Nicole Kidman finally admits it: “I have tried Botox.”

Despite repeated claims that her crazy Botoxy marble-head was completely natural, Nicole Kidman is finally coming clean about the ‘Tox. Sort of. A little bit. Nicole Kidman claims in a new interview “I’ve tried a lot of things but apart from working out and a good diet most things don’t help. I even tried Botox but I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don’t use it anymore – and I can move my forehead again.” Yes, Nicole “tried” Botox. For about EIGHT YEARS. She tried it and tried it and tried it again. And then she “tried” lip injections. And she also “tried” a boob job. And she “tried” a pillow-baby pregnancy. Too far? I apologize. I can’t even see the computer screen, I’m laughing so hard.

Botox? Not me! That, at least, used to be Nicole Kidman’s response to questions about how she kept her complexion so porcelain perfect. Now, however, she has performed something of an about-face.

The Oscar-winning actress, 43, has finally admitted to having Botox injections. But she insisted she no longer uses it, because she did not like the results. She wasn’t the only one.

In 2008, one cosmetic surgery expert told a medical conference that Miss Kidman was so ‘over-Botoxed’ she was giving the industry a bad name.

Miss Kidman, 43, made her confession to a German magazine interviewer who asked her about keeping wrinkles at bay.

‘I’ve tried a lot of things but apart from working out and a good diet most things don’t help,’ she replied. ‘I even tried Botox but I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don’t use it anymore – and I can move my forehead again.’

Her previous declarations on the subject included: ‘I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything.’

[From The Daily Mail]

THIS is why I love Nicole Kidman. She brings me so much joy. Pure joy. Not even those Jon Hamm photos gave me this much pleasure. I mean… does she think we’ll stop bothering her about her Crazy Botoxface if she just admits that she “tried” it? God, I love her. This crazy bitch.

Note by Celebitchy: The last photo of Kidman is her wax figure. It doesn’t look that much different from the other photos now does it?

Note By Kaiser: I really couldn’t see a difference between the wax figure and the real Nicole. My bad!

It don’t get any more vanilla looking than this. Would someone tell Taylor and Nicole the light is suppose to be on in the tanning booth? Get some sun!!!

  2. mln76 says:

Kaiser is that last photo really her or from the Wax Museum???

  3. lucy2 says:

Glad she finally admitted it, the denials were a little silly. Now hopefully she never does it or anything else again. She’s always been really pretty, be happy with that and accept a few wrinkles here and there.

  4. Eileen says:

Jesus! Not so close!! She gets scary when you get too close!

  5. Eileen says:

@mln that would be a good game…guess which photo of Nicole is her wax museum statue! You take a shot for every one you guess wrong!

  6. Dea says:

Kaiser: you forgot the nose job – that was the first one she did. And then you have the gums operation on her mouth and then teeth porcelain veneers. Now what is left to be natural?

  7. Ariadna says:

I have the pleasure to see her in person a couple of years ago and she was such a beauty. It was obvius then that she has something done (botox) but the makeup and that awful blonde hair really fucked up her face in most pics.

  8. filthycute says:

    Taylor Swift in 25 years.

  9. Hollowdoll says:

Either the Botox went to her brain or she got confused and started to drink some of the Botox. She really expects us to believe that?

  10. serena says:

It’s not just the botoxface and the lies behind it. She has done plastic surgery on her face!
Come on, just pick a photo of Nicole in her last twenties. You’ll see the difference.
And don’t give me the grow-up crap. She’s a freaking liar.

  11. happygirl says:

Thank you, Captain Obvious. Way to come clean, Nic.

LMAO @ “And then she “tried” lip injections. And she also “tried” a boob job. And she “tried” a pillow-baby pregnancy” – Funny sh*t, Kaiser!

  12. Jackson says:

Ahhh. I can’t help it, I still think she’s beautiful. And hey, maybe she used a different brand…technically not Botox! Meh. She’s fibbing, but I don’t care.

  13. mln76 says:

Thanks CB didn’t see that note before but yeah the difference between wax model and the real Nicole is subtle. Don’t know which is funnier her or Kim K with the surgery denials.

  14. LindaR says:

And lets talk about the lip injections too. Who does she think she is kidding?

  15. Si says:

Shocked to my very core. Its like the whole Santa Claus fiasco again!

  16. Louise says:

Why do people like Nicole, Courtney Cox, etc keep saying they tried botox once when it’s obvious they’ve been using it for years?

  17. Squirrel says:

Well cover me with flour and bake me for 40 minutes, that’s a shocker! Next she’ll be telling us she avoids sunlight like the plague and has ‘tried’ colouring her hair (to protect her delicate skin and keep up with roles respectively of course; nothing to do with trying to stay wrinkle-free and non-grey). Either stay quiet about it all or tell the truth, but fibbing about is the best way to keep everyone guessing and commenting.

  18. brin says:

Her wax figure looks like a Star Trek character…if I were her I’d sue.

  19. Girafe99 says:

I swear I thought the first photo was the wax work, I actually can’t distinguish the real her from the wax works.

  20. sapphire says:

I don’t know why these Frankencelebs insist on lying when they have been so completely photographed over the course of 20 years.

  21. Bella Bella says:

omg!!! I kept paging down past the pics and saying, “I can tell that’s a wax figure…” then the next one would come up and the next. Damn. She really does look embalmed at this point and I LLLOOOOVVVEE Nicole. But Damn, Bitch. Just Damn.

  22. Green Is Good says:

I thought the 4th and 5th pics were the wax-works. Yikes.

  23. eja102 says:

excuse me while I go cleanse my mind’s eye.

    she used to be cute.

  24. Jezi says:

How come every time a celebrity admits to having some work done it’s always that they had just a bit of botox but never touched it again? Is that the new statement passed around to all celebrity PR people? Kaiser I agree, I don’t see much difference between her wax figure and her. But I do love her…she’s too funny.

  25. Lori says:

You know, you can get a *little* Botox, you don’t have to inject your entire face, Nicole!

  26. Jayna says:

I never understood why she was blond for so many years when it made all of her beautiful features fade instead of pop out, but when you look at a few of these she has a ton of grey hair. Most women do tend to go blond to hide the gray and coloring their hair. But I love her back with her red hair.

When is she going to admit to her fish lips? Though, thank God, she’s cut back on that. My Nicole that I loved is back looking like herself.

  27. Michelle says:

Meh – overdone, but I still think she’s beautiful, and unlike Rita @ #1, I think her natural skin color is gorgeous.

  28. Jezi says:

@Jayna I think she actually went back to red. I saw a recent pic of her, Keith & Sunday at the airport and her hair was red.

  29. Liz says:

She “tried” Botox I “tried” weed LOL

  30. Liana says:

Would someone tell Taylor and Nicole the light is suppose to be on in the tanning booth? Get some sun!!!

No! Pale is fine. Sun damage is horrific – see Rachel Zoe for an example.

  31. Rio says:

While natural blondes can go red and look fabulous (Christina Hendricks comes to mind), 9 times out of ten redheads who go blonde (Nicole Kidman, Lindsay Lohan, etc…)look just AWFUL. The skin tone just doesn’t match up. Everytime I’ve tried to go blonde from my natural red-brown, I look terrible.
Redheads also tend to have strange reactions to sunlight- like, a complete inability to tan. We break out in freckles, we burn, we get melanoma, but tanning just isn’t in the genes. 3 cheers for pale gingers!

  32. MNGIRL76 says:

I’d give her some credit if she admitted it earlier!

  33. Nancy says:

I never thought Nicole Kidman was even the least bit attractive at all!

  34. hatsumomo says:

Jesus how can sh elook in the mirror and think her uneven lips look pretty? I mean, you know this chick stares at herself in the mirror at home for hours. Thats how she strikes me. And the bumps in her lips kill me every time I see her, why dosent she just fix it already!?!?!

  35. Marjalane says:

So far this is the best post of 2011; I loved that celebitchy had to clarify the wax picture! I think N.K. has the kind of enormous ego that can’t abide anyone thinking her less than a purely “natural beauty”, and just so you know- God loves her more than all the other 40 year olds and that’s why she looks so great- Blech on her!

  36. ChelseaD says:

I saw Rabbit Hole and she looked better than she has in years (was really disappointed when I saw Australia, her face was so wooden). She did a really great job, I’m rooting for her to at least get nominated. But I noticed her top lip is still a little funny. Darker hair does wonders for her too.

  37. ThirdChris says:

@BellaBella – I know!! I kept thinking “oh, yeah, this is totally the wax figure”…oh wait…it’s NOT?! Even that last one…it looks like it COULD be her. lol

I hope she stays with her natural color, blonde doesn’t work on her. I think she is still beautiful and hope to God she puts an end to all this crap.

  38. the original bellaluna says:

And in other news, it was announced today that water is wet; the sun rises in the morning; and Blohan wouldn’t take rehab seriously even if offered a lifetime supply of crack.

On the “pale skin” issue: I’ve read that both Nic & what’s-her-face-with-Liev both take sunblock VERY seriously, as they’re both Australian and realise how damaging a lifetime of sun exposure can be.

  39. Anti-icon says:

She brings me pure joy too — because she is so weird. But I do blame most of it on her first marriage, and then the trauma of divorce recovery — which gave us two things: fantastic acting in some great films; the biggest lying the press has ever witnessed….about everything personal in her life.

    She is an intriguing star.

  40. TRedd says:

Juuust like when Demi Moore says it. F’ing puh-leeeeze!

  41. vic says:

i actually think the worst thing she did were the veneers on her teeth. not a good job at all.

  42. REALIST says:

This is the equivalent to Bill Clinton’s disclaimer that he smoked pot in Britain, but he “didn’t inhale..”

  43. Rosanna says:

I love Nicole! Beautiful, classy, witty and intelligent.

  44. MarenGermany says:

Ok, I dont blame her for botoxing her fac with all this pressure about aging in Hollywood.
BUT, I´m so sick of all those botoxed-into-oblivion celebrities who are like
“No, I do sports, live healthy, dont smoke, dont go into the sun, drink alot of water. Its all about healthy life choices”
Life choices my ass, I mean they truely wanna make “non-celebrities” believe that we just have a bad gene-pool and our way of living sucks.
    Cant stand this bs.

  45. TrixC says:

In that first pic she looks like a velociraptor (sp?)

  46. Chris says:

If she had a sense of humour she would’ve said I’ve tried Botox but I didn’t inhale.

  47. Matt says:

“omg!!! I kept paging down past the pics and saying, “I can tell that’s a wax figure…” then the next one would come up and the next.”

    ME TOO. jesus.

Also to add, yes Aussies are very protective of their skin. The burn time here is about ten minutes and your skin goes RED, not a nice brown colour like it does in Europe.

  48. janie says:

she is so stunning, she needs to lay off all that stuff. i remember how cool and different she looked in Dead Calm. there is only one NK.

  49. Chessie says:

    She needs Visine, not Botox.

  50. Dea says:

That’s why I do not like this B…. She is so calculated. She wants an Oscar now, wants to attracts the lost fans of hers, wants to look like a nice person in front of her husband. And who can believe that she does not do botox anymore. That face is still full of botox or some other procedure. She would have gotten my vote if she had said: “I did my nose years ago, then my teeth and gums, then my lips, then botox, then boobs etc. And I am not ashamed because that’s part of my job – to look nice at any age”
    She is full of shit.

  51. Emma says:

I was scrolling down through the pictures and I was like, OH that’s the wax figure. Oh no, wait, that’s the wax figure. OH NO this is actually the wax figure… holy shit. That’s the wax figure? It looks more human than Nicole, herself!

  52. Ruffian9 says:

    “Thank you, Captain Obvious”

    No shit.

  53. Kimber Suprise says:

She keeps out of the sun coz she is a ginger ninger, so this has preserved her greatly. BUT botox has been a part of her life a ages…. any idiot could tell you that…. just admit it from the beginning…. honesty is the best policy

  54. jemshoes says:

A little off-topic (or maybe not), but it’s really refreshing to see fair-skinned celebrities balance out the orange ones at red carpet events, etc. :) I may not applaud NK for her “honesty” about the Botox, but I can and do applaud her for taking care of her pale skin.

  55. mojoman says:

yep sure, she did botox once just like Michael Jackson claimed he did his nose twice..*roll eyes so hard I have a cramp*

  56. Pumpkin says:

In the first picture she looks like Tom Cruise! Her eyes, her stare. Whoa…poor her when all the btx wears off….

  57. frewt says:

I’m counting down the days until she ‘tries’ her first facelift. Those jowls are getting a little obvious…

  58. Isa says:

Bella Bella! Me too! I thought the fourth and fifth picture of Nicole was the wax statue! lol.

    She has a lovely nose!

  59. Shay says:

More like she had so much Botox that it has paralyzed her anal sphincter.

  60. Eleonor says:

    Understatement of the year.

  61. Hakura says:

@Rita (#1)- Would someone tell Taylor and Nicole the light is suppose to be on in the tanning booth? Get some sun!!!

Some of us can’t help it xD I’ve had to learn to love it. If we took your advice, could we send you the hospital bill for skin cancer treatments? (I’m kidding. xD but yeah, I think we’d burn too easy.)

In my opinion, she may has well have not ‘confessed’… if she was going to continue to insult our intelligence by not being remotely honest about it. To think she could convince us she did it once when her face looks like that… Please. She needs to either keep it to herself, or own up entirely.

  62. Annie says:

@ Rita – I’m probably about Nic’s color, I live in Australia and I actually don’t go out of my way to avoid the sun (although I don’t go to solariums either) and I rarely even wear sunscreen unless I’m going to the beach. It’s just my natural color. Would you say to someone “you are sooo black, you had better stay out of the sun”?

  63. Hakura says:

@Annie (#64)- Same here, as to naturally being very fair, not avoiding the sun in particular, & only wearing sunscreen at the beach/pool =) I get freckles from even short exposure to direct sun for any length of time.

I’d never thought of it that way xD Telling someone they’re ‘too black’.

  64. original kate says:

in other news, water is wet, the sky is up and charlie sheen likes hookers.

  65. Kim says:

If anyone believes she has no botox, fillers, lip injections, etc I have swampland in Florida to sell you.

  66. Michelle says:

@Annie and Hakura – Me too. I am a very dark haired brunette with super white skin, no matter WHAT…it just irks me when I read (or hear) the “too white” , “get a tan” type comments. Not everyone is the same! Some people can’t tan and others need to learn to deal with it!!!

  67. Hakura says:

@Michelle (#68)- My natural hair color is also very dark brunette =) (& my skin is extremely white.) Though I haven’t worn my hair that color in ages. I tend to stick to all sorts of dramatic red tones.

You can’t fight nature on that one. You just gotta learn to love it, and compliment it.

I agree with you. Plus when someone is naturally as light as we are, even the ‘spray tan’ stuff looks odd (& normally orange, since we lack a ‘tone’ for it to play off of). & we tend to naturally have moles to start with, so there’s a major risk in being in the sun or tanning booth. Just not worth it. =)

  68. Dea says:

I have to say I give thumbs up to this web site. It does not censor people’s opinions. I can’t stand HuffPost. You go there and you have comments pending for anything that it is not even political. It is nonsense. Good job CB.
