Kaiser and I are all worked up from the royal wedding and are anticipating the balcony kiss. We’re trying to figure out what we should cover today and she suggested we keep it light and focus on photos for our non-royal coverage.
What better to cover than some candids of the palette-cleansing Alex Skarsgard? He’s a delicious juicy perfectly ripe melon sprinkled with confectionery sugar. Tasty, good for you, and refreshing. He is almost a perfect specimen if you conveniently ignore his choice in girlfriends.
This is all to warn you that our royal coverage will pre-empt Hot Guy Friday. We have so many archived HGF posts to tide you through on this historical Friday. There are also these photos of Alex Skarsgard, breezing through his day in a tight t-shirt and driving over to your house to make you a light picnic lunch. He’ll serve it with a saucy smile on a blanket in a secluded meadow, no one else but the two of you for miles around. The champagne goes to your head as he looks at you longingly, telling you he’s never felt this way before. You know it’s not true, but it doesn’t matter. That’s kind of how I feel about the royal wedding. I want to believe in the fairy tale, and for some moments in our lives it’s there, glittering and beautiful with so much promise and hope.

Can’t wait for Season 4 of HBO. Our cable company is running a promo of $10 a month for HBO for 6 months. Just long enough to see Season 4 and then cancel.
