Go, Gervais! He introduced Aniston as “Rachel-from-Friends” and Robert Down-er Jr. got all huffy and righteous about Gervais making jokes at celebrities’ expense. Downer and Rachel needs to quit hanging with Ben Stiller.
At least with Ricky Gervais the Globes might be worth watching. Otherwise, the awards shows are such bores. But then I think Gervais is hilarious and love that he actually made fun of the people in that auditorium: they’re the ones who need it the most.

Oh Yay! So glad Ricky is back! We always have to go to, or give a party for the Globes every year for our particular group of industry friends & I usually spend them talking with others in another room or out on the patio, but if Ricky is back, we’ll all watch. Hilarious to watch him shatter the code.

Aww, not Ricky again…..get Jude and Robert Downey Jr! They were hilarious at the Oscars! And no, I totally disagree about Robert being offended at Ricky…..I think he was simply taking the piss right back in the spirit of HUMOR! I think it was planned. Because he totally withstood it at the Oscars, too, from Jude.
