Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers found with heroin in her purse & jailed without bail

E! Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers, 19, made headlines this May when she plead guilty for her role in burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s home as part of the young “Burglar Bunch” that targeted celebrity homes. Neiers insisted on the show that she was just hanging with the wrong crowd and in the wrong place at the wrong time. She was sentenced to six months in jail, of which she served just one month, not-so-coincidentally in a jail cell that was right next to Lindsay Lohan’s. (They had about five days of overlap when they were both incarcerated.) Like Lindsay, Alexis was separated from the general population due to her celebrity status. Also like Lindsay, Neiers doesn’t seem to have taken her probation seriously at all. She apparently failed to check in with her probation officers for a scheduled November meeting. As a result, they came to her house and searched it, finding heroin in her purse and a fake ID from Florida. Neiers was arrested and jailed without bail. She faces three years in jail for a probation violation.

A reality TV star who was jailed earlier this year for burglarizing Orlando Bloom’s house was arrested again Wednesday after authorities say they found her in possession of black tar heroin.

Alexis Neiers was taken into custody after officers went to her home for a compliance check and found the drugs and paraphernalia, said Los Angeles County Probation Department spokeswoman Kerri Webb.

Webb said officers also found Neiers with a Florida driver’s license in another name with a false age.

The aspiring model, who was on the E! Entertainment Television show “Pretty Wild,” is being held without bail. She is being held on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and identity theft.

The 19-year-old spent 30 days of a six month sentence in jail this year after pleading no contest to burglarizing Bloom’s house as part of a group accused of several celebrities’ home break-ins. Her court case was prominently featured on the E! show.

A call to her attorney, Jeffrey K. Rubenstein, was not immediately returned. No new court date has been set yet.

Neiers’ mom told E! that it was all a misunderstanding, and that “She was not arrested or being charged with possession as far as I know… [Alexis] did not check into her probation meeting last month and there was some confusion over her address because she had two addresses listed for the location where she was living. They tried to reach her, and she did not respond.” She added “I am just disappointed because we don’t need to go through this ridiculousness again.” She sounds just like Dina Lohan, doesn’t she? I’ve seen a couple episodes of this show and the mom acts more like a friend to her three daughters than any kind of authority figure. I’m sure in her mind it’s all someone else’s fault that her 20 year-old daughter was robbing houses, doing heroin, and is going to be sentenced to jail for the second time this year.

This family is new age nutso…another wonderul E reality disaster.

  2. sickofit says:

    whats wrong with those people?
i mean heroine? that really a big one.

  3. DetRiotgirl says:

Didn’t she sell stories to the tabloids about Lilo’s stay in jail? Btw, what is her reality show about? I have no idea who this is other than the Lilo reference. And, yeah, her mom sounds like another White Oprah.

  4. Johnny Depp's Girl says:

Another one bites the dust! I see her spiraling down. It’s a shame that all these young people cannot get it together and make something of themselves.

  5. Stronzilla says:

Burglary, not checking in with the probation officer and now busted for heroin and identity theft and all by the tender age of 19. Wow, Hollywood is fast-tracking them these days. Did her mom go to the Dina Lohan School of Child Exploitation?

  6. Benny says:

    Trash. Still, it’s quite sad…what a horrid drug…and she’s so young.

  7. brin says:

@DetRiotgirl….it’s not about much like the rest of E’s shows. Instead of a sex tape, this girl is famous for robbing Orlando Bloom’s house (& Lilo’s too!). So of course she gets rewarded with a reality show (and a jail sentence)!

  8. NayNay says:

WTF is up with this girl? Once she got out of jail, it was thought, at least by me, that she would turn her life around. Guess not!

  9. NayNay says:

    @Stronzilla:

I just now read your comment. LMAO!! You just made coffee go up my nose, but your comment is right on the money.

  10. DetRiotgirl says:

@Brin wow. Did she get the show after her conviction? If so, that’s incredibly messed up.

I haven’t had cable in years. Everytime I consider paying for it again, I think of the sort of reality garbage they show on chanels like E! and I feel like I’m saving myself a lot more than money by not watching this stuff.

Besides, why watch these shows when I could just read the highlights from it here? The commentary on this trash is way more interesting than the trash itself!

  11. neelyo says:

Yeah, what did she do to warrant the reality show in the first place? Never mind, I don’t want to know anything more about her.

  12. Roma says:

She had the show before her conviction but it just proves that there’s a breed of young women who will do anything to be a “celebrity”.

Okay I just double checked. They shot the pilot before she was arrested. This is beyond awesome (from wiki):
Their mother is a former lingerie model who helps manage Tess’ and Alexis’ budding careers in modeling (Taylor is a Playboy Cyber Girl).

    She IS the new Dina.

  13. brin says:

Yeah, the end of the show was when she was sentenced, she was sentenced to six months but of course she served only about a month. Can’t believe I know some of this!

  14. Samigirl says:

Stronzilla has been on a roll lately. That was hysterical 🙂

  15. Constance says:

Sad and full of disgustingness. Lol budget dina mom sounds like she’s another drug addict herself covering for her moneytrain. Oh did everyone on their personal staff forget her widdle appointment… with the gd police?

  16. lucy2 says:

    Disgusting. All of them.

  17. Isabel says:

I hate it when I have misunderstandings with the police about heroin. It’s such a problem these days.

  18. C says:

What the F_ _K was E! thinking when they gave this girl her own reality show??? Turning her into a socialite/celebrity….that is one jacked up network.

  19. bros says:

the vanity fair article about this teen burglary ring was one of the most disturbing stories I’ve ever read.

    http://www.vanityfair.com/culture/features/2010/03/billionaire-girls-201003

I totally encourage anyone interested to read it. its just unbelievable, the entitled malaise of this generation.

  20. kelBear says:

I watched an episode of that show and the mom is absolutely 100% nuts.

  21. brin says:

Remember their stupid mantra….”and so it is”? I hope it’s now “and so it was”.

  22. baby says:

classy, almost as classy as the fake louis in the last picture

  23. Natalie says:

i noticed the saying on the tshirt also…lmao

  24. bellaluna says:

Isn’t this the mom who gives her daughters Adderall every morning instead of breakfast? The only thing about this show that sticks in my head (from a clip on The Soup, I think) is hearing her call the girls down for their Adderall (like normal moms would call their kids for breakfast) and seeing them pole dance.

  25. koala says:

she doesn’t look like a model.

  26. Javagirl1 says:

Pretty Wild was produced by Chelsea Handler. Anyone know if it’s coming back or canceled for good?

  27. Bodhi says:

She is PATHETIC! I hope she actually faces real consequences this time. I can’t believes that her mom is just dismissing black tar heroin… that shit is no beuno! Oh wait… this the woman who literally feeds her children adderall…

  28. TaylorB says:

I love the mug shot where she is looking up with a ‘what did I do? You guys are super mean’ look on her face. I guess when her nitwit mother was home schooling her, she forgot to teach the girls that stealing, lying, using Heroin, and generally ignoring the law was a bad life plan… and so it is.

  29. anoneemouse says:

I love it when privileged self-entitled spoiled brats let kharma bite them in the ass! Now if only Paris Hilton would pay the price…

  30. Innocent says:

    @DetRiotGirl
No she got the show before the arrest and the cops actually showed up when she was filming.
Before all the arrests, crimes etc her and her sister Tess were known aspiring models and well known on the social scene.

I can’t believe she has messed up THIS badly.
I don’t what can be done now after she violated probation and is facing 2 years in prison
But after her release her mom should have got her help for her addiction problem which became extremely obvious after she suffered withdrawls in jail.
I heard that Alexis was trying to change and clean up and looked to be doing well so maybe November was when she relapsed.

  31. Randomness says:

Celebrity status? Um, what? These chicks are making the rest of us smarties look bad. Let’s round them up!

  32. Ashley says:

Dude! Over the summer I was on vacay and got a bad sunburn and spent the rest of the trip inside watching this show. The entire time? My jaw was hanging open.

The mom? She home schools the girls, teaching them from that book The Secret.

And in another episode, mom spent an afternoon with one of the daughters taking naked pictures. Oh, yes.

  33. Stubbylove says:

    Who the hell is this?

  34. Jeri says:

    Ooops. Another Lohan mentality.

  35. mrsodie2 says:

If the condition of my parole was that I had to meet with my probation officer or go back to jail, you bet your sweet patooty I would remember that appointment. But I have no illusions that I am above the law. I’ll bet she doesn’t miss her eyebrow waxing appointment. I’ll bet her drug dealer has her correct address.

  36. beebee says:

I thought it was known that she’s addicted to Oxycontin. Anyway doe~ there’s pictures of her shooting it up on the internets somewhere.

  37. Kim says:

This family is so messed up! The mom is a nut job hence why the girls are so messed up. She doesnt discipline she just quotes from The Secret – yeah way to raise 3 daughters lady! I feel so bad for the youngest daughter because she isnt a tramp like the 2 older ones but has the same mom so will probably end up down same road. The mom seems VERY popped up on pills.

Another Kardashian family who wants fame at ANY price.

Since this is her second stint in jail she is in the system for life and its a slippery slope from there. Basically if she EVER gets arrested again she is done with.

  38. Kim says:

The mug shot is hilarious! She is wearing black & white prison stripes and a shirt that reads Free Bird. Free Bird she is not but the stripes she can keep-haha!

  39. Kim says:

Seperated for her celebrity status????? Who is this girl??? Ive never seen or heard of her in my life!

  40. Matt says:

This doesn’t surprise me in the least. I have watched the show a few times and the mother is insane. She provides no parental guidance and talks in fridge magnet-style ‘life lessons’. All three of the daughters spend the whole show crying and screaming which becomes tedious after a while. Chelsea Handler is also an exec producer on the show which must be embarrassing for her.

  41. LittleDeadGirl says:

Nice skirt/dress … she could go to her gyno and not have to take a thing off and s/he could do the job easily.

  42. connie says:

@bellaluna THANK YOU i was wondering if anyone else saw that! over at thedirty nick puts these girls (esp this one, no point in learning names) on blast on the regular, so yes i believe it’s been “known” for a while she/they are into drugs. this family is DE-lusional. And have to agree while i have watched its been in morbid fascination. i can’t begin to comprehend how people act like this, think its ok/normal and then want to show it off! wtf

  43. HakuraChii says:

Honestly, E! should just change their network summary to ‘Trainwreck families with several young daughters gone wild (& little to no parenting)

‘… Right alongside TLC’s summary (‘Trainwreck families (who don’t use birth control) that are only special for creating herds of children’.

Getting ratings from watching young people ruin their lives doesn’t sit well with me. I know these girls would still go down this path, but at least they wouldn’t be getting *paid* for it. I even find myself feeling bad for them =

  44. Ilana1987 says:

Dumbass bitch. It’s not the heroin I’m opposed to, it’s the attitude and the epic sense of entitlement. When I was 18-20 and in college, I had a lot of pretty bad stuff going on my life, and basically my options were suicide or heroin. Thank god I chose the dope, but I had a set spending limit, stayed in school and on the honor roll while shooting up 15 times a day. I never once came even close to getting found out/caught, so it’s ridiculous to see people like this carrying hard drugs on their person/not bothering to hide it. Sort of like they think they’re too good to be arrested and the cops won’t care b/c they’re “famous.” Well, they do care, obvously.
I don’t really buy the “addiction is a disease” theory, either. If you want it enough (I did) you’ll cold kick it (also, like I did). I had zero support system, a half a bottle of Tylenol PM, and I went through two weeks of hell to get clean, and I’ve been that way for almost 4 years now.

  45. Wresa says:

I read the VF article and I know this is a serious subject and there are burglary victims involved and I’m sorry but…

How funny is it that they hit Paris Hilton’s home first because they were trying to think of who would be “dumb” enough to keep their doors unlocked?!

  46. Innocent says:

    @Ilana1987
I don’t really think it was entitlement i think it was just stupidity and addiction.
I’ve seen the full season of Pretty Wild & Alexis has even tweeted me back but it’s obvious the family isn’t the smartest.

She was definetly clean after jail in August/September and then relapsed/went back to using and just didn’t think about the possible repercussions.
You think her lawyer would have made it very clear that even if you don’t miss meetings (she did) on formal felony probation they have the right to search your property at any time & she is found with drugs in her purse and paraphenelia(tinfoil).

    @beebee
Yes that was in the Vanity Fair interview about her mom kicking her out because she smoked oxycontin.
Also in that interview was the allegation that they discoverd 5g of coke in Paris Hilton’s mansion.

  47. echolocate says:

This girl bears an odd resemblance to Kate Gosselin in the second mug shot and the final glamour shot.

In the first mug shot, she looks like a young teen.

I hated the entitled attitude I saw on their (very hard to watch) show, but this kid looks miserable to me. The attitude is a total act. From what I can tell, she wants desperately for her mother to parent her rather than whore her out. It’s sort of telling when Mom calls you a “model,” but the kind of modeling she has in mind doesn’t involve wearing clothes.

And when Mom’s not shocked at your prescription drug addiction (since she’s on them, too), you’d think a little black tar might get her attention, but no! Her mom is the Spencer Pratt of Mom-agers. I hope the younger one escapes while there’s still time.

  48. Sarah says:

Why am I supposed to care about this family again?

  49. *-* says:

    It’s a shame…
Those girls on the show were insanely hot. Their mother…just insane.

  50. launicaangelina says:

there are several pics of these girls using drugs – especially on thedirty.com (i really hate that effin site and only tried it for a week or so – pure hate on there).

i’ll admit i watch some of the crappy shows on E! but none of them consistently but i absolutely refused to watch a second of this show. the soup is the only reason i saw this bitch’s breakdown over the shoes she wore during the vanity fair interview.

  51. abby says:

launicaangelina: when you mentioned :the soup”, it made remember when one of the girls (alexis?) was calling a reporter and kept trying to leave messages on the voicemail about how she wasn’t wearing a particular type of shoe, and her mom would butt in and she would have to start all over!
