The Princess of Wales stepped out on Thursday for an unannounced engagement in Southend-on-Sea, in Essex, England. She stopped by a garden project operated by The Forward Trust, one of her (very few) patronages. She was marking Addiction Awareness Week, which is this week. Usually, to mark awareness, Kate merely signs a letter written by her staff. But the looming presence of the Duchess of Sussex in the Cotswolds has Kate acting weird. It also has Kate going overboard on her injectables, but that’s a conversation for another day.
Anyway, they’re saying that Kate only spent about an hour at her Forward Trust engagement, then it was back home (presumably) to Forest Lodge in Windsor. I looked it up – the distance between Southend-on-Sea and Windsor is approximately 68 miles. In traffic, that’s what? About an hour and a half on the road, tops. Except Kate wasn’t driven back to Windsor. She took the “private” helicopter, and she was seen boarding the chopper after her engagement.

She’s just… insanely lazy. I can’t even imagine being this lazy, vulgar and disinterested. Please! With that platform, with an office full of staff, she could be raising money constantly for dozens of charities. She could be visiting five patronages a day. And if she was doing that, people wouldn’t begrudge her the occasional helicopter journey. But the woman barely works, and on the rare day that she schedules an “unannounced visit,” she has to be bribed with ugly $1300 blazers, blonde wiglets, new jewelry and helicopter taxi rides.

What Kaiser wrote about Keen’s laziness reminded me of the scene in Pride and Prejudice where Mr Darcy says he doesn’t have the talent to talk easily with strangers and Elizabeth Bennet tells him he should practice more.
Keen is lazy and the less frequent her engagements are the more awkward she is. The engagements are so far apart that she never gets good at it, constantly and clumsily starting over each time.
That’s right..she’s lazy. And not qe2,Charles or William demanded more. Qe2 was a rotten sovereign in terms of securing the line, which was a huge part of her job. Ensuring Charles, William and their wives were adequate and adequately trained. All of this now rests on qe2. She utterly abdicated responsibility for the line of succession. So you get an ineffectual father , a lazy bullying heir and a lazier wife. Plus a horse who clomped along.
The queen asked what keen did before she married scooter. It seemed to be a lot of leisure time partying and vacations I wonder why the queen did not follow through and insist the keens do not slack off and require them to do their share of work after they got married
Tessa i know that. Charles, Diana, Camilla, willy and Kate are down to qe2. Her saying what does she do, proves it. I was there at the time, I know all the stories. Qe2 was meant to ensure the legacy. She didn’t.
The late Queen did nag Kate to do some charity work. She didn’t have to nag Meghan of course, Meghan was already a philanthropist before she met Harry.
I wonder about those lunches/teas the Queen had with Scooter. Supposedly to advise him about his future as King. A big fuss was made over those lunches/teas but I don’t see how Scooter learned a thing from her. The Queen also did not appreciate Diana who had a genuine work ethic.
I agree with you, Tessa. QE2 laid the groundwork for what’s happening now. She had guilt from not being present much with her older kids and then she overcorrected with Andrew and look what happened. She was also ill prepared for the changing times. She had advisors who could only tell her how things had always been done but no one to guide her through the changes in communication and media.

We’re always talking about her posture but it’s obvious lately that it’s gotten worse because of her extreme thinness and she can’t keep her body straight for long.
Ive got major health issues and walking is hard most of the time. I’m older than her but not you know old old. I finally saw a chiro recently after not being able to for 8 months and I’m straight! Finally straight. It likely won’t last, but now I’m using that momentum to work on my walking and standing. I use a stick or chair. She’s the princess of exercise so her looking like that is very strange. I’m in bed 70% of the day

This isn’t new for her or her husband to use the helicopters instead of cars for virtually any trip over 30 minutes but it typically is not reported on… wonder if the Sussex’s return has loosened KP’s control of the media and they are going to start reporting more honestly about both Willy and Waity.
No one would begrudge her the helicopter if she was doing a full day of work. That’s how Anne does it – it’s not that Anne works 300 days a year, it’s that she works 100 or whatever but schedules 5-7 events on those days.

Her use of the helicopter is not a surprise. She and William regard it as their own personal Uber. There have been a few negative stories on Twitter about William’s hypocrisy regarding his statements on climate use and his family’s frequent helicopter rides but not as much criticism as they deserve.
On the other hand, are we talking about a 68-mile convoy? Like the 38 mile convoy to the Sussex school, which got so much publicity? The rich spend too much money on private transport–aggravating when they are also climate activists.

The rich want us out of our cars and away from our polluting products so that they can continue their overconsumption. We’re their pollution offset.
If she drove it wouldn’t even take an hour and a half because she rides around the place with police escorts. They can stop traffic and drive through red lights to get her there quicker. So she really didn’t need to take the helicopter.
Them using helicopters is actually probably less disruptive to traffic for this reason.

I agree. It’s less disruptive for everyday people if Waity choppers in rather than disrupt traffic for 60+ miles.
What is she doing to her face?
She was ageing visibly to begin with (not that that’s a crime), but now it’s hard to tell where the ageing process stops and the weird procedures begin. Has she been a sun bunny most of her life? Because honestly, her skin looks far older than Sophie’s, who’s got a few years on her.
She’s a tanner and (used to be?) a smoker and underweight. Her skin is always gonna look bad.
Sophie has been taking excellent care of her skin since Kate came on the scene. If you look at pictures of Sophie in her 30s and 50s, her skin was really bad – Sun damaged and wrinkled. Now, you can tell she gets Botox (although softer than Kate’s) and likely lots of other things like peels, microneedling etc. Also probably excellent daily skin care!
You can tell she has gotten too much sun and been a smoker.
Where most people spend the later half of their 20s working, Kate was going on holidays and skiing with William. Pippa has that overtanned look and also looks much older than other women her age.
Kate also smoked a lot. And probably still does but they would hide that at this point.
Waity isn’t doing anything. She’s in her forties and aging. She’s losing volume in her face and her features are starting to droop. That’s normal at middle age. Smoking, sunbathing and being so thin are not going to help her hang onto her looks so expect her to look older than other women the same age who don’t do those things. Gaining a little weight will help her face with some padding but don’t expect Waity to go that route. She will choose being stuck thin. As the old saying goes, “After forty a woman chooses her butt or her face” and Waity has chosen her butt.
Fergie and Diana got utterly roasted if they were seen shopping, lunching, or on holidays. Kate seems to get away with it, nobody is officially saying anything, and that was even before the “sabbatical”

Journalists have a lot less freedom after Diana’s death. Also, during Diana’s life, Diana was doing a lot of the leaking.
Those closeups – you can see where the fillers are, her cheeks look lumpy and not in a natural way.
They have ALWAYS used heli’s – I remember the stories about how she used to use the helicopter to travel to London to shop for the day.

Looking at these pictures, Kate is either high on something or she’s dissociating hard. The irony that she showed up to an Addiction Week event is also not lost on me.
Her eyes are halfway shut due to the injectables so I can’t tell if her eyes are dilated. She was high as a kite at the coronation too (and you could tell then because her pupils were dilated). But the weird smiles and vacant stares are troubling. This is beyond a crap ton of filler.
We can say something, Kate doesn’t care about the environment any more than he husband does. Earthshot is for the prols not the Ruling classes.

I’ve gotten Botox for years now due to chronic migraines, and I have never gotten the wonky eyebrow. I guess my spine and pain doctor went into the wrong line of work.

Some people say that when you use Ozempic or similar medications for long enough and lose or keep off weight, you start to walk with what they call the “Ozempic Shuffle.” Is it possible that’s why she is walking like that?
Only an hour to drive 68 miles? I wish. That would be at least a two hour drive where I live, lol. My house is 15 miles from work but it can take 45 minutes to commute depending on traffic.
I can’t be the only one who is greatly annoyed that she uses these charity visits to toot her own horn. Don’t get me wrong, I am all for women boasting of their accomplishments, but there is a time and place. Could you imagine Diana visiting a hospital to talk about how she was once treated there and climbed three mountains to raise a few thousand for them? Plus I doubt Diana would show up dressed for a boardroom showdown instead of a gardening event. I really don’t understand how people don’t see how insincere she is.
