Last week, one of our biggest stories was about the Met Gala – specifically, who did NOT come to the Met Gala. Kim Kardashian was a no-show, which was surprising because her boyfriend Kanye West was there, dateless, and because Kim is a self-styled fashion girl. Early reports indicated that Vogue editor and Met Gala co-chair Anna Wintour had “banned” Kim because Anna hates all things Kardashian. Team Kat-Face claimed Kim was not “banned” though. Who knows the truth? In any case, the story just added to the new gossip trend: “Everybody hates Kim Kardashian and no one wants to hang out with her.” They say Kanye’s BFFs Jay-Z and Beyonce have snubbed Kim too, and that Kim isn’t welcome at any A-list party. In Touch Weekly pulls out the tiny violins for Kat-Face:
The fame Kim Kardashian has worked so hard to achieve is slipping away and even boyfriend Kanye West can’t help the reality star!
Banned from the swanky annual Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala by the host herself, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, Kim was forced to stay home poring over pictures of the event’s A-list guests. Now, In Touch has learned that Kanye went as far as to ask renowned designer Tory Burch, who dressed him for the exclusive gala, for help.
“He asked Tory if Kim could accompany him as his date,” a fashion insider tells In Touch. “There was nothing Tory could do against Anna’s wishes, but if Kanye had requested to invite a well-liked celebrity, it surely wouldn’t have been an issue.”
Kim also thought she might attend the Met gala with Kanye, and asked Michael Kors to dress her. He didn’t respond.
“She was so upset that he went to the Met event without her,” an insider shares of the star. After Kim’s quickie divorce filing, her onetime friends began abandoning her in droves, with former pals like Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé and Eva Longoria keeping their distance.
Kim’s splashy TV wedding “didn’t sit well” with Gwyneth Paltrow either. “She’d die if she were photographed next to Kim,” a pal tells In Touch. “She hates what she stands for.”
Sadly, Kim is far from well-liked these days. “Poor Kim doesn’t have a friend in the world. She’s always wanted to surround herself with famous people, but they don’t want anything to do with her anymore,” confides a source close to the 31-year-old.

Apparently, Halle Berry also hates Kim Kardashian too – but that’s because Kim and Gabriel Aubry “dated” for a month or two… when was it? In late 2010. And In Touch even says that Anderson Cooper has no sympathy for any Kardashian. So it has been written! Anderson is over it. Whatever, y’all. I know people are going to scream about this, but I just think that the Kardashians are “here to stay” – in the sense that they’re always going to have some level of fame. Now, at some point I’m sure it will drop off, like Paris Hilton’s fame. But you still know who Paris Hilton is, don’t you?

I think it might be a combination if her gigantic boobs being stuffed into what amounts to a half shirt and the high waisted skirt is doing her no favors at all; it does not fit properly. I don’t like her and her family, refuse to watch the stupid shows but I would kill for her figure. The best I was ever able to do was be super skinny. No boobs, no butt. I gained weight. Never in the right places. Damn, folks, hate her all you want but give the devil his due. I actually loved both movies…beautiful period pieces but come on, Cate BECAME Queen Elizabeth I. The movie may have taken huge liberties with history but seeing one of my favorite historical figures come to life before my eyes left me breathless. I, too, was angry she did not get the Oscar.

yep, still raging over it, but the more i see of Hollywood the more i understand what happened.
At the time Cate Blanchett was doing her IAMtheatre actor who dabbles in film routine, she barely promoted it. Ditto most of the other actors in it. Joseph Fienes was the real loser because he was a star in both. Only Goeffrey Rush understood the Hollywood Awards show game and played it.
GOOP in the meantime, having grown up in Hollywood, took every interview, TV spot, opening of an envelope that would take her. She was every where. The entire award season the IAMtheatre actors where no where to be seen. Unsually for Hollywood, the film managed to win some major awards but come Oscar night, GOOP took the oscar.
It’s a lesson they all learnt. Since then, come award season, every actor who wants that statue is visible ad nauseum.

Cate BECAME Elizabeth completely. I am obsessed with English history and loved being able to live there for so long. She was really amazing in that role and it stands up to this day. So freaking good!

Can someone please explain why Gwyneth is considered the high and mighty blue blood? I mean isn’t she just the daughter of actors/directors like everyone else in hollywood? That is hardly considered “new money” and in some circles, especially back then that is considered tacky? Why do people treat her like she is the upper crust or something. The hate of a woman that is dating your ex is something I can’t understand.The women that date my ex can have the sorry SOB and good riddance! Why be all up in the Kool-Aid of someone you aren’t with anymore? Halle and Gabriel weren’t even together at that time. I think everyone is threatened by her level of fame because they had to work so hard for theirs. A lot of their stars aren’t shining as bright as they used to be and she continues to get press. Should that matter? None of those ‘celebs’ can think they are better than anyone else. They all do dirty things and have pasts just like anyone else. I don’t watch Kim’s show, and I’m not a fan by any means, but I can’t deny she’s a beautiful woman and can dress to kill. She hasn’t had any more or less surgery than anyone else in Hollywood.

Okay, I understand how the exclusive private school stuff works but at the end of the day she is just the spawn of actors, just like many others in hollywood. Her pedigree is not any better than mine. And I think you are on to something about Carolyne Bessett. Gwyneth does seem to resemble her style and look. Also, Paltrow has her Goop website isn’t that tacky? At least for someone who is “old money”? Well, it is a big NoNo for anybody NORMAL
It spotlights the hugeness of the butt, and most women, the normal ones, try to avoid that.
But the ‘Trashian is evidently on a quest to turn herself into a cat-faced alien, and the pecil skirt serves only one purpose – to bring that mountain of fat she calls her A$$ into everybody’s face.
Also, in the second to last picture, her face looks positively mummified. That expression brings to mind a feral cat in an alley that just dragged itself out of the trashbin.

The only reason Hollywood doesn’t like Kim K is because she believes in God and Catholic church. The rest of the stars are on board with Jay Z and this new world order crap where he thinks the real world will begin when the church ends.
