Much ado is being made out of Halle Berry’s engagement or wedding-looking ring that she was spotted wearing yesterday when she was out to lunch in LA with friends. It’s the same ring she was seen wearing in mid-May, though, and she denied at the time that it was an engagement ring. There were stories that her gorgeous model boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, 31, had proposed and that the ring was in his family for generations. Her rep said it was a new ring from a modern designer and she bought it for herself.
If Halle, 42, is engaged and/or already married we may not hear the real story for a while. She’s had little Nahla five months ago and the only glimpse we’ve had of the baby are faraway photos taken when she was in her backyard, which she threatened to sue over.
All that said, Halle looks great and at least ten years younger. I wonder what Tim Gunn would say about her style, though, because it looks pretty comfortable, casual, and simple - kind of like something Jennifer Aniston would wear.

Yeah, the difference between the two is that Halle can do classy and elegant effortlessly while JA, although looking perfectly nice most of the time, just isn’t what I’d describe as naturally elegant or stylish. It’s such an inate thing, can’t be faked, you either have it or you don’t.
Not a criticism, just an opinion.

Get it? Like an extra expressive one, reserved primarily by the anti-J-Ps for the J-P’s latest outrage (eg. having children, changing their minds, using the internet, hating America etc etc etc, usually acompanied/followed by LIeR LYIng mAN STEELER etc etc etc.)

To be fair, CB, when Halle turns it *ON* she is a stunning red carpet goddess who always delivers. When Jennifer turns it *ON* it’s a snoozefest - always the same hair, make-up, jewelry, always the same two kinds of dresses: either minimalist sacks or desperate age-inappropriate pieces that emphasize her a$$ and boobs.
Other than that, I hope Halle does get married. I think this Aubrey guy is a good one.
But I know Halle has said that she doesn’t want to get re-married - thus she would be called a ZOMG HIPPOCRAT if she ZOMG CHANGED HER MIND.
