Queen Latifah has a girlfriend. Her name is Jeanette Jenkins (it could be spelled “Jeannette” too, various sources have it spelled both ways), and she’s a personal trainer. Latifah and Jenkins have been rumored to be dating for years – and most sources have them living together in Latifah’s New Jersey mansion. Note: the woman with Latifah in these photos is not Jeanette. This is some new girl. So who is this new girl that Latifah is so affectionate with in Barcelona?
Bossip doesn’t know who this chick is either: “Maybe they’re just friends but that looks like a romantic dinner and stroll in the rain to us!” I don’t know… yeah, Latifah could just be affectionate with a female friend. Or Latifah could just have special ladies in every country. Day-um, Latifah.

If Latifah wants to take a friend out for dinner it’s her business and nobody else’s. Idle speculation can be hurtful and seems to be overly invasive.

She (the other girl) almost looks like a teenager/daughter figure/niece. I personally don’t see Latifah as someone who would screw around.

Latifah has siblings who have children. Perhaps this girl is a niece. They don’t really look “romantic” just close. That’s the way I walk with my niece(s). People need to just back off on this.

I thinks it’s pretty darn cool that every post so far has been the voice of reason instead the voice of obsessed gossip reader. I don’t have a clue who Latif’s evening companion is in these pictures – and I love it that everyone had said – let’s NOT jump to conclusions…

I don’t think they look that close. QL has her hands in her pockets and looks kind of stiff, and the other girl appears to have latched on. Doesn’t look like QL is comfortable, but that might also be bc of the photographers.

My first thought was niece or cousin- the girl looks really young, and the closeness looks platonic to me.
I know you can’t tell much from a picture, but this doesn’t read like a romantic date to me.

She does have a big family. I live in PA near her father and she closed down a local water park the day before Father’s day for her dad, siblings, nieces and nephews. She’s around here fairly often visiting her dad and there are young people around the age of this girl, so yeah, could be family. She seems pretty tight with them.

Wow people must be really bored and desperate to say this is proof of an affair. They’re having dinner. I don’t see anything romantic about it. Their demanor isn’t any different from the men in the background. Also women link arms like that all of the time. I don’t understand how that’s a sign of homesexuality.

There used to be a variety show on down here in Australia called Rov Live, and the host Rov McManus would finish his interviews with celebrity guests by asking them who they’d turn gay for, and the guests would usually come up with some attractive person from the same sex. Chris Rock was on one time and Rov asked him who he’d turn gay for and he said Queen Latifah.
