s personal security status was in the air they could have done stealth unannounced trips to the uk & at least had a secured home. Now they don’t have that option . So those articles about how Charles misses his grandchildren make me so angry.

The press know it wouldn’t really make sense for Harry to buy a uk home because he would have to pay privately to secure it all year round when because of lack of personal security, Harry doesn’t visit the uk that frequently & for a long length of time. So yes the US is Harry’s home & the palace was the one that helped ensure that

      • DeepfriedDallasite says:

My question has been surrounded by Althorp. I have assumed since the Frogmore eviction that he stays with his Spencer relatives. Does Althorp have a high level of security around it, especially considering that is where his mother is resting.

    • Nic919 says:

It came out that frogmore is a “royal peculiar” which means regular rules don’t apply and the monarch can do what they want.

  16. Harla A Brazen Hussy says:

As a fellow Virgo, I really admire Harry’s pettiness in using this date as the official date on his company’s filing! After all his family has put him through, going back decades, it’s wonderful to see him give a bit of it back. Long live Good King Harry!

    • Eurydice says:

I would love to think it was all pettiness, but I think it’s more technical. This was the last date on which he had a UK residence.

  17. Maxine Branch says:

What I find most egregious is his father evicted him and his family stripping away security while allowing the media to create a hostile environment for his son and his son’s family. Cancer is the least of his worries. His karmic justice will be unkind and as uncaring as he has shown himself to be. No wonder his trifling son is running away from his hereditary responsibilities and is seen as a bad joke.

The gutter rats who participated in this travesty is getting theirs on the daily and this will continue for the foreseeable future because what they have left is stale days old bread.

  18. Mina_Esq says:

They can never strip away the fact that the most popular Princess of Wales in history gave birth to Harry. He will always be Prince Harry.

    • Lucky Charm says:

And if, for some reason, their Duke & Duchess titles were somehow removed (I know it’s not likely), then Meghan would simply be referred to as Princess Meghan, because most Americans don’t know/care she’s only “Princess Henry”. The BRF & rota really don’t want that title to become the default!

    • Cassie says:

      Such a great comment Mina.

  19. Slippers4life says:

It’s a big f#$%ing deal because these people actually really think they are magical super humans with holy DNA who rule the world. They continue to confuse the world’s fascination with royalty with actual reverance and absolute power.

The best way I can explain what must be going on in these people’s minds as they watch Harry do things like change his address to the US instead of divorcing Meghan and bending the knee to William and Charles is imagine the time you learned the truth about Santa, the Easter bunny and the Toothfairy. They are like Riley in “Inside Out” where her islands and beliefs about the world are crashing down so new more sophisticated ones can be built in place.

Except the folks who still believe in the Monarch like my kids believe in the tooth fairy are desperately clinging to the last shred of island left, making it impossible to build new ones. They see Harry having a US residency like Joy from inside out saw Bing Bong fading away, but instead of just owning they feel sad about it they’re trying to puff up and be all ragey.

To these people belief in a monarch’s absolute power to control the universe is more than just a belief in Santa Claus. It’s a part of their being because to believe this means the British people also have this power and will be “saved”. Harry is a living embodiment that none of this is real.

    • Christine says:

I love your analogy so much.

    • Mary Pester says:

Tom bowel needs to STFU and STFD. This excuse for a man wouldn’t know truth or fact if it smacked him between the eyes (just like I want to.) His book sank without trace because it was full of lies and more to the point, people called him out on it. Just like Ben shepherd did with Angela leviathan.
Harry hasn’t taken citizenship (yet) he just put America as his country of residence as would most people who have LIVED in a country for years. Now, when I send a letter to my family in Canda, I write the address and include the word “Canada”, my half sister is married to a Canadian, but she still classes herself as “British”, which, at the moment is NOTHING to be proud of! So once again the rats have tried to cook up a big nothingburger. Harry doesn’t give a fk if he’s a councillor of state. He cares that he can’t bring his family to the UK in safety, because of his dogsht father, his demented brother and the sick, twisted UK media. BUT, the hate campaign has lost a lot of its teeth, people are starting to say “enough already, leave them alone”. That’s why the likes of bowel are panicking. Plus, they are looking at the abdications and dwindling affection for “all things Royal” across Europe and they can see their meal tickets doing a Kate “disappearing”. Finally, I think Harry really pissed his father, brother and the media of with the voice note he sent them, it was Lesley Gore singing “you don’t own me” 😂😂

      • Saucy&Sassy says:

Mary Pester, I wonder how long the bm thought they could keep up the hate on H&M? I think it’s logical to assume that at some point people would get tired of reading about the same old hate over and over again.

I believe that his memoir and the information that came out during the lawsuit regarding how the bm operates made an impact on people. I hope Harry is able to figure out a way to refuse the settlement and go to court. I’m not sure how–unless one or some of the others do the same and help split court costs if their settlements are less than offered. The more that the facts and illegal activities of the bm are aired, the better.

      • Dilettante says:

Mary Pester, wonderful post as usual capped off by the musical reference. Brava!

On another note, (ha!) I hope you are as well as you can be.

      • @debbye says:

@Mary Pester. I pray you are comfortable. Are you home? You and @Jaded are always in my thoughts. Thank you for the giant laugh at the end

      • LahdidahBaby says:

        Brava, Mary Pester, brava!

  20. Louise177 says:

For the life of me, I don’t understand why people think the Counsellor of State is a big deal. Even if Charles is hospitalized for months, Harry still wouldn’t take on any royal duties. I doubt Harry even cares about this role. It’s also hilarious that they think the change in residency means he won’t return to Royal life. I would have thought leaving, buying a house, and working in the US would make it clear that he’s not going to be a working Royal again.

    • KT says:

It’s the only actual Royal role that is constitutionally important.

Everything else is window-dressing and PR.

The fact that Charles has declined to take Harry off the list shows that for all of the performative nonsense, he has not actually banished him from the Royal fold. That is what is chapping the derangers’ asses.
He has dug his heels in and said ‘no need to do that’, instead of capitulating to the demands of those who want Harry symbolically humiliated. It’s actually a pretty significant signal that Charles would be willing to quietly reverse-course one day, as has kind of happened with Fergie.

So they are going to continue to hard on it.

That part about how they took Frogmore to show that the Sussexes are ‘outside of the Firm’ is so hilarious because after the Oprah interview who in the world thinks that they are still in close with the Firm?? Everyone knows they left, moved continents, and rarely ever speak to those people. No one is working with or getting close to H&M to try and get to William or Charles when Harry literally said his relationship with his brother is SPACE and that his father literally stopped taking his phone calls when he was in Canada.

That said these types of quotes are setting themselves up because you’re saying that losing Frogmore and all these other contrived ‘snubs’ are evidence of the Sussexes disconnect from the Firm and royal status so how do you explain their success away from the Firm when you’ve been claiming for years that they are irrelevant?

    • Lilly (with the double-L) says:

@IChelsea agreed, that is hilarious. I love your wording of “contrived snubs” that are what hurtful? Lol. These royal experts and bigots may still hold the belief, and drawings, of the sun orbiting the earth and the rest of the world orbiting the UK. Edit, said better by Slippers above.

    • Debbie says:

Stop it @IChelsea. You’re making too much sense.

  22. Saucy&Sassy says:

Why is anyone surprised by this? He has no physical residence in the UK. It would be interesting to know what the tax laws are regarding this for corporations in the UK. It could be something as simple as that. It could be that Harry wasn’t just hurt but angered when Frogmore was taken. The brf left him with no other choice IMO. Of course, his residence is in the US.

You know what I would do if I were Harry? I’d think about buying a house in Ireland. Yes, I would.

  23. Over it says:

Tom Bowel and Angela i should probably be out on a ledge somewhere, need to leave Harry and Meghan the f alone. I can practically feel the hatred these two have for them coming off the pages . How can you possibly hate someone this much when you don’t even know them ? Especially I’m regards to Meghan. Dear Angela , Harry was never ever going to want you. Dear Tom , he was never going to want you either . I feel these people hate Meghan because they really do imagine that it should have been them that Harry choose . Too bad , too sad .Time for them to buy a clue

  24. BeanieBean says:

This cracks me up: ‘…Companies House document unearthed by the Mail.’ You can google this! Anybody can! It’s public record!!!

  25. Gabby says:

By rehashing the Frogmore eviction story over and over and over again, the BM is making Charles look just despicable.

Is this purposeful to punish Charles for driving their cash cows away? Or is Peg behind it?

    • Lilly (with the double-L) says:

It truly does, he’s one of the poster people for worst dad/granddad. Many of whom would risk their lives for their children, not put them in danger. The more they demonstrate it, the reminder stays at the forefront.

  26. AC says:

“Unfortunately the King did not go further and strip the Sussexes of their titles. That may have stopped their recent promotional splurge exploiting their royal titles to earn money”

Omg, when are these Idiots going to finally understand that Americans don’t give a F&@ck about titles. America is the land of Opportunities no matter who the Fu$&@ck you are. HM would have been popular either way because they are well liked as People. Something those assh$&les don’t understand because they’re stuck in their Medieval ways of life and are super arrogant. Heck even when kids go to Disneyland, cast members calls them Prince or princess, this a free country we can call anyone Prince or Princess. They’re just sore because their Left Overs will never be as popular as HM. And they can never admit that it was their own Fault for kicking out 2 of their best future for their monarchy.
Go ahead and take their titles away, it will just show HM would still be more well liked around the world than their left overs – which is just going to threaten the BRF even more so.

  27. BeanieBean says:

So Bowers thinks there should not be any association between a royal title & a commercial enterprise, is that it? So no more Royal Warrants for Fortnum & Mason, etc.? Eh, Bower?

    • MsIam says:

That argument is the stupidest of all considering how many articles have been written this week on Charlie’s jam vs. Meghan’s. These royal “experts” are dense!

  28. The Marchioness of Blorf says:

Um, you’d think these Brit media types would know that only Parliament can strip H&M’s titles and while Sunak is a total shitshow of a PM, he knows well enough to not get caught up in the RF’s fuckery.

  29. tamsin says:

The RR are so ridiculous. The day Harry was evicted from Frogmore was the day he had no residential address in the UK. Obviously he has a permanent residence and address in the US. I believe when you state your country of residence, you must have some kind of address. It’s absolutely shameful that they treat a son of the king, whom they are supposed to revere, in this way. Chuck is an absolutely shameful father, grandfather, and shameful husband to Diana. He is in fact shameful human being.

  30. kelleybelle says:

Without reading other comments, “No shit, Sherlock.” Calling this a-hole a royal biographer is a stretch. He hasn’t got a clue and isn’t fit to attend a goddamned dog fight.

  31. rosa mwemaid says:

Harry had to bring the information up to date, He had to use the American address, it is the only address he has. They are still writing this stupid story half a dozen different ways.

  32. Grandma Susan says:

I admit to being weirdly amused by the British Media’s constant signally of “beatings will continue until morale improves”.

  33. HeatherC says:

The only reason the BM looked up this paperwork was in the dying hope that Harry had listed an address in the UK, so they could stake that place out, send in some drones, go through the trash…

They’re broken hearted over another loss of potential information/income, so the incessant whining has continued.

  34. Norvy says:

Tom Bower, get your teeth fixed! Stop giving interviews until you address your unsightly rotten and jumbled teeth!

  35. blunt talker says:

I wish someone who has a sense of humor respond to Tom and Angie in a humorous way-Harry has businesses to take care-if they need to reach Harry they need an address to send correspondence-the royal ghouls took his home and threw out his wife and children as well-Harry’s decision to use his US address is necessary to keep in contact with business decisions and events. Those damn harpies are purely stupid and evil.

  36. phlyfiremama says:

Take away their titles, Charles. Go ahead. They will ALWAYS AND FOREVER be Prince Harry & Duchess/Princess Meghan, and you will look like the bitter, childish, and mean idiot you have shown yourself to be. The world will LAUGH at your pettiness.
