You can add Teen Mom Farrah Abraham to the list of reality show starlets who opted for plastic surgery makeovers when their fame was waning. (I think that list includes Heidi Montag, obviously, Vienna from The Bachelor, just about every Teen Mom who’s had a boob job, and Bristol Palin.) Farrah got a boob job a while ago and was pretty proud to show them off. She recently dropped an additional $16,000 on a chin implant which she didn’t need and a rhinoplasty, the verdict for which is still out. I think her face looked better before and she has a very fake look now that ages her well beyond her 21 years. It would be sad if she was a likable person at all, but I found her whiny and annoying on Teen Mom. She’s young, she can change, but this is a pretty good look into her priorities. On the bright side maybe she paid for the surgeries by selling her story to In Touch. Here’s more:
After a double procedure — rhinoplasty and a chin implant — and $21,000 spent on three plastic surgeries by the young age of 21, the former Teen Mom cast member tells In Touch, “I finally feel gorgeous.”
21-year-old Teen Mom Farrah Abraham exclusively reveals her new face only in In Touch after going under the knife for two procedures: rhinoplasty and a chin implant.
“I’ve hated my nose since I was 13,” the single mom, who had her first plastic surgery procedure, a breast augmentation, in 2010, tells In Touch. Now, after her latest surgery — performed Oct. 7 in Bal Harbour, Fla., by Dr. Michael Salzhauer, Farrah says she’s thrilled with the results. “I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again,” she says. “I feel gorgeous!”
And even after spending a total of $21,000 on altering her body ($16,000 on her face and $5,000 on her breasts) Farrah tells In Touch she has no regrets: “I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it.”
“There was pain,” admits Farrah, although she insists she “wasn’t insecure” before the surgeries. “But it was very worth it.”

Maybe her face will settle, because right now it looks really puffy and weird. In Touch has a profile view of Farrah before and after, and she had a strong chin before. I don’t know why she got a chin implant, it looks bizarre and fake to me.

Apart from the fake bake, I do think she looked better before. I’m not buying that she didn’t do anything to her eyes, either. Her eyes look strange and like they’re sitting differently on her face. I’d like to see more photos though. In reaction to this story I could do a lot of hemming and hawing about why young girls do this to themselves, and how they’re stuck with these new faces for the rest of their lives. In my time we just got regrettable tattoos, and we had the foresight not to get them on our faces or necks. In Farrah’s case I don’t really consider her a cause worth fretting over. I hope her daughter is ok and well cared for, though. Farrah’s mom is a nasty piece of work.

I think she looked better before. Its crazy that we have ACTUAL single mothers who are struggling to feed their kids (or even married mothers, times are tough for lots of us) but these dipshits are flush with cash. Sometimes I hate our society.

Not sure about the “before” pic posted on this site, because her natural nose was quite big, particularly when looking at her profile. Maybe she learned how to pose so that her nose looked less prominant. It certainly looked much bigger on tv.
I’d have to see more pics, but anything would be an improvement over her natural nose. It took away from the rest of her features. IMO, she could have done without the chin implant, although from what I have read some surgeons recommend chin implants after rhinoplasty so that the face is more proportional.

Okay, correct me if I’m wrong but this girl isn’t rich right? I’m sure she gets money for being on the show but it’s not as if she’s Angelina Jolie or something with a shit ton of money. Some of these girls make $140K per season and film 2 seasons per year so while it’s not Angelina money, $280K is still a hefty salary by many people’s standards.
They should still be saving though because their 15 minutes are probably already up and I don’t see them possessing any real skills to create a successful future for themselves.

I can understand a person that has insecurities about their appearance that they may want to change, but if I were her, I would have made sure that I set aside money for college for my child before going under the knife. She was pretty before, but now she has erased some of her exotic look.

Okay, I really cannot stand this girl when I used to watch teen mom. She is an annoying whiner,who loves attention but why is everyone assuming she hasn’t put away for her daughter? The girl always had a job, she is/was in college. I don’t think she is that dumb, besides she got paid for this “exclusive” so it’s not really any money out of her pocket.

Dreadful chin implant. A small chin/jaw is one of the visual markers of a feminine face! In your 30′s and 40′s, as everything moves subtly southward, the LAST thing you’ll want is more volume in your lower face. That’s why all those Hollywood ladies get injections in their cheeks and cheek implants– they’re trying to recapture the triangle of (feminine) youth: big cheeks, small chin.
I also think the old nose was much prettier. But if she wanted it smaller, the plastic surgeon should have made it proportionately narrower. Now it just looks wide.

That’s just wonderful. These teen moms get knocked up and get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by MTV so they can document their sh*tty lives, and most of these teen moms use that money for plastic surgery, material things, and bad tattoos. Because, you know, it’s not like there are people out there who are struggling more than these spoiled brats and people who would use that money to pay off their bills or their student debt.
Nothing could ever convince me that creating Teen Mom was a good thing. How can these girls identify with most teen moms out there when they’re getting paid a lot of money AND they could afford to have MORE children at a young age? It’s all sickening.
