Rebecca Gayheart is probably pregnant again, as is her former threesome partner

fp_7569702_gayheartrebecca_outabout__lrr_12_16

These are new photos of Rebecca Gayheart, out and about in LA yesterday. As you can see, Fame Pictures has drawn a giant red circle around Rebecca’s belly, so you know there’s a story! I seriously think Fame might have gotten it right on this one, though – that doesn’t look like a little bloat, or just a breeze. That looks like a full-on baby bump, maybe three to four months along. Rebecca and her husband Eric Dane welcomed their daughter Billie last year – March 2010. So Billie is… something like 16 months old. If Rebecca is knocked up, it’s not quite an Irish twin situation. I wonder if she’ll smoke for this pregnancy?

Meanwhile, guess who else is pregnant? Kari Ann Peniche, the beauty queen/drug dealer/madam/hooker who was the third person in Eric and Rebecca’s naked hanging-out non-sex tape. We know Kari Ann is pregnant because her estranged husband went to court to ensure that Kari gets the kid a paternity test, because of all of the dudes she’s been boning while they’ve been married. Wouldn’t it be funny (and sad, but mostly funny) if Eric was the father of Kari Ann’s baby too? Ha!

UPDATE: Life & Style is confirming it:

After weeks of speculation, Life & Style can exclusively reveal that Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane are expecting their second child together!

“She’s glowing — and so happy,” a friend tells Life & Style. “They wanted to add another child to their family, and now they’ve got that! They’re in a real good place.”

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star, 39, and Grey’s Anatomy actor, 38, tied the knot in October 2004 and welcomed their first daughter, Billie Beatrice, in March 2010.

Reps could not be reached for comment.

So… it’s not a definite confirmation from a rep, but I really do think she’s pregnant.

    Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think she looks pregnant at all, looks like a breeze has blown up one layer of her dress.

    Could be wrong though I guess!

    Bump looks too high to be pregnancy….Side shots don’t make her look preggy to me at all.

    @Violet – wow.

    Years ago, a family member was driving down a side street and a kid ran out between parked cars and was hit by my relative. The child died. My relative was not charged, because it was an ACCIDENT. He will, however, have that riding on his conscience the rest of his life. I cannot imagine.

    But I guess he’s just a loathsome piece of trash too, right?

    Must be nice to be so perfect.

    also think it’s a breeze blowing up the ruffle.

    and I also think this woman is a killer who got off REALLY easy.

    did ANYone buy that “we’re not having sex, we’re just hanging out naked doing drugs” BS?

    EDIT: esblondie, accidents happen. But what Gayheart did was TRULY avoidable. There was a young kid, crossing the street IN A CROSSWALK. Traffic had stopped for the kid to cross. She DROVE AROUND THE TRAFFIC (by illegally going into a left-turn only lane) because she didn’t want to wait, and hit and killed the kid. That is reckless behavior, not what I’d call an “accident”. There was also an accusation that she was on the phone, which her lawyer denied but witnesses corroborated.

    listen, I KNOW accidents happen. I know someone who did EXACTLY what you described and was also not charged as the woman ran out in front of his car. not his fault, and not your relative’s fault. but on this one, I have to agree with Violet.

    @esblondie

    The kid was crossing the street. Cars had stopped to let him cross the street. She swerved AROUND the cars into a left hand turn lane to get around them because she didn’t want to stop and then hit the child. Also she was talking on the phone. Yeah, not an accident.

  14. Violet says:

    @esblondie

    Rebecca was yapping on her cell phone and totally ignored the fact that other cars had stopped to allow the little boy to cross, swerving to the lefthand turn lane so she keep going on her merry way. And she speeding, going 40mph in a 25mph SCHOOL ZONE.

    I don’t expect people to be perfect but I do expect them to be responsible, especially around children.

    Accidents can happen to anyone. Lots of people swerve by other cars to avoid traffic, no one expects to run over a person. Anyway I don’t think she is pregnant, her boobs look normal.

  19. lrm says:

    It was still an accident, albeit a faulted one b/c she broke the traffic law….
    but honestly, i dont think she did it on purpose!
    seriously, you think it wasn’t an accident?
    yea, a self entitled typical modern age, celebrity and many other people in so cal, type of move…but still, i hardly think it was not an accident. i’m guessing she prob feels pretty bad. she has to go on with her life.

    i dont know her nor have i ever seen her acting-just saying this issue is so weird b/c everytime there is a post about her, a bunch of people say i hate her she hit a child.

    every.single.time. like clockwork.
    it’s like one of those animal rights or woman not having kids on purpose posts.
    You can time the comments almost to the second.

  22. the original bellaluna says:

    I heard a couple weeks back that she was pregnant again. Or maybe I just had a feeling.

    As far as the “accident:” this is why I don’t speed in school zones. I simply cannot imagine living with myself (as a mother or a person) knowing I killed someone’s child. I have never seen the damage a car or SUV can do to a little body (even going 25 MPH) nor do I ever want to.

  23. GoofPuff says:

    Just because other people are selfish drivers like her doesn’t excuse her. Did she mean to hit him? No but did she make it happen by ignoring everything and speeding through expecting everyone to get out of her way and end up causing the death? Yes so she is at fault and her sentence was less than Paris Hilton or Lohan got for not even killing anyone!

    So, no one’s ever encountered a car, or a couple of cars, stopped for no apparent reason in the street and gone around them? The kid was jaywalking, and she had no idea he was there. She’s no “murderer”. Unfortunately things like this happen all the time when kids or adults just walk out into the street with no regard for crosswalks.

    I am delighted that Celebitchy readers will not forget that little boy! It was an absolutely preventable death and it occurred due to her negligence, inattention, yapping on the phone, and self-importance – she was just too cool for stopping, as everyone else had done, and staying in her lane. I hope she knows now what she took away from those parents. And I hope it makes her drive more safely every day of her life.

    “Forgive and forget” is crap. It is not even in the Bible. Forgiveness is the ideal if you can get there, but the Dalai Lama points out we should not forget, or the purpose of forgiving is lost.

  35. Becky says:

    Wow-people are harsh. No one knows what Rebecca Gayheart thinks or feels-she may feel deep remorse about the accident. A relative of mine was involved in a drunk driving accident-he was drunk and hit another car causing the other driver to be seriously injured. That was 10 years ago and he still talks about how horrible he feels about it. At the time of the accident he was suicidal-he knew he had majorly screwed up and caused someone significant suffering. The accident forced him to get help for his drinking problem and he’s been sober ever since. I’d be very surprised if Rebecca Gayheart didn’t feel significant remorse over the accident…who knows, maybe that’s why she had a substance abuse problem a few years ago. Whatever the case, calling her a murderer is ridiculous…accidently hitting someone (even when it was your fault) does not make you a murderer unless you deliberately ran someone over with your car.

    I’m not even sure this woman is famous enough to warrant a mention. She’s the Noxema girl, she was popular for less than 15 minutes and her husband is on a popular show 3 minutes a week.

    “The kid was jaywalking”

    No, the child was in the crosswalk. In a school zone. When I see cars stopped, if I decide to change lanes, I drive slowly to see what everyone is stopped for. There’s usually a reason.

    I tried to post this earlier but somehow it landed on the Beckham story – anyway, no the kid was not in a crosswalk, per every news story I can find, AND she wasn’t charged with not stopping for a crosswalk, which she surely would’ve been. I don’t know why people want to read more into this than it being a horrible accident. And one that all too often happens to regular people, too, when a kid or an adult just darts out in the street and gets hit because you can’t stop. I see full-grown adults walk in the street without even bothering to look all the time.

    I feel so much empathy for both sides in that horrific incident, because I don’t think it is in the public domain very well; but I do think it was handled to everyone immense sadness and suffering privately. I researched what I knew at the time. I have very negative/hostile feelings toward Kari Ann Peniche. I hope that they have cut ties with her.
