Here are some new photos of Kristen Stewart leaving an LA gym at some point this week, after allegedly doing yoga. Kristen even smiled for the paparazzi! Shocking, I know. Usually she puts on her most hideous scowl. I still really love the brunette color she’s working. Did I tell you guys that I’ve started dyeing my hair to cover the premature grey? I’m doing a similar dark brunette, but with less of an auburn undertone than Kristen has. I really like it.
By the way, have you guys been watching the Casey Anthony trial? My mother and my aunt are OBSESSED with it. They’ve been watching Court TV (or whatever channel is covering it live) for weeks now. I keep reading that all of the channels that are covering the live trial are getting crazy-awesome ratings too, so obviously, there’s significant interest in the story. So… Hollywood is thinking about making it into a movie, obviously. And according to a Hollywood Reporter person, Kristen Stewart is the top choice to play Casey Anthony. THR’s Marisa Guthrie tells The Insider that Kristen “has got the dark hair, sort of the vacant, deer-in-the-headlights look.” Usually, I’m on Team Don’t Hire K-Stew, but I think this casting choice might be dead on. If there ever is a movie, Kristen should TOTALLY play Casey.

I think there TOTALLY shouldn’t be a movie about Casey Anthony. It’s bad enough that Nancy Grace has been able to a career on the bodies of dead little girls like Caylee.
Are you coloring it at home? I just started using the new Clairol foam permanent color. It lasts amazingly for my stubborn grey, but it is actually a bit darker than I’d prefer. Like a shade darker (I used medium, and then light, ash brown). Damn I wish I didn’t have premature grey, but my mom was 100% grey at 33!

Hey fellow Floridians! Melbourner here, and when I heard the first reports on Local 13 saying little Caylee had been missing for a month, I instantly thought, “She’s dead and her mother knows what happened.” I doubt the jury’ll find her guilty of first degree murder, and think she’ll probably get manslaughter and child neglect resulting in death. I think she planned it, but don’t think the prosecution made a strong enough case for premeditation. Just my two cents.
As for K-Stew, I’m burnt out on this case. Seeing Hollywood’s take on the case would be a travesty. Casey will either be made into a victim or villian, and it’ll just be ridiculous pandering. Leave this one alone, Hollywood!

I don’t think there should EVER be a movie made about Casey Anthony. Whether it is a good film plot or not. That disgusting woman has already gotten to much media attention and all it does is feed her appetite for the spotlight. At first I thought they should get someone who could act, but on second thought, she’s got the dead-eyes/no emotion face that would be perfect.
Any movie about bad girl casey anthony should have linsay lohan as Ms. Anthony.
Stewart doesn’t have the range to pull that off. I never understand when people say she’s a great actress. She’s decent outside of Twilight (which she’s fucking awful in), but I’ve never watched her in a movie and been blown away. Casey Anthony is manipulative, and in order to play someone like that you’d have to be able to access a wide variety of emotions, almost instantly, and move between them seamlessly. That’s how sociopaths operate. They’re charming and cunning and prey on other people’s natural instict to trust. K-Stew is just NOT that kind of actress.
But, all casting discussion aside, I agree with damn near everyone that this movie should not be made. And if it is ever made, it should be long after they stick a needle in that atrocious “mother” to put her out to pasture. I hate the death penalty, but if anyone ever deserves it, it’s people that murder innocent kids, especially their own.

Surprisingly, I think she could pull that off and I’m very much anti-K Stew in anything. I would probably even see that, but I have a soft spot for crime dramas and a taste for bad movies.
I just read a bit about this case. I’d never heard anything about it. It’s sick that such people actually exist. I agree with everyone else, they should definitely not make this into a movie.
As for Stewart, she can only play herself. I don’t see her lying convincingly. In the looks department, she has the same inbred look as this Casey person. So, she’s got that going for her.
Yes, she has a similar look; but why would she want to. That has Lifetime written all over it. Her movie career isn’t totally over, yet.
As a hater of anything Twilight, I am K-Stew neutral, being in that series is not their fault. The only one I can’t stand is Cedward who I thought was awful and pasty back when he played Cedric Diggory in HP4.

I don’t think Kristin could come close to portraying her. The mug shots above do not do justice to how big, loud, bi-polar, and narcissistic a parsonality Casey Anthony actually has. Lohan actually probably would be perfect! She just couldn’t stay out of trouble long enough for anybody to take a risk on her. But regardless, please, no movie! Appalling idea. Casey Anthony would again be in charge and in the spotlight — eating up the attention, which is what she lives for and thinks she deserves. The thought makes me ill. Kaiser, a few hints from a woman who has been dying her hair dark brown forever. Get a professional colorist. Each time you go in for color, have your colorist pull out some of the faded hair as you would when having foils. Then proceed with the dye process. This gives your hair a dimensional look that is very subtle. If you just keep adding pigment upon pigment, you will find some areas are way too saturated with color. Good luck with the over the counter dyes.
@jc126: I bet your mom looks gorgeous. My friend’s mother went totally gray in her early thirties and looked absolutely stunning.
I changed my mind about going gray when I saw how drop-dead beautiful Meryl Streep looked with white hair in “The Devil Wears Prada”. Then she went back to her usual mousy brown and just looked blah. She should have kept the white. Like that model Carmen who was still modeling and looking gorgeous well into her seventies.

I do not think that there should be a movie made about Casey Anthony, nor any movies made about killers or serial killers. I find it a slap in the face to their victims. Nor do I find it entertaining to watch a movie where the torture the people go through was indeed factual. And this from a person who loves horror movies.
As for Kristen Stewart, while she certainly looks the part, I highly doubt she has the talent to back it up.
