Back before Oksana owned Mel Gibson’s racist, misogynist, drunk ass by releasing various audio tapes to select members of the media (a charge she still denies), Oksana claimed that Mel punched her in the face, breaking a tooth or several teeth. The incident was supposed to have gone down in January or February, and Mel and his team are still denying that he ever got physically violent with Oksana (but aren’t confirming whether he ever threatened violence, like, say, threatening to “burn the f-cking house down”). Radar’s source – one of Oksana’s friends – is now claiming that Mel’s beat-down was even worse than originally reported. It involved two black eyes and her front teeth being knocked out – and there are photos to prove it.
Oksana Grigorieva not only has Mad Mel’s vile and profane rants on tape, but she is also sitting on potentially explosive photos that will show her bloodied and bruised after a confrontation with the Oscar-winner, according to a close confidante. It’s the latest and ugliest development in the couple’s bitter legal battle, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
After we revealed the Braveheart star was caught on tape erupting into a racist tirade at his baby mama — in which he said Oksana looked “like a f– king pig in heat” who could “get raped by a pack of n ***ers” — the photos reputedly substantiate her explosive claim that the actor/director punched her in the face.
Gibson’s lawyer has emphatically denied he was violent toward the Russian singer during an incident that took place at Gibson’s Malibu mansion on January 6.
Grigorieva received two black eyes and had two front teeth knocked out, the source, familiar with the case has told RadarOnline.com.
“You can see Oksana two main front teeth were broken and there are bruises all over her face,” said the pal, who has seen the photos. “They will come out eventually and she is prepared to use them in their court case.”
Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, have an eight-month-old daughter Lucia. The couple split in April after a relationship that lasted about a year. The emergence of the apparent photographic evidence comes a week after the pair filed dueling restraining orders against each other.
RadarOnline.com first broke the story that the Oscar winner had filed for a restraining order against Grigorieva. Although the case is sealed, which means that documents cannot be released to the public, RadarOnline.com learned Gibson filed a temporary restraining order against Grigorieva, a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody.
The Russian musician filed a restraining order against her ex-lover first, prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of her.
“Oksana was scared to death to go to the cops,” said our source. “Any battered woman is… most women never speak out and suffer years.”
Gibson has seven children with former wife Robyn, with whom he split last year after 30 years of marriage. Grigorieva also has a son with former James Bond star Timothy Dalton.

As I mentioned before, Mel has zero credibility left, so whatever Oksana has to say about him, I’ll pretty much believe it. So I believe that Mel beat the hell out of her, and that she was bruised and bloody, and that there are photos that might eventually come out. I will also buy that Oksana was afraid for her life, and that Mel’s insanity and violence and rage was probably escalating. Here’s what I don’t buy: that Oksana was sitting on all of this information because she was scared. Bullsh-t. She was sitting on this stuff because she wants the payday, and she’s holding the wide release of the audio tapes and the photos of herself battered and bruised for a big settlement. I’ve seen interviews with Oksana, and I disagree that she is smart. She struck me as lucky if she has two brain cells to rub together. And it’s not because she has a “foreign” accent. Adults are responsible for their behavior. Period. If Mel hit Oksana, then he broke the law and should be arrested. The only person who can make this happen is Oksana, and so far, she hasn’t pressed charges. If someone of either sex behaves recklessly, and that lack of judgment leads to harm, then yes, that person deserves criticism. Risk-taking on the part of the victim, however, does not excuse the perpetrator, who remains fully responsible for his actions.

Once again, with injuries like this there would be a dental bill and medical records. Where are they? There’s no need for pictures to prove this. Her teeth would have to be FIXED and a concussion has to be DIAGNOSED from a doctor. With a head injury and broken teeth she had him by the short hairs with her medical records. But the only proof she’s mentioning are pictures that we may or may not ever see.

When you’re going up against someone as wealthy as Mel Gibson, surprise is your best defense, if you actually have any solid evidence to support your allegations. Who’s to say that she didn’t arrange for her alleged injuries to be “enhanced” with theatrical makeup before being photographed? There really isn’t much new to this story. The only reason it’s getting coverage is because Radar posted it after the leak of the alleged recordings. If Oksana has any substantive evidence, it will be submitted to court. Ironically, if Mel actually committed battery, his trial-by-press via highly prejudicial hearsay will impede any criminal prosecution. However, I don’t really think Oksana wants to send Mel to jail. She just wants his money and her 15 minutes of fame.
There were a few interesting bits in last week’s People and US (printed before Radar’s story about the tapes). The unnamed sources said that the Mel/Oksana relationship wasn’t “healthy.” Friends of Mel said that Oksana is controlling and demanding while Mel likes his freedom. Friends of Oksana said that Mel was difficult to live with because of his “moodiness.” Sources said that Mel has been “hermit-like” since the breakup, only going to work and church. He has also been visiting Robyn and spending time with her for family events. Mel’s people blamed the recent trouble with Oksana on her being dissatisfied with the May custody settlement. Oksana got a new lawyer in June. Both People and US had pictures of Oksana holding Lucia on Father’s Day at an unnamed church in LA. People had a picture of Mel holding Lucia last month, with the two sharing matching smiles.
She is set to destroy him to pulp.

We need to take the accusations from Oksana’s “friends” with a grain of salt because the story keeps changing. Last week, a source said that Mel punched Oksana TWICE in the face, giving her a concussion and breaking her teeth. This week, they are saying that Oksana had two black eyes and missing front teeth.
Wow He must of hit her pretty dang hard to knock out/break teeth.
Absolutely chilling stuff. Yes, I do wonder what Robyn endured – not to mention his kids. It doesn’t take a psychiatrist to look at photos of Mel and Robyn and see a woman utterly stressed out.
The man should call it a loss, quit Hollywood, move back to Australia and seek serious therapy.
I believe her, completely; it doesn’t really matter if was out to dig for gold, or whether she was head over heels in love with him. Craziness is craziness, and Mel Gibson is not only batsh*t crazy, he’s a sexist, racist pig – and I don’t put this sort of behaviour past him. I’ve wondered for some time (years!) what Robyn has had to endure, and expect she had to get out of (read ‘escape from’) the marriage eventually. His 900 kids would be fairly damaged, I’d say, from growing up in, not only an alcoholic home, but also with a father who is exceedingly wealthy, very famous, and very complex. Did I read that at least 2 of his kids have pretty serious alcohol problems?….or did I dream it?….At any rate, I don’t think we’ll be seeing much more of Mel in the future. We can just hope that he fronts at some anger management classes tout de suite!
Let’s face it. Two psycopathic (so called) entertainers having a spat. If he’d really smacked her in the face, then why the hell didn’t she go to the cops straight away? Simple! Blackmail & extortion is much more profitable. No time for her, nor him. The sooner they depart from the planet, like most Hollywood types, the better.
