Are Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart finally sick of each other?

We haven’t had any access to the new photos coming out of the film shoot for Breaking Dawn, unfortunately. You can see some of the new ones here, at Celebuzz – Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart looks cute together. People Magazine is also reporting that contrary to some nasty reports swirling around (I’ll get to those in a moment), Sparkles and K-Stew are fine. Still together, still loved-up.

Onscreen lovebirds Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are making no secret of their real-life romance while shooting the latest Twilight installment. The pair, along with the rest of the film’s cast, are now filming Breaking Dawn in Baton Rouge, La., after a stop in Brazil, and have been seen getting cozy around the southern city.

Pattinson, 24 and Stewart, 20 recently joined about two dozen other cast members for a private dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, but seemed to only have eyes for one another.

“Kristen and Rob were very couple-like,” a restaurant source tells PEOPLE. “There was a lot of hand-holding, sitting next to each other. Everyone was talking around the room, but Kristen and Rob were just talking to each other, not really into the conversations everyone else was having.”

At another outing to Cadillac Café, a strip-mall karaoke bar less than a mile from the studio where shooting is taking place, the two were spotted looking “very much a couple,” says an onlooker.

“I mean, they weren’t slobbering all over each other … but they sure looked like a couple and were talking with each other like a couple,” the onlooker says. “They [seem like] a couple in love.”

[From People]

The People article also includes a bit about Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas, which I think is hysterical. Like Ashley and Joe are the new Robsten or something. Ha!

Anyway, as I mentioned, there are rumors that Sparkles and Grumpy are having problems. In this week’s Star Magazine, sources close to filming claim that “their off-screen romance is fizzling” because the trying, emotional material they’re dealing with in the Breaking Dawn story is “almost too much for them to handle.” One source says: “They are in virtually every scene together, and this has to be the most intense shoot yet. Everyone is wondering how they’ll survive.” Star’s sources also suggest that it was a “big mistake” for them to rent a house together in Baton Rouge – they’re sick of each other now. A source says, “They’ve started sleeping in separate bedrooms because after a long day of playing a married couple with a child, they’re exhausted and the last person they want to see is each other.”

Also: Kristen feels “awkward” (shock) pretending to have the Sparkler’s baby. “In real life, they aren’t anywhere close to that…it leaves them confused about the state of their own relationship and whether they’re ready for the long haul.” K-Stew doesn’t want any Sparkle-babies! NUTS.

My verdict? I think they’re probably somewhere in between People’s glowing report and Star’s nasty one. They probably do get sick of living and working together so closely, but I also think they love each other and they’re in the same boat, for better or for worse.

All these witnesses, no names and no photos of all the public outings.
Of course the paps need to be called first.
I bet we’ll see very soon a staged “date” to squash the showmance/break-up rumours.

HW has no real couples only fake ones.

  2. Obvious says:

…*sigh* I wish they would break up. I freely admit I would giggle like crazy at the throngs of dying weeping twihards.

  3. Kaiser says:

Obvious – It would be funny, but I don’t think they’ll break up officially until the series is done and they don’t have to promote anything anymore. When is that? End of next year?

  4. Littlefatme says:

    I agree with you, K.

  5. KJ says:

What gross, grungy looking people. They are quite the pair, aren’t they? All pale and sickly looking, bad teeth and unwashed hair.

I’d venture to guess the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I’m sure they do get sick of being on top of each other, constantly, but they seem to fit (not just hygienically, but as a “celeb” couple, they both seem pretty over the Twilight thing, and not into being tabloid fixtures, which is refreshing) so I doubt it’s some end of the line, relationship ending shit.

  6. Vi says:

i’m surprised that anyone thinks they are in love. this relationship has lavender couple written all over it.

  7. Obvious says:

@Kaise You’re totally right. but still…..*wishful thinking and giggling* would totally make my decade!

  8. Maritza says:

They will probably last so long as they keep making Twilight movies. After the sequels end so will their relationship.

  9. Iggles says:

Vi – What does lavender couple mean?

  10. Johnny Depp's Girl says:

    Im tired of them

  11. @KJ I totally take back the comment I said to you at the miley post- I no longer think you are a breath of fresh air (just kidding)

But I love the pasty pair (and they aren’t allowed to get tans because of the movie theyre filming)

dont most relationships fluctuate from being like a “honey-moon” to “hell-like” and who the hell knows where they sleep at night (creepy)

I like that they don’t flaunt their relationship (cough- Ashley and Joe- cough) and that they *try* to be private

I hope they work out- but if they dont.. he can have my number (just sayin’)

  12. Vi says:

@IGGLES: lavender couple is a term used to describe a gay guy and a lesbian who hook up for media/political reasons and pretend to be dating. i think it’s usually applied to celebrities and politicians rather than everyday people.

  13. chris says:

I actually think they’re still very loved up. Twilight itself is so romantic and because they’re the only ones that can fully understand what they’re experiencing right now I think it adds to an heightened feeling for each other. Once the movies are done though and the craziness is over (or minimized), I think that’s when they’ll move past the honeymoon faze of the relationship.
I’m always surprised an amused when people try to put Rob and Kristen off as a fake couple. I’ve never seen any couple seem more real. People are just frustrated because they want in on their business when their relationship is none of your business. They don’t have to talk about it. Move on.

  14. Skye says:

I don’t see them lasting. They’re both so young.

  15. lin234 says:

I can see them breaking up after Twilight because they want to be their own person and branching out to try different things. Then reuniting later on when they are both older because no one else will understand the madness they both went through.
lol Just my little prediction. They are a cute couple regardless of Twilight.

  16. Nanea says:

@ # 13 – chris: are you from the production’s PR department or what?

  17. rncrnp says:

they are together, and have been together from the beginning. they are professional actors that are partners and have great family support. these two will be the new hollywood power couple breaking the mold of hollywood types. they will work but live elsewhere to get away from the media nuts.

  18. Cheyenne says:

I saw Twilight on TV last week and didn’t see a bit of chemistry between the two of them.

Actually, I think Pattinson is too stuck on himself to be able to love anybody else. But my God, he is gorgeous!

  19. Vi says:

a lot of twihards commenting today lol

  20. Vee says:

These two are experiencing a once in a lifetime event; a wild, ferocious and unforgiving media storm – together. Rob with more grace than Kristen but she is getting better, thankfully. I for one am happy they have each other during this time, as friends, as lovers, whatever form their relationship takes.
I like them both for their non-Hollywood persona. I wish them well.

  21. Mine says:

I believe they are a fake couple made up to boost movie sales. To bad they never trusted the Twilight saga to make it on it’s own without this pr pairing.

  22. Frank says:

Not a fan of either, but to all the people who are knocking them for being “pale and gross” some people CAN’T tan! Their skin color is just pale! No need to be a dick about something they can’t help.

  23. jen says:

They both looked a LOT better in those older pics from the MTV awards. Now he just looks like he needs more sleep, and she needs to ditch the hoodies and scraggly jeans. Why do they always dress like they’re homeless???

  24. CB Rawks says:

They look like they smell bad.

  25. JQ says:

I can’t believe anyone finds either of these 2 the least bit attractive. Blech!

  26. crtb says:

They were never dating!!! This is all a publicity stunt for the four movies. Once the movies are over, so will they.

  27. clorismetchum says:

christ, must they ALWAYS look so SMELLY? like they don’t bathe…at ALL?!? he looks like he just rolled out of a dumpster somewhere and her…gross, LOOK AT HER HAIR. it’s like she dipped it in a vat of grease. i can only imagine what her cootch must smell like. if they really are humping, i feel bad for rob if he has to go downtown on her. you just know it’s like a rancid fish market. ugh. TAKE A BATH. PLEASE. they both seriously look like any one of the tweaked out, white trash meth-addict couples you’d find wandering around walmart at 3am.

  28. Cheyenne says:

@Frank: I don’t know about her but it’s true about Pattinson. He looked very pale in HP4 also.

  29. hairball says:

I really don’t mind these two. I think Robert P is incredibly nice looking, but I can see where someone might think he’s ‘fugly’ I suppose.

What I like about him and these two is that if the worst that can be said is it looks like they don’t bathe, then that’s not too bad.

I like that they seem like they try to stay normal and are not getting sucked into the empty black hole of Hollywood.

I’m glad I don’t have to see them looking plastic and fake showing up at random functions with the latest stupid fashions on doing stork poses just for attention.

I don’t care if they’re going out, but it’s pretty clear they are comfortable around each other. Is it really hurting anyone either way?

  30. truthzbetta says:

The hot kid’s hair is magical. It is supernatural!

@Hairball, agree neither looks like one of our plastic people celbutards.

That and the hair, two points.

  31. truthzbetta says:

    @Vi

They DO look like a classic lavender couple from the Hollywood heyday. Good call.

She looks like Kate Hepburn, he looks like a (more straight, and less unhappy) James Dean.

  32. aenflex says:

    Oh you teases!
It just makes sense, you are shooting what, 4 or 5 movies together. Why do anything beyond sex for that duration?
They are both too young to be hitched at work and home.

  33. Abby says:

Do y’all really think they are together? I don’t. I think its publicity for the movies. I think they are colleagues.

  34. Tammy says:

Casting Kristen Stewart in any movie is an insult to many young and talented young girls. Reason she is here is only because of her parents influence.
There are many people who are really talented and cannot make it because they do not have the contacts.

Reason I am writing this is because i finally read the twilight saga books, which was with me for the past 2 years. I sort of liked it even though the books have some flaws. Then i decided to see the movies on DVD’s. The first one is just OK though the director could have made it better by adding few more scenes. Kristen’s acting looked dull but people didn’t notice it because of Rob. Focus naturally went from Kristen to Rob and she was just in the background. But the director somehow managed to retain the chemistry between the two.
Yesterday saw New Moon. I cant say how disappointed I am. What should I say? Bad direction and bad screenplay adding unnecessary scenes in Voltura, which portrays Rob as a weakling. What about Kristen? Is she an actress or what? She just stood there as if she was reading the script. No emotions what so ever. The part where Rob is leaving her it seemed to me that she was bored and was waiting for him to go. Rob still had some emotions on his face. Kristen should have acted hysterical or in shock. Months that passed were shown her sitting on a chair without shedding a tear. When she meets Jacob she is very active. She didn’t come across as somebody who is grieving. Between rob and Kristen was there any chemistry? I think the director didn’t even read the book. He was just there relying on the horrible script and horrible actress to do the job. It is inexcusable of Kristen to give such a poor performance as she is in this field for the past 8 years. Rob and Taylor have improved drastically although they are not born actors like Leonardo Di Caprio. I am sure with time they will also be good. I was wondering is there any way this movie could be remade with a different Bella or are we stuck with this emotionless statue forever. Her poor acting is in fact detrimental for her fellow actors. Just because the rumor that Pattinson is dating her is circulating she has some supporters. People want to see them together. Once when twilight saga is finished she will be finished.

Saw Eclipse. Had to switch off because Kristen’s acting was horrible as ever. Rob was horrible too. Maybe he does not get the right motivation to act when a wooden statue is in front of him.

She lacks depth in her acting. Welcome to the Riley’s is the best she can do. That is a straightforward role with wooden miserable expressions. To act well the actor should know the character they play well. Unfortunately she doesn’t know her characters well. That’s why for every role there is stuttering, lip biting, inhaling exhaling loudly and blinking. That’s her trademark acting. No other emotion is possible. Can she shed few tears at the appropriate time? Never. When people say that is her twihard fans that she is worthy of Oscars I feel like puking. What an insult to Alpacino, Robert De Niro and Marlon Brando. They should watch the speech of Alpacino in the Scent of a Woman. If she can produce even a micro ounce of that acting she can go a long way.

  35. dahlia47 says:

Can these two possibly get sick of eachother? I don’t see it. They are so cool together.

  36. MM says:

    Answering to number 34 Tammy

I do have to agree with you. One of the thing that is not helping the movies is the screen writer that is the same person for all 4 movies; another was the Production and the Directors and yes I do have to agree there were influence in some of the decision of the casting of the actors. Stephenie Meyer had her own personal cast before all the roles were officially caste like

    Emily Browning as Bella Swan,

    Henry Cavill as Edward Cullen,

    Charlie Hunnam as Carlisle Cullen,

    Mary-Louise Parker as Esme Cullen,

Rachael Leigh Cook as Alice Cullen,

    Trent Ford as Jasper Hale,

    Tom Welling as Emmett Cullen

    Olivia Wilde as Rosalie Hale.

Another thing will be the categories of the actor

    Like a personality actors

There are often at times are big movie stars like Tom Cruise or Julia Roberts. These actors rely on personality over technique to get them through a performance. There are not known to be very versatile and sometimes their acting is extremely predictable

    Character actors

These actors that play supporting roles and can be quite versatile, they frequently change what they do from role to role like Don Cheadle, Lily Taylor

    Technical actor

That play leading roles are versatile and have the perfect marriage of personality and technique; they also are able to make their emotions accessible , often their background is in theater like Meryl Steep, Ralph Fiennes, Denzel Washinton.

One thing that will help Stewart play a better Bella is the knowledge of the character since it does give life character she is portraying so with the

One thing that all actors should do is keep honing there crafts always, this is a never ending process.

Practice Practice Practice. Just like playing and instrument or drawing.

I do have to agree with you the second movie, there something that dint mend well with the book but again is the same screen writer.

The Direct went with a complete different tone and pace but it is the job as a Director to push and convey the emotion of his actors so he can have the desiree effect in the scene that demands the shot.

Is very refreshing to see somebody look a little bit more into films today and not be swept into the PR stunts of there personal life and really look at the work they have done .

The culture today is more focus on the personal life of actors; an not there craft.

Were an actor has to immerse themselves into this individual and learn to see in a new perspective as another person.

When one can go to a theater or a movie an enjoy the storytelling and actually see the characters come to life an not recognize who is the actor just the character.

One example I think is Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight.

I do have to agree with you on the Scent of a Women that speech he did as his character was very impressive.

  37. chrissy says:

there madly in love and anyone can tell leave them alone.

  38. beBe says:

i seriously dont think they’re a good couple. u should see the interviews. very awkward around eachother. there was one where kristen was like talking to someone next to her while robert was trying to talk (and doing a very bad job). haha, then robert was like shut up. robert seems to have a little crush on kristen but kristen doesn’t seem interested in him at all. and i don’t blame her. he’s not cute, cant talk, and weird personality. but i mean, so many people want them to go out and all, so it’s probably for the fans and movies.

This blog is undoubtedly rather handy considering that I’m in the moment producing a new internet site – even though I’m only beginning out as a result it’s really fairly tiny, absolutely nothing like this site. Can link to some of the posts here as they’re fairly excellent.
