When I first glanced through these photos of Kim Kardashian, I swear my immediate thought was “cat-faced panda”. It’s something weird/particular about Kim’s white and black dress when she pairs it with the black stole/wrap – she really does look like a giant cat-faced panda. Anyway, these are photos of Kim at last night’s Angel Ball, where she paid tribute to her late father, Robert Kardashian. Kim did the event and the carpet with her BFF Lala Vasquez. Why didn’t Kris Humphries come? Because their marriage is already in shambles?
So, thoughts on the overall look? Kim makes expensive gowns looks budget normally, and it’s the same situation here. Plus, she’s got her hair pulled too tight – I hate it when she wears her hair in tight buns, always. The makeup is overdone too. So… overall, it’s just busted.
I’m also adding some photos of Solange Knowles and her look (meh) and Naomi Campbell in Alexander McQueen. Naomi came with her married lover!

Would have been nice had someone taken an iron or a steamer to that dress of Kim’s. Not that it would have made much difference since the dress is super fug and cheap looking.

I’m going to ignore her obvious cat-face….and say that looking only at the dress….she looks good. Hate the wrap, especially if it’s real fur, and the hair should have been softer, but the dress itself on her looks good. I actually like it….me=stunned.
ETA: The earrings are all wrong and waaaay too much. Good god KK, less is more! Less is more!!!

Yes….miss the old God-given face. So sad. I, as an African American, still would say to Solange, trim that fro; much too bushy and going for natural look is great, but a bit more something on her face may have made it pop. Naomi…..well they are committing adultery; the shoes are kind of clunky though everything else, including that white chocolate, looks great.

Kims dress looks cheap. Like something from Santee alley in downtown LA. The fabric and overall look are bad. Especially in the room with Naomi. You have to being the A game when a supermodel is there. Solange looks good too.

I actually think she looks pretty gorgeous, tho i hate to say it cuz it all is indeed overly contrived- her lips are overinflated and i actually think all the injection-y stuff going on must be aging her slightly, tho not in a bad way (i must be the one person- a chick, of course- who doesn’t think a little age on a woman looks bad.)

Her hairline really looks very bad! She had so much baby hair, so she lasered them away and it looks AWFUL! How can you laser away your freaking baby hair? Everyone has it.. Her beauty ideal is just plain unrealistic, you cannot look picture perfect like she wants to be. So she got plastic surgery and messed up her face.

Kim seems a bit uncomfortable in the photos. Shoulder are awkward. She eased up on the heavy tanning. She does look somewhat fuller, face and body.
