To KARLA: The conflict lasting from 1996-1999 in the Balkan Region (war between Serbian and Yugoslav security forces and the Kosovo Liberation Army), was OFFICIALLY called the BALKAN WAR by the Clinton Administration. Even my CAT could figure out that SHANE was referring to this particular conflict, and not the Balkan Wars of the early 1900’s!!!! You, my dear KARLA, are clearly the ignorant one, not SHANE!!!! Not was what SHANE said perfectly true, it was from the heart. So not only are you ignorant, KARLA, but insensitive, too. Quite a combination!!
