How cute are these photos? Yesterday, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took the Empress, Shiloh, and the twins to a puppet show in England. The show is called “the Puppet Theatre Barge” which takes place literally on a barge on the Thames. From the stuffed animals the kids are holding, my guess is that part of the puppet show involves dinosaurs, right?
Anyway, these are some of the first photos of Vivienne where I didn’t feel like she was on a cusp of a major hissy. I’ve always said that about Viv – she just has one of those faces where she always looks like she’s about to break out in an earth-shattering wail. But now she’s a big girl, and her mom even let her walk on her own, and she looks happier – Brad is carrying Knox, who definitely seems like the more easy-going twin. I think Knox looks a hell of a lot like Brad, don’t you? Although Knox’s hair looks like it’s got some ginger to it. I swear, Knox is going to end up looking like Michael Fassbender. And that’s going to be awesome.
Thoughts on Vivienne’s oufit? She seems to like more girlish ensembles – at her age, Shiloh was already dressing like a tomboy, so at least we’re going to be spared tabloid covers about how Vivienne is 3-year-old lesbian, because she wears dockers and likes to play rough with her brothers. I like Viv’s little Mary Janes! So cute.

Awwwww aren’t they just adorable? Yes!!! Awwww happy families just make my heart melt. I think Viv’s red Mary Jane’s are to die for. I love Mary Jane shoes but since I am an adult I love any Mary Jane style shoe but they have to have a stiletto…nice little heel. Anyway all the kids are cute as can be and yea Knox totally looks like a mini version of his dad. I think Shi and Knox look like Brad, Viv looks like Angie. Zee is like so rocking her summer outfit. That was me all summer cute shorts and comfy tunic.

The shows playing at the Puppet Theatre Barge were The Three Little Pigs and the Wolf, and Captain Grimey.
I think Viv is super cute.. and Shiloh wore dresses a lot. But not getting into the debate of how parents dress or allow their children to dress.
That sounded like a lot of fun. I love the shot of Viv looking out and the chubbiness of the twins is just too cute. Knox throws me on his looks. Sometimes I so see Brad and others he looks like his mother.

Is it normal for bigger families to do so many outings where one or two of the kids are left behind? The Jolie-Pitts always seem to be doing things without the whole group. Did Pax and Maddox not want to come? Did they draw the short straws? I always wonder about where the other kids are and why they aren’t with everyone else.
The ones with them today are supercute, though!

Yes it’s very normal for large families to go to outing with separate groups of their children at a time. My mom had 9 of us, and we hate going out with our younger siblings, with their whining and acting out.

We have 5 kids, and while for the most part we do things all together, certain activities the older 3 want no part of. Nobody ever feels left out, because we always give them the choice to go or not.

Kaiser, I don’t know why you keep claiming Vivienne constantly has tantrums when there’s just a couple of photos of her crying. Besides that’s what such young kids do. Why people decide it’s an issue because it’s the Jolie-Pitt kids is baffling.
I also have to laugh at the haters. No matter what Angelina does, they complain. For years they said that she’s a bad mother because she didn’t give the kids individual time since they did everything together. Now they say she’s a bad mother because they don’t everything together. I don’t get the recent t-shirt and jeans attacks either. She’s wearing what’s comfortable for her. There’s plenty of makeup in the kids aisle so I don’t understand nail polish is for adults comment. Besides Gwen Stefani’s sons, I think, wear adult nail polish. They always have new polish when Gwen leaves a salon but maybe they have child safe polish. Nobody ever complains about that.

Kids that age are fascinated with dinosaurs. I remember when my son went to the Museum of Natural History with his dad at age 3 and came home jabbering about stegosauruses etc.

@ Anonymous – Shes three years old, not three months. Nail polish is fine. Lots of kids wear nail polish, only they don’t all have famous moms that some people like to hate & criticize. Go to any pre-school or playground and tell those mom’s, dads & nanny’s that you think nail polish on 3 year olds is inappropriate and see what they say.
And speaking of nannys, I know several people who are or have been a nanny, for normal, ordinary, everyday people. Not every working parent wants to put their kids in daycare, so they hire a nanny. I certainly would have if I could have afforded it!

I don’t think anyone is saying these kids are cuter than every other kid. I just think people are saying they are cute.
and the nail polish is reaching. But if you don’t like it for little girls then I guess you won’t polish your child’s nails.
@louiset you are so right. Go back on a few older threads and you will see comments about them not taking the twins out. What’s wrong with the twins. And the minute they are out with all 6 children then it is a photo op to promote.. Hell fill in the blank.. movie, UNHCR, purses, adoption, whatever (you can fill in the blank..the none fans have a long list of reasons for them being out)
You know I like that they are being seen more. Maybe it will lessen the obsession. The more they are seen the less valuable pictures of the children will be. And as a fan I like see them so win win win.

Viv just probably saw Zahara or Angie getting their nails done and was like “ME TOO MOMMY!!” It’s not uncommon…I used to play around in my mom’s makeup stash when I was little and saw her getting done up (though she would only let me play with the lipstick and blush and always made me wipe it off before I went outside)

Viv is all Brad except her eye color. Check Brad’s pic as a toddler, they are carbon copy of one another.
All their kids have Brad’s brows.
Shi got Angie’s mouth, Viv got Angie’s eye color and Knox got some of her characteristics like face width and eyes shape but nothing too prominent. Brad’s genes are stronger it seems

About the nail polish thing: my oldest, who is a boy, loved nail polish. I’d paint his toes whatever colour he chose, and his finger nails clear. He survived just fine, and he loves the ladies!
Angie took the 4 older kids to a matinee of the Shrek musical today, so as I said, they do age-appropriate stuff with their kids. Not every activity is “one size fits all ages.”

Viv should not have her nails painted because of what people are going to think of her, she should be low key and not play into the hands of people who paint her in a certain light, raise those children as little ladies. I tell you that child they call the Vivian looks just like her mama and might be headed in Angie’s footsteps need to nip it in the bud. I actually took the comment as a joke. Usually the none fans don’t have that kind of sense of humor. The fact is many of them actually think that way. But only as it relates to Angie/Brad.. if that was in fact a serious comment it just shows how insane some people are about this couple and their children.
And they call the fans loons; yet most of them can recount every statement Angie or Brad have made in the last 10 years. That speaks of an obsession I can’t even fathom. I get being a fan and knowing these things. I put it in line of people that are sports fans. They know everything about the players and the teams. But I can bet that someone who is not a fan of a particular team could not tell you a thing about any of the players or their stats. But notice how much the None fans know about this couple. I mean the hours they must spend searching the net for pictures and info.

They are the cutest pics I have seen of Vivienne, she is a gorgeous little 3 year old. Shiloh is so like my son – not that he looks like a girl and she looks like a boy – just same look, age and loves holding something. Seeing this family is so sweet, I don’t get the same vibes from Tom/Katie/Suri.

@louiset – where do you get someone posting they wished angie would wear jeans occasionally as an attack? That’s a little sensational isn’t it. Not everything that isn’t praise is meant as an attack? That is a weird and confrontational way of thinking.
Side note: I love a nice pair of jeans and it would be nice to see Angie in some casual but cool jeans instead of her usual formal wear. But no I still sleep at night regardless, even if I post this sentiment and this is not intended as an attack really.

these two grew on me and these pics just sent me over the top!! what a great looking family they make! i think shiloh looks so much like a lil angie, its too cute and i like that they’re takin the younger ones out to somethin appropriate for their age. i think with larger families like that, its important for the parents to spread their time evenly between children so that none feel left out. this just seems like a trip the younger ones would enjoy more and the older two are probably excited because they get to stay home alone like big kids.
did anyone else notice that brad and angie are both wearing rings on their right hands as opposed to the left? they’ve made mention about the kids asking why they aren’t yet married, i wonder if they have anything to do with that.. gosh, i would LOVE to see those wedding pics!!!

@Anita, DB in your opinion looks better than AJ. How could you compare the two. Angie is the mother to 6 kids, ranging in ages from 3-10 yo., good will ambassador, an actor, a writer, director, Jolie/Pitt foundation, woman to BP, ect. Why would you even equate Angie’s life with those women. As a woman you should be giving her props for the life she is living instead of trying to tear her down. Why can’t we appreciate that this woman has turned her life around instead of always trying to find fault when it’s not warranted.

AJ can wear whatever she chooses and until you or I are buying her clothes we don’t get a say. Her weight, again she does not feed off of my table or make my grocery bill. The hair, we don’t pay for that stylist either for cuts, color, style. It really is that simple.
As to Brad looking like her, I don’t see it it, but in what world would that be a put down? Or do you mean they are both nice looking? Silly me, he IS filming a movie, you know as in his job.

My daughter has tattoos, piercings and short hair. My son has none of the above, yet my daughter is a fantastic mother to her children. She has been accepted by many in a positive way and she is polite and very giving. No one has judged her by her appearance, she is also quite thin after having three babies. She has been accused of starving herself to stay thin, yet she cannot gain weight, she would love to. Attacking someone for their physical appearance is hurtful, i have been told many times to gain weight. I have always been healthy and fit, but the comments made me angry. There is far more in life than how much you weigh and my children are more intelligent than i am, my grandchildren are very intelligent too. I do not want them focusing on their weight, but on their intelligence and how much they can achieve in life as individuals. All three of them are slim, the focus on looks is obsessive.
