Jennifer Aniston has been the (Botox?)-face of SmartWater for several years now. She’s mostly done print ads for the company, but she’s also done at least one commercial that I know of. Aniston has a vested interested in SmartWater – she owns stock in the company, and she’s even done some “candid” photo-op modeling for the brand too. I’m sure she will continue to represent the brand for years to come, so Aniston now thinks it’s time to get her boyfriend involved. Yes, hipster Justin Theroux has gone completely corporate at this point – he’s helping Jennifer “write” a commercial for SmartWater. SELLOUT.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are working on a short film spoofing the gossip coverage of their lives. One source tells Page Six, “It is a parody of the paparazzi and tabloid interest in Jennifer’s life.”
The movie will poke fun at nonstop speculation that Aniston could marry or get pregnant. The film, produced for Smartwater, is planned to be a new viral ad for the water brand she promotes. The source added that Theroux is helping Aniston write and direct the project, and they’ll shoot it in July.
“It is a parody of the paparazzi and tabloid interest in Jennifer’s life.” Ugh. I mean, I get it. All of the speculation is funny and gross and way too much, but I’m irritated because A) Aniston and her team actively engage in all of the speculation, and they definitely help certain storylines along but of course this commercial won’t be a parody of THAT and B) Once a celebrity (any celebrity) begins parodying their own celebrity, it’s just kind of lame and famewhore-y. Creating a commercial parody about the constant speculation seems like a move that Miley Cyrus would make, you know? I’m not opposed to JustJen becoming ONE in all matters, but for goodness sake – this is just dumb.

the only “collaboration” i’m aware of between BP and AJ is A Mighty Heart, and it’s more complicated than just, BP wanting wife to star in the movie.
Mariane Pearl connected with AJ when the latter was still a single mom of Maddox (after BBT, but before M&MS). Similarly, Mariane Pearl met with BP and his production company when Plan B was still a BP+JA venture. It didn’t get made/released/whatever asap. because of many reasons (partly because Ms. Pearl was reluctant to have the book turned into film, but also due to other things), and many things happened in between.
I remember this because the death of Danny Pearl was widely reported in my country, and then Mariane Pearl’s book was also somewhat discussed in my country due to that connection, and then subsequently the film. It was simultaneously discussed in the current affair section and the celebrity gossip section.

in my country, drinking tap water, even boiled, is not recommended. even if it leaves the water company in an okay grade, the pipes between there and home (either home pipe, or public pipe) could be contaminated. and we’re not even talking about the time when tap water coming out really brown and murky due to some leaks in the distribution pipe.
that’s why people tend to choose bottled water, or the refillable RO water stations (not all places have them though).
but if it’s good tap water, and a simple portable filter can do, i don’t see why disposable bottled water is needed.mainly because i’m a cheapo though heh heh. if i am already paying for tap water, etc.

Brad has made great films, especially since he has been with Angelina & has received numerous nominations and praise for his work. Angelina has also made films that are important to her, especially her ITOBAH debut. Brad and Angelina actually do things in their spare time instead of tanning & yoga.
No one cared about Justin and his greased hairline before Jen. He is loving the attention, private planes, talk show & mag. appearances. He is Jen’s own Casper Smart.
The JP’s were massive sell-outs long before this. All the corporate product endorsements they’ve done…Many were foreign endorsements so yeah, they knew they were selling out. Also, we don’t even know if this tabloid spin on Jen’s subject matter for her video is even true so everything here is rather speculative.
OH PLEASE get over yourself. The reason Justin is a sellout is because he is betraying the standards he himself set down as immoral. JUSTIN mocked sitcom stars and Tom Hanks and mainstream Hollywood now his patheticness is doing his best to reap the rewards of others ‘corporate lameness.

I think it depends on how you’re defining the word “sellout”. In this case, I read it more as betraying your artistic integrity (however you determine that) for money. I’m not sure how you’re defining it, actually – because all Hollywood money is skeezy, or something about big business? Not sure.
