Nick Hogan getting early release from jail

In news that is bound to make the public-at-large cringe, Nick (Hogan) Bollea is being released from jail three months early for good behavior and holding a job in jail.  Hogan was sentenced in May to eight months in Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Florida for reckless driving, he’ll be a free man on October 21st.

“They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,” says a jail official who did not want to be identified.

It’s not preferential treatment, it’s standard procedure, but that doesn’t make it feel right.  And I don’t have to point out that John Graziano, Nick’s friend who was seriously and permanently injured in the accident that resulted from the reckless driving, doesn’t get to rack up any credits to make him a free man.

In a statement to People, Graziano’s attorney said he wasn’t surprised to hear of Hogan’s early release.

“It’s standard procedure,” he tells PEOPLE. “There is no way for us to impact his release date, that’s not within our control. It’s a formula worked out by the sheriff.”

I have a feeling Nick Hogan is going to be in for a surprise when he’s sees the formula worked out by karma.

OK, time to get off the streets, Nick Hogan’s gonna be on the prowl again.

Too bad his old friend John doesn’t get another chance.

  2. geronimo says:

OMG, looks like an early trial version of neanderthal man in that second pic. Hands down to his knees. What I can’t stand is the thought that he’ll be all over the media again.

  3. Sol says:

    What a shame.My thoughts to Graziano’s family.

I can’t even put words together to comment on this article.

All I CAN say is – I sincerely hope the little punk has learned his lesson, but I doubt it.

  5. Curly Fry says:

I heard about this on the radio on my way to work. Sickening. I did hear that Nick won’t be able to get his license back until 2012, but that is little consolation.

  6. GrnMtGirl says:

I really hope that Nick has learned a lesson from this experience, but I’m not holding my breath. He is spoiled and used to doing whatever he wants. 😡

My heart goes out to John’s family

  7. RaeJillian says:

sadly, when things come full circle he’s the kind of kid who will blame others and feel sorry for himself and not even realize that it’s just him, getting what he deserves.

  8. audrey says:

wow.. everytime i read about him, i remember that shocking and heartbreaking pic/video of John Graziano that was posted here awhile back. He should be in jail much, much longer, but since that is not going to happen, he should walk with shame and humility.

  9. Carrie says:

I really don’t understand our legal system. People do more time for drugs or assult. Ok, Nick did not kill this friend of his but for all purposes he has taken his life. Hopefully the television networks will have enough class, to not even consider giving this peron their own reality show.

    He’s a punk. Karma’s a bitch Nick.

  11. clare says:

    Let there be Karma.

  12. kate says:

wait, will he be able to hold a drivers license? if so – eeek! glad i don’t have to share the streets in LA with him. drive safely, people.

    What a little bitch.

  14. KERRI says:

All I can say is that I sincerely hope this little pri*k gets his due. My heart goes out to John and his family. Is that a “Peace” sign on the pri*k? Who’s it for, John and his family!

    Let there be Karma.

  15. Spike says:

I hope hope John’s family gets a substantial verdict in their suit against the ridiculously stupid, vacuous “Hogans”.

I know that this will not bring back the son they once had. It will also probably not cover his lifetime medical care. Perhaps it will wipe the smugness off the “Hogan’s” faces.

Positive thoughts and wishes to the Graziano family.

This guy, Nick, if he still lives in South Beach, will be given hell, constantly. And his mom passed out on a bench, yesterday, lmao. This family thought being on a reality show would send them to the next level of fame. Try infamy. If I were part of the Hogan klan, I would walk off, QUIETLY, into the sunset,to never be seen from, or heard, again. Please, for everyone else’s sake.

Codzilla sums it up perfectly 😉

  18. Ninjajeje says:

@Brian – I live in the clearwater Area myself & I can guarantee you, Nick is widely hated among most of the pinellas citizens. I’m just hoping he’ll pick up on the enormous amount of animosity we have for him & buzz the hell off. & if no t maybe someone will do us all a favor and feed him his teeth. Jackass.

Go hit a pole and die.

  20. Jeanne says:

He’s despciable and his old man is an
a–hole. Judging from those threats on Daddy Hulk’s machine a while back; he better watch his back.

  21. Jenna says:

Ugh. I do hate this boy more than Miley Cyrus. Looks like he is going for the whole K-Fed thing in those old pictures. God I just want to punch him right in the effin face.

  22. Protoguy says:

    Waste of skin.

BTW, that’s not his sister. It’s daddy’s girlfriend I believe.
