Action star Vin Diesel, 40, and his girlfriend, 24 year-old model Paloma Jimenez, had a baby girl on April 2 and are just announcing it now.
Am I the only one who assumed that Vin Diesel was gay? You would think that if he had a steady girlfriend he would bring her to events and paparazzi target restaurants to make it known, but Diesel is a private person and prefers to stay out of the tabloids. Maybe that’s how those rumors that he’s of the other persuasion got started.
Congratulations to Vin and Paloma, and their new arrival. People Magazine notes that Diesel is starring in and producing Fast and Furious, which will be out in June of next year, and that he also has Babylon AD coming out at the end of August.

Vin does not look or act gay, in my opinion.
A lot of men are very wary of women these days, and choose to wait until later in life to marry.

I think Vin got the gay rep because he made a lot of action movies that had a lot of “gay” or homoerotic subtext. Thus, the gays claimed him a few years ago. Of course, the gays claim a lot of straight guys, too. And to be fair to Vin, he doesn’t beep on my gaydar as much as La Cruise.

Vin got the gay rap because of the gay clubs he used to work at in NY (bouncer). By the way, my friend used to go to one in particular all the time. Vin used to particpate in activites quite happily. It’s common for an actor to all the sudden “straighten” up when they start to get some recognition. I know of one that left his long term bf of 7 years, that he lived with, when his tv show took off. Then all the sudden he got married. We all just shook our heads.

But there are no “gay” stories to confirm that he is. All I’ve heard about were the porn-type women that have had affairs with him when they talked about it on Howard Stern. What gay man goes through all of that trouble to SLEEP with a bunch of women to hide his gayness and not show the girl off himself?
And the clubs he bounced at were gay & straight mixed,like the Tunnell. Come on now, this guy is so gay, they say he’s a total bottom. Just watch some of his interviews on you tube, He needs to come out of the closet all ready, in case he does not know it, his career is soooooo over..
