I have to admit I’m kind of fascinated by Kate Major. I know she’s just a minor player in a reality show divorce, but among Jon Gosselin’s hookups she was the one who was the most unstable and the most willing to talk to the press. Nanny Stephanie Santoro also spilled the beans to the tabloids, but she didn’t go on TV like Major did and she wasn’t all broken up over Jon either. Major cried in interviews and talked about how Jon wronged her by promising her a job as his assistant and then dumping her in that passive aggressive way of his – never really breaking up with her properly and just not returning her phone calls. She admitted in an interview on CBS’ early show that she only dated the guy for 12 days, making her look all the more desperate.
Major, a former reporter for Star Magazine, is responsible for introducing Jon to the former BFF who inevitably sold him out for a pack of cigarettes – Michael Lohan. It looks like Lohan and Major got close after Lohan had to deal with all the “trauma” of being outed as an abusive creep who beat and threatened to kill his ex girlfriend. Maybe Major is advising Lohan on his media strategy. The two were spotted out getting matching bleeding heart tattoos that feature a cross and flames coming out of the top. Oh and the hearts had barbed wire around them and a drop of blood near the bottom. How original. Are they celebrating their solidarity as the martyred wronged party in their failed relationships? Couldn’t they just get something pierced instead?

The last we saw of Major she was looking sauced up while giving an interview to Radar after her deposition in TLC’s case against Jon Gosselin. She was looking pretty beat and less put together than during her media blitz in August. She couldn’t do much worse than to hook up with Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan.

Maybe she’s crying on TV because she was the only one (besides Jon himself) who was foolish enough to give up a job for this a$$ hat…just a thought.
Michael is a predator who seeks out women who are clearly unwell and takes advantage of them. His ex-fiance had a drug habit and it seems very hypocritcal for someone who is sober to get involved with an addict, he probably uses drugs also.
