Yesterday, we discussed the possibility that LeAnn Rimes would be Single White Female-ing Brandi Glanville once again by writing her memoir. The reports – which seem to have originated with E! – claimed that when LeAnn heard that Brandi had gotten a book deal (to discuss what happened with Eddie, and being homewrecked), LeAnn decided that she too would write a book. So LeAnn called a bunch of people in publishing and tried to get someone interested in HER memoir. LeAnn denied the story yesterday on Twitter though, writing: “So you all know, I’m blonde & there’s no ‘tell all’ book about divorce, marriage and ‘my side. I just laugh at a of this!… I have plenty of book ideas, but that’s not one of them.” Meaning… what? No one was interested in her memoir? Or that LeAnn is going to start writing her own fictional romance novels at some point? I can just imagine. All of the romances will involve female stalkers and married men.
In other LeAnn news, People Magazine had a very LeAnn-friendly story up this morning:
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian acted like one big happy family with the actor’s boys in tow on Sunday, as the clan celebrated Easter at Venice, Calif., Mediterranean restaurant Gjelina.
Clad in a cream sundress and heels, Rimes “was very doting on Cibrian’s two sons,” an onlooker tells PEOPLE, adding that that she and her hubby “were adorable with one another.”
Cibrian – dressed in a blue and white gingham button-down shirt – and his family dined at the trendy eatery for nearly two hours, heading out the back door just before 1 p.m.
I checked out LeAnn’s Twitter, and it’s true – she and Eddie spent Easter with Eddie’s sons. LeAnn was tweeting about it constantly because, you know, she can’t just enjoy a holiday with her young stepsons – how would people know that she was spending time with them?!? So LeAnn tweeted this photo too, tagged “The fabulous Easter boys…”

Eddie looks thrilled in that pic of them on the golf cart. That’s the outing that she stalked him at and took endless pics of him while watching. And those damn earrings again. I can’t.
She put the word out hoping a publisher would bite-since they didn’t, she is now denying it. Just like The Voice. She is desperate for money-for real. Can’t even buy the house they are living in-she’s renting it. And had to sell the Nashville home to a bankruptcy firm. Going back three years ago it is so sad that Lizard face could not see that Ediot was NEVER interested in the REAL LR as far as her looks, her body image and they way she dressed. He so wanted another Brandi. So she MORPHED/SWF herself into looking like HIS ex wife to keep him happy. Ediot needed someone who has the characterics of his ex wife and to take care of him. Guarantee there would not be a Leann Rimes Cibrian if his ass was thrown out by Brandi…just saying… LR smells like she was Plan B.

So true! He’s the little Rimes girlie. And that’s not to make fun. It’s just that Eddie, the spoiled rotten only child that he was and ever is, needs a full time mommy. He’s the third child in that photo with his sons. His oldest son looks more the man than Eddie can ever be because Eddie won’t grow up. As long as he’s the center of attention with his new “mommy,” all will go on as is. Once a real baby gets in this picture, Eddie will no longer have the full-time attention he can’t live without. And he’ll seek it elsewhere, in the arms of another seemingly “nurturing” female. The irony of LeAnn desperately trying to “imitate” Brandi is that she (LeAnn) is doomed to fail because she herself needs constant nurturing/attention. Brandi knows how to nurture. With her children. With her friends. And for 13 years (yes, 13 counting several years they were together before they were married) she made a secure home for her husband and her kids. LeAnn can’t imitate this because she lacks what is needed to do so. She can only copy fashion accessories, hairdos, etc., but she cannot comprehend, much less imitate, the selfless love it takes to be a true nurturer.

So true Lana! Narcissists, both of them, can’t grow up and can’t nurture each other. That’s why they have to go out to restaurants every other meal, even family occasions and holidays. Neither can cook, especially LR. It was the big joke of her first marriage, she couldn’t boil water, and he was a great cook, just like Brandi is. Horseface is plan B for Eddie, he begged Brandi to take him back but she wouldn’t because he was a serial cheater. He had nowhere else to go and needed a mommy. The pathetic look in his eyes says it all in these photos. He is in a prison of his own making.

• surrounding herself with a cast of hangers-on who are in fact, enablers to the hilt?
• setting up one photo op after another to capture her in various stages of undress, reaching the heights with the infamous bocce ball game?
• repeatedly booking and canceling many concerts over the years, always pleading illness and yet rapidly recovering to participate in some other activity for pure personal pleasure while her fans were left in the lurch?
• creating a publicity buzz around imaginary happenings — like the “they’re talkin’ to wonderful me about the x-factor” ?
• being repeatedly caught in lies as she stalked, cyberbullied and swf-ed a family, and in particular, the mother in that family?
* using her clueless in-laws in photo ops to create the illusion of a family life she simply does not have or even understand?
• using two young children (although the older one appears to be growing up real fast) to create a very dangerous illusion that she is some sort of maternal figure in their lives?
• writing and recording songs to use what’s left of her celebrity to reinforce her many illusions?
• continuing to plead “illness/pain” to excuse and deflect serious scrutiny of her unbalanced behavior?
Many wealthy people use money to gain what they want most in life. That is not LeAnn’s problem. What she is doing is using her resources to create an audience for her behavior. She cannot eat out, go to the beach, go to the toilet, show affection (and I use the term loosely), or do anything else without ensuring she has an audience. Jake’s first soccer game (as well as other games played by Mason’s team) are good examples of LeAnn making herself the center of attention at what should be a private event for the children and their families.
Someting “a bit off”? A bit? Ya think? She will soon be 30. Even with many, many years of therapy, the chances of her having some sort of recovery and a natural, normal life are extremely remote. Eddie Cibrian himself is an emotionally stunted person. Brandi graciously praises him often as a good father but the reality is that he’s just a playmate for the kids at best. With Eddie and LeAnn having the kids half the time, there is so much damage going to be done to those kids. Brandi has her work cut out for her.
YES…way off…my opinion…I do believe LR has a love/hate infatuation with BG…I think when the affair began and they all went on a double date with their then spouses LR coveted BG’S life…she became obsessed…she so desperately wants BG’s approval…besides Brandi is the mother she always wanted…ie: soccer game when she sat with BG…BG mention game on twitter and LR immediately tweeted BG only to be totally ignored…not having Brandi’s blessing for “borrowing” her family is killing her…besides “I’m America’s sweetheart and always get what I want”…I bet BG takes up more space in her head than her new “bonus family”…LR probably thought in her arrested development mentality that her and Brandi could be BFFs…and that Brandi should be so lucky as to have her as addition to family…she idolizes BG and what she had…so she just took it at any cost…but the family she so desired…the one she stole will NEVER be the one she wanted…because she is NOT Brandi…she didnt figure that in…so now if she can be Brandi…show Brandi what “great” mom she is…maybe one day “Brandi will LovE me too”………..just saying…….
I’m a Brandi supporter, but even I can admit you have taken it waaaaay to far with this comment. Ridiculous. If she wanted Brandi as her BFF way back when, she would have tried to be her BFF, not screw her damn husband. She wanted Eddie, plain & simple. Leanne grew up an ugly, nerdy girl & Brandi is beautiful, easy going & secure with herself, so Leann takes notes from her. That’s all it is.

I agree, I think she is possibly Narcissistic Personality Disorder and/or Borderline Personality Disorder. Google these terms and they sound exactly like LR.
I have had someone in my life like this, stalking me and went to a therapist for advice. Their best advice was to cut off all ties completely. These people can’t be fixed (without years of therapy) and they don’t “grow up” you could wait forever. They can be extremely destructive, many therapists refuse them as clients because they cause so many lawsuits. Their lives are full of lies because they are so self delusional. They were broken as children and spend a lifetime hurting others. Think of LR as a little girl desperately wanting to remake her childhood with her own chosen daddy (EC) and mommy (BG) and she gets to snuggle in between for the love and approval that she missed as a kid.
It is not a coincidence then, that the people most hurt in LR’s marriage are Eddie’s children and she is deliberately delusional about her part in it.
To “thetruthhurts”…totally respect your opinion…but i do believe this to be true…LR hasnt any healthy relationship skills to have true friendship with anyone…true she wanted Eddie but at same time she wanted his family and immediate approval from Brandi…she felt entitled…when she didnt get reaction she is used to…in terms of always surrounding herself with “yes” men and women…she went off deep end…if she didnt care so much as to what Brandi thought of her…quite simply she wouldnt care…this is much deeper than just immitation
I agree with you Rita. I’ve always thought that there is something seriously not right about Leann. She has serious issues that are only going to get worst. I truly feel for those two little boys who are around her 50% of the time. In recent pictures of Mason with them, he doesn’t look happy, but always has a happy face when he’s with his mother.
Jake is always smiling. Mason never looks happy with either parent. It’s sad. He is older and can understand more.
I have to say I never understood how E and L got 50% custody of such young children. In the corner of Europe that I live in kids don’t get split 50-50 until they are much older. The ex-hubby usually gets every-other weekend until the kids are 7 or 8.Is this normal in the US or was it just Leanne’s money that got an exception made?
I’m guessing it had more to do with some complicated math formula regarding child support payments than any consideration for the welfare of the children, but perhaps Jezi can elaborate. She has repeatedly shown she has the most accurate and rational insights regarding this crazy story.
My parents got divorced and I have two little brothers who were those boys age when it happened. Even though my father did not cheat on my mother, he was absent from our lives a lot due to work and he did not appreciate the sacrifices my mom had to make while raising us basically alone. My now step-mom is an unbelievably nice and caring woman who we are still getting to know but we like her a lot. That being said, my little brothers are FIERCELY loyal to our mom because of what our dad put her through. My mom isn’t perfect and has definitely made mistakes post-divorce (Dating people we didn’t like, going on a vacation w/o us to get away, sometimes bad-mouthing our dad) but I have so much respect and love for her because she has dedicated her life to us. No doubt Brandi’s boys feel the same way about their mom no matter what faults she may have. LeAnn will NEVER be able to destroy that bond and it is simply pathetic and disgusting that she is trying. I know my step mom loves us and that is why she goes out of her way to respect my mom. You can take a husband’s love away from his wife but you can’t take a child’s love away from their mother.
