It’s been one year since Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster made their official public debut as a couple, although they’d probably allegedly been together for much longer than that. After that first set of pictures came out, we had a couple of weeks where they were papped nonstop. Remember when they were making out in an In-N-Out parking lot? Goodness gracious. Thankfully, they laid low after those first few weeks. We’ve only seen them sporadically throughout the rest of the year, most notably at different events and red carpets. Well, there was a new Hugh and Sutton PDA-sighting over the weekend. They’re in Costa Rica! This time, they were papped looking all loved up while swimming at sunset.
Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster affectionately wrapped their arms around each other while taking a sunset dip in the ocean.
The “Song Sung Blue” star and the actress were all smiles, chatting and holding hands during their vacation in Costa Rica on Saturday.
They were photographed walking deeper into the water and leaping over the oncoming waves. At one point, Jackman, 57, let go of Foster’s hand and rushed deeper into the ocean. He stopped to wait for a wave and eventually swam toward the shore.
The “X-Men” star sported Okanui’s classic swimtrunks ($89.99) in the color Hibiscus Navy.
As for Foster, 50, she rocked a blue two-piece swimsuit and styled her hair up in a bun.
While I absolutely believe that they set up a lot of their pap strolls last January, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt with this round of pictures. I don’t think they were trying to get photographed this time around. I suspect that after they went hard with their relationship rollout, someone must have told them to chill out with the PDA because no one was buying that they were in a “new” relationship. Anyway, I really like Sutton’s bathing suit. She wears it well. I have no opinion on Hugh’s trunks other than $90 seems like a lot of money for a man’s bathing suit. Honestly, if anything, these pictures are really just making me want to be on a warm beach right now. I want an escape from this chilly East Coast weather.
Note by CB: While I was initially skeptical of these photos, the photo agency, Backgrid, has plenty of candids from Costa Rica including lesser-known celebrities who look surprised to be photographed. They must have a paparazzo there and don’t necessarily set up the photos.

Yeah, that PR horse has long since bolted the barn and is halfway around the world by now. Getting papped during the LA wildfires was a horrible look even before you get to the cheating stuff.
I suspect a paparazzo went down to CR hoping to get photos of Giselle who has a house there but got Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster instead.
I can’t with hugh jackman anymore. The PR stunts to roll out the gf are so cringe. The betrayal of his wife of gazillion years is an absolute no for me. He’s close friends with ryan reynolds which only makes it worst as it seems RR and his wife are real life bullies.
They look like siblings and that’s all I can see.

He’s so cringey for how he handled all of this. And she’s even worse, because it’s not the first time she’s been a cheater and homewrecker. She’s amazingly talented, but doesn’t seem to have anything resembling a moral or ethical compass.
And he’s super talented as well. But he’s a gross adulterer who has been tacky tacky tacky since cheating on Deborra. Such a disappointment of a man.
He gives me the ick now.
