Ashton Kutcher’s mistress lawyers up, will Ashton & Demi announce a split?

40192PCN_TimeGala
Radar is reporting that Ashton Kutcher’s latest mistress, the one we heard about yesterday whose “friend” claims to have knowledge that she hooked up with him at a San Diego hotel over the weekend, has lawyered up. As Kaiser e-mailed me, fingers crossed that it’s Gloria Allred. I’m hoping more mistresses crawl out of the woodwork and that this is about to turn into a media circus. I know that’s mean to say, and honestly I do feel for Demi, but ever since Tiger and Jesse James raised the bar for cheating scandals I’ve been waiting for another one. Radar calls the lawyer a “top Hollywood attorney” and claims the mistress has “gone into hiding.” If the mistress’ layer is Allred then this girl has holed up in order to get a payday. If Ashton doesn’t pony up the money to make this go away, there will be a press conference and she’ll start to call the paps. That’s Allred’s MO and it’s about to play out. What’s more is that the night Ashton cheated on Demi was actually their sixth anniversary. They were probably separated, but still that’s harsh:

A 23-year-old woman is accusing Ashton Kutcher of cheating on wife Demi Moore after a booze-fueled boys night out at a San Diego nightclub last Friday, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The woman, who RadarOnline.com has chosen not to identify, has lawyered up with a top Hollywood attorney and gone into hiding, multiple friends of the woman have revealed.

One pal said: “She is due to meet with an attorney tonight (Tuesday). She is freaking out.”

Ironically, the allegations of infidelity coincide with the Two and a Half Men star’s six-year wedding anniversary with Demi, on September 24. He was out until the early hours of that morning.

“Ashton didn’t look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary,” one clubgoer told RadarOnline.com.

Kutcher 33, and Moore, 48, have not responded to RadarOnline.com’s repeated requests for comment.

The scandal also comes as Star magazine, a sister title of RadarOnline.com, prepares to hit newsstands with a sensational report, revealing the pair’s marriage is “officially over” as a result of Kutcher’s cheating. The issue is due to hit newsstands on Wednesday.

“Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over,” a source close to the pair told Star. “The relationship ended because of Ashton’s serial cheating. It’s a painful time for Demi.”

[From Radar]

Still no word from Ashton or Demi on their Twitter accounts on this, and you know they’ve heard of it by now. Do you think they’ll release an official statement on their separation soon? I do. It’s early on the West Coast now, but I’m expecting it sometime today. Especially given this latest cover of Star. I’m interested to see how many other mistresses Star unearthed. If they’re out there, Allred will find them. She’s an expert at that.

This sheds a lot of light onto that bizarre anti sex trafficking campaign that Ashton did for his charity with those stupid joking videos about how real men don’t buy girls. I guess real men pick them up at bars and make sure they’re legal first.

  1. LeeLoo says:

There is totally something about this story that seems airtight. My best guess is that they are trying to work out a divorce agreement beforehand and announce the divorce upon working out an agreement. Hopefully, Demi had a prenup.

  2. whitedaisy says:

Ashton cheating on Demi is not a new phenomenon; it would have been going on the whole time. That is how serial cheaters work.
My question is: If these women, with whom he has had affairs, had not surfaced publicly would Demi still be with him? As in, the infidelity was OK with Demi as long as it “appeared” to be an intact marriage?

  3. S says:

I never bought they married because of being in love. always thought this was a setup to help their careers.

  4. Bite me says:

Let’s all please respect their privacy during this difficult time… Thank you 🙂

  5. brin says:

Sure sounds like Alred. If it is, Ashton is following Charlie Sheen in more ways than one.

  6. crazymary says:

Am I missing something here? Why is the mistress hiring a lawyer?

  7. SueAnn says:

Britney Spears?!?! If so that had to have been years ago. Her dad isn’t going to allow that. Nice try Star…

  8. Nanz says:

I don’t understand why mistresses/one night stands hire attorneys. Why do they get paid after the story has already leaked? And for what? To keep their mouths shut? Too late.

  9. I think Gloria Allred should hold a continuing legal education seminar titled “how to make bank from boning celebrities.”

  10. Jayna says:

Demi will turn a blind eye. According to the last girl she said Demi picks out girls and they have threesomes but he’s not allowed to cheat on his own. She’s desperate to hang on to him. But he’s hit that time where he’s itching to be single. I do believe he loves her though. But he married young. He will move on eventually.

  11. Auds says:

    They certainly don’t look happy.

  12. Jaded says:

I feel sorry for her daughters, I think they really looked up to him.

  13. Kelly says:

@crazymary, that was my exact question – why the hell would a mistress (or rather a one-night stand) need a lawyer? Oh, that’s right – for publicity. Silly me.

I’m single and dating at 42, and am often approached by younger men. And I laugh and I laugh, and they don’t understand why. Well, this is why.

I feel sorry for Demi’s daughters.

  14. dorothy says:

Sad. But not at all a shock.

  15. thesea says:

    Another douche for the road.

  16. Dusty says:

@ biteme.Get real. This is a gossip site.

  17. Mitch Buchanan Rocks says:

I wonder if Ashton would be where he is today had he not married Demi.

  18. kristen says:

That last line, about the “Real Men” campaign: ZING!

When a couple dissolves like this, it’s always sad. But remember six or seven years ago, when they were throwing this shit in our face left and right? It was kind of sickening.

  19. Chris says:

    Sounds like extortion….stupid.

1)Never understood the marriage. The guy is an idiot and thinks he’s God’s gift to women. Of course she looks like a controlling old woman too.
2)If he cheats…kick his ass to the curb
3)If she was so awful you had to stray…leave before you turn into scum.
4)The slutty “women” who sleep with a married man are just as much at fault as he and deserve ZERO for it.

  20. ladybert62 says:

Seems like he is taking after scum bag Sheen in more ways than one – what is next: drugs, drugs and more drugs?

I am not sure if I feel sorry for Demi or not. I think she knew about it and ignored it – but doing it on their sixth wedding (is that how long they have been married? I thought it was longer) is COLD!

I hope she had a prenup and he walks away with nothing.

  21. Tierra says:

I dont understand the lawyer thing with these mistresses either. If its already out in the open, then what is she hoping to gain from this? It doesnt sound like it was much of a night by that other chic’s email. Looks like the email chick already spilled the beans so what reason would they have to try to get a pay out from him? Its not a secret any more and if they’re already separated then he has nothing to hide.
Im not sure which is worse, the cheaters or the money grubbing whores expecting a pay or trying to sell their stories. I wouldnt mind seeing this blow up in her face just b/c its so much harder for the person being cheated on when it turns into a public spectacle thats all about money.

  22. Dana M says:

Unfortunately, it was only a matter of time.

  23. Kimbob says:

Well, I for one, think it’s high-time for at least one of Ashton’s one-night stands lawyers up. Why? Although I find it sleazy that women are lawyering up w/the likes of Allred, in the case of Ashton Kutcher, it would be SWEET JUSTICE because of his reaction to past infidelities by saying…”I’m the big bad Ashton Kutcher…I’m gonna sue you for defamatory statements…I’m gonna huff and puff and blow your house down!”

I lump Ashton in the same trash bin as Justin Timberlake. I think both these guys see themselves as “Hollywood Titans,” and in real life, they are about as wimpy as you can get. Ashton Kutcher, like Justin Timberlake, kinda makes me nauseated…I just think it would be the Ultimate if some girl socked him where it hurts.

  24. Amanda says:

Why does this chick need a lawyer? You sleep with a celebrity and then immediately get a lawyer? Why?? Just looking at Radar’s story- how is it “big trouble” for Ashton that the chick got a laywer? Because she will use the lawyer to sell the story or extract hush money from him? Or is he being accused of some crime?? Confused…

  25. Brandis says:

I knew this was not a good match. He was only..what..23…24… 25? when they met? He was way too immature to date someone my age. Maybe that is what she was seeking, someone to bring out the kid in her….I am sure he was quite charming and funny.
He had growing to do. Simple as that.
She had confidence in herself to date a kid that young…good for her. I just would feel REALLY strange if I had a 13 yr old, and started to date a guy..9-11 years older then my 13 year old.

He is good looking. But she is very beautiful, and I can’t imagine getting past the first infidelity…which just makes me rethink her confidence. I have had 20 somethings hit on me, and I honestly just laugh. Not in a million years would I even consider it, not even in a fantasy. My husband always laughs…adding…Great another member of your fan club.

Her and Bruce…makes more sense. She should of dated around for awhile. Think about it…a young good looking successful hollywood guy….anyone with common sense knows….it is a risk, I give her props for being risky.

  26. aenflex says:

    @#4 – it’s a celebrity gossip blog. hello?

  27. birdgherl says:

I feel bad for her. Nothing worse than being cheated on and she has to deal with it in the media. Terrible.

  28. NeNe says:

    @Mitch:

    My thoughts exactly!

  29. the original bellaluna says:

Poor Demi! (yeah, I said it.) I feel badly for her and her daughters. I think this is going to hurt them too, in a “how could you do this to my mom” way as well as a “how could you do this to us” way.

I’ve NEVER liked him; never understood his appeal. This just cements it for me.

Who cheats on their WEDDING ANNIVERSARY? He’s really a douchetastic prick.

  30. Mikki says:

I am surprised too that it’s only been six years for them! He just seems so skeevy to me with that floppy hair and scruffy beard…Demi should kick him to the curb for sure.

  31. Quest says:

    @Bite me: Nuff said…privacy (?) huh, literally just bite-me

  32. MacScore says:

@ original bellaluna – your comments are right on the mark, as usual. Well said.
I think he’s appalling in every way, too, and one of the _worst_ “actors” around. Maybe this whole thing will burst his little bubble.
In the most recent photos of them, they both look utterly miserable – this story has the ring of truth about it.

  33. snappy81 says:

    @Dusty and aenflex — @Biteme (#4) is joking. 🙂

  34. koala says:

i never got what he saw in her in the first place. she’s WAY too old for him. old women need to date older men. that’s just how it works.

  35. maggiegrace says:

I always thought their couple-dom was a sham. She’s beautiful — for her age! I never could see what she saw in him nor what he saw in her. They always seemed rediculous to me. Also – assuming that they’re legally married, and I don’t for a second think that they ever were – who would owe whom? He’s had a couple of very successful television shows and she hasn’t starred in a movie since….GI Jane? Striptease?

  36. spinner says:

This coupling was doomed from the start. They knew it too.

  37. ladybert62 says:

Every time my hubby watches a bruce willis movie – I always say:

“She went from Bruce Willis to that creepy Ashton?”

I have absolutely totally never ever understood what she saw in creepy Ashton.

  38. kay says:

Bite me is using sarcasm. “respect our privacy” is the pat line in press releases about cheating/divorce, etc.

  39. the original bellaluna says:

MacScore – He just looks…slimy to me. He gives me a serious “ick” factor I just can’t overcome. Like Prince Albert. There’s some kind of oozing yuckiness I cannot describe. (And I would celebrate if the ratings for 2 And A Half Men drop to nothing.)

  40. Nancy C. says:

if she doesn’t mind the cheating, she could stay with him. it’s unrealistic to expect a young guy to be faithful in hollywood. he has tons of women who want him and he’s bound to give in. if she can tolerate the occasional cheat then fine. problem is he got caught. won’t read any replies, so dont bother.

  41. Kelly says:

@koala, OLD WOMAN? Are you kidding? I really hope you’re kidding.

At my advanced age of 42, I always laugh when “the kiddies” comment on 40-ish being “old.” I say, “When you get to my age, give me a call and tell me if you feel old then.”

  42. sallyreo says:

I don’t know why the majority is blaming him? Demi was not a young bride when she married him? She knew that she was old enough to be his mother. Demi is a smart woman, she knew the risk. Young men, who want to move up use older women. Ashton is where he wants to be financially, he doesn’t need Demi anymore. Women who want to be with younger guys run the risk of being used. This is not new, this happens all the time.

Just like younger women use older guys!

  43. BELLA says:

iM SOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY FOR HIM!LIVE YOUR LIFE!

  44. koala says:

@ kelly, i’m not kidding. i do think she’s old. i always find it laughable and really quite sad when old hags think they can date a much younger man and that it won’t end with him straying. she’s old enough to be his mother and it’s really deplorable.

  45. koala says:

    she’s 48. not 40ish. 48 is almost 50, and that’s OLD.

  46. ladybert62 says:

Dang, Koala, I guess if 48-50 is OLD, then I am really Dead and dont know it yet! Ah, to be young and 48 again! ha ha

  47. Lauren says:

First Bruce cheated on Demi, now Ashton. Demi should not get married again, what a waste of time and money. Demi should focus on her children first- she has two teenagers, and an older daughter. Ashton should not humilate Demi this way…maybe he was waiting to divorce her after he got the huge Two and a Half Men contract.

  48. skinanny says:

    Only a matter of time…….

  49. Heather M (Heather) says:

@Amanda, and all the others wondering about the lawyering up– “lawyer” in this situation basically has more to do with negotiation purposes than the law, although contract law will come into play when they draft one (for money from him as legal consideration for her to keep her mouth shut, or with media outlets for her to open her mouth, etc.).

I never practiced in this area, but it is kind of like
entertainment law in that the lawyer kind of acts like an agent (Jerry Maguire style) but also drafts the paperwork.

  50. Kelly says:

LMAO OK, Koala, I’ll give you a call at 50 and see how you’re feeling. Let me guess – you’re 22.

I guess I’ll go pack up my miniskirts now and put on a smock. And stop going out to the hip bars and stay home with cocoa and the telly instead. And to the people who mistake me for someone in my late 20s, I’ll tell them, why, I have one foot in the grave, can’t they see that?!?

Seriously, though, plastic surgery or not – Demi is hotter than many actresses half her age.

  51. Karen says:

I interpreted #4’s comment as tongue-in-cheek. If Radar is onto something then it’s only a matter of time before the separation or divorce announcement is made followed by the popular “Please respect our privacy during this difficult time”.

I’ve got ya on this one Bite Me 🙂

  52. Mimi says:

Well they deserved each other but probably couldn’t stand it after awhile. She can now grow up and act her age and he can continue to be an idiot. Move along now…..

  53. Mimi says:

    @ koala – I agree with you!

  54. Nev says:

don’t cheat folks. if you are looking at others, speak UP or leave…re-focus…it destroys people…ugh.

  55. Heather M (Heather) says:

    @Kelly, agreed!

  56. LB says:

So which one of these two is worth $290 million dollars??? Has either one of them had a steady or high paying job in recent years?? Maybe they are just really good at investing and saving.. Wish I was that good!!

  57. madpoe says:

Did Marc Anthony break them up too?
I’m kidding! It was Jesse James!

  58. taxi says:

This pair never made long-term sense. At ages 23 vs 38, she already had 3 kids. Did her maternal instincts miss not having had a boy? Was it for hot sex with a kid? Was she feeling 40 around the corner & hoping to keep the youth thing with the much younger partner?

Did he want mature/successful/beautiful? Sure. Did he want mothering? If her daughters were better looking, I’d have thought maybe he had eyes for them.

The end for this couple was never in question, only the time & manner of the demise.

  59. Dibba says:

    He’s gross.

  60. The Bobster says:

So is Kelso trying to act like Charlie so he’ll be more credible in the role?

  61. G says:

There’s a pre-nup. She let this go on till he snagged Twoand a Half men and she could stop giving him an allowance.

  62. Andie B says:

My mother had a toyboy for 16 years..he was 15 years younger than her and from a different culture. He bled her dry financially, cheated numerous times, and used to beat her up now and again. The whole thing was very stressful and embarassing for my two sisters and I. She kept going back for more, but eventually, when she got to 55 he realised she was too old for him and took off for good. At least Ashton has his own money, and after they split Demi will still be left with a sizeable fortune. I do feel bad for her if she really loves him and he’s been cheating on her a lot. That must hurt.

  63. Diane says:

Demi married a child (who still acts like a child on screen and off) who needed her much more than she needed him. Now that Ashton is at the top of his game, he doesn’t need her any more. That’s just MHO.

  64. anne_000 says:

    Who didn’t see this coming?

  65. Alejandro says:

I don’t think it’s an age issues it’s a douche issue. Ashton Kutcher is a douche. He was always going to cheat and it didn’t matter who his wife was he is just the type to stray. It’s a little insulting to bring up Demi’s age like she should have known better or deserved it. I have no doubt Ashton cheated on past girlfriends who were his age as well & this is his usual mo.Just like fellow doucher Justin Timberlake cheats constantly on Jessica Biel who is 29 years old. Some men, especially those in Hollywood are just like that.

  66. HannahF says:

With age comes perspective–something Ashton didn’t have then and @Kelly doesn’t have now. (Not excusing Ashton’s behavior.)

  67. Kelly says:

Me? LOL How am I lacking perspective? You’ve lost me on that one. Because I don’t think one is an “old lady” at 50? Like I say – just wait and see how you feel then.

eta: still thinkin’ about how I could possibly “not have any perspective.” 50 is not old, but I DON’T think older women should date younger men – not because it’s “gross” when “old hags” get their claws in that young flesh, but because younger men are immature and, frankly, not very interesting.

  68. JaneWonderfalls says:

Why would a person who is a mistress need a lawyer. If this is true it makes no sense, you cheated with a married man. If anyone should get a lawyer it’s Demi. I may not be a fan of hers but I don’t like all of the bashing because of her age. Women are more than just young rumps, like wine you become more refined with age. P.S I’m only 29 but it’s something about the sophisticated older women that I admire and hope to be when I’m that age if I’m lucky enough to reach it.

  69. Joe's Mom says:

@Kay, 38: Don’t know why, but I’ve always personally gagged over the part of that phrase they ALWAYS USE “at this difficult time”. Yeah, right.
@Chris, #19: You’re going to be 48 one day and look back on your comment and think, “I said that? I’m not old”.

  70. HannahF says:

Sorry @Kelly. My comment was meant for the youngsters.

  71. bluhare says:

Hey, @Kelly, come on over and help me feed my 97 cats. We can roll our support hose down, and sit on the porch doing geritol shooters. Oh yeah, and yelling at the young whippersnappers to GET THE HELL OFF MY LAWN!!!

  72. Scarlet Pimpernel says:

Diane, I couldn’t agree with you more. With Ashton now at the top of his game, sadly for Demi her fame and fortune aren’t enough. Brings to mind the W. H. Auden quote “Almost all of our relationships begin and most of them continue as forms of mutual exploitation, a mental or physical barter, to be terminated when one or both parties run out of goods.”

  73. Jackie says:

I feel very sad for Demi. She must be heart-broken.

  74. Hakura says:

    [Ooops, double post, my bad!]

Just to clarify, I’m not a total monster where this is concerned. I feel for the family. It’s just obvious that there’s probably a lot more dirty laundry to sort through before knowing the whole story.

  75. Hakura says:

I found the whole courtship intolerable. They didn’t just shout their so called ‘forbidden love’ from the rooftops, they used space-age technology to beam their sappy romantic bullshit across the universe & beyond, in everyone’s faces (Tvs, phones, magazines, radio, & secret government brain waves), when this all began.

I was sick of it after day one, & counting down to it’s inevitable implosion. Given it’s obnoxious implied ‘sanctity’ & ‘spirituality’ in the beginning, it’s only appropriate that it’s destruction should contain unflattering shrapnel in the form of little-black-book entries & sex tapes sold to sleezy internet porn sites.

Let the shameful ‘no-holds-barred’ mud-slinging blame & accusations commence!

[**Yes, these feelings are entirely bitchy & completely lacking empathy. But hey, we all have our moments. >.>)

  76. Kate says:

Why might the mistress want a lawyer?
    1. She’s lied about elements of her story and is now afraid of being sued.
    2. She wants to cash in on her story by selling to the highest bidder.
    3. She thinks it’s possible she could be pregnant (ie they had unprotected sex) and she wants to know how she can coerce money out of him.
    4. She’s wondering if she can sue Ashton for emotional distress.
    5. She’s wondering if it’s not too late to ask Ashton for money to keep quiet about the details OR he’s offered her money to keep quiet and she wants a lawyer’s opinion.

Just some thoughts off the top of my head…

  77. Bec says:

He’s a joke! And he’s gross and talentless. And everyone hates him.

  78. pwal says:

I hate this current cultural climate that allows these skanks and Queen Skank Gloria Allred to profit from this. Yes, women profiting from men’s weaknesses is as old as time, but I hate that Allred is getting a piece of the action. And she will scream from the rooftops that these women are ‘victims’. They are not.

  79. jan says:

i knew this would happen the day they married, what is the big surprise? how many young rich good looking men stay with women 15 yrs older, give me a frickin break,

  80. Diane says:

Ashton needs to cut his hair. Looks bad.
    Just saying

  81. I have learn a few just right stuff here. Certainly worth bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how much effort you set to create this sort of great informative website.
