Lily Allen lost weight again. And like anyone who wants to celebrate their new body, Lily found an elegant, well tailored skirt suit to show off her new curves. And then paired it with a see-through mesh shirt. Because no one better dare accuse Lily of having even an ounce of class.
AFTER her bum-baring last night, LILY ALLEN chose to expose her mid-rift this afternoon.
The singer glammed up for a business meeting in West London, wearing this see-through Armand Basi outfit, Chanel sunglasses, black leather gloves and a small red bag.Yesterday evening she flashed her rear to snappers while adjusting her underwear en route to Matthew Freud’s Christmas Party.
Her demeanor was a touch classier this time round.

And what led to the weight loss? Lily isn’t talking – she’s letting her torso speak for her. But about a month ago she did mention that she’s given up drinking, so maybe that had something to do with it.
Lily Allen is steering clear of booze following her bust up with Sir Elton John at the GQ Awards in September.
The socialite, 23, told the music legend, 61, to ‘f*ck off’ on stage when he made a joke about her drinking.
‘No drinking for me,’ she told GMTV at the Atlantis Hotel launch party in Dubai.
‘I suppose, maybe, the whole Elton thing with the GQ awards…I got a bit attacked for that whole thing and it wasn’t really necessary.
‘So I thought, you know what, I’m fed up and I’m not going to give people ammunition anymore to make me feel silly, so I’ve stopped basically.’

Unfortunately for Lily, she can wear all the almost-sophisticated suits she wants: no one’s going to perceive her that way until she actually starts behaving as though she has some class. Like not getting into feuds and bad mouthing other celebs. Oh and not ruining an absolutely gorgeous suit with a naked top. And not picking wedgies in public. But once she stops drinking and changes her entire personality and her behavior, then people will definitely not have any ammunition to make her feel silly.

And I actually like her.
I actually like Lily Allen. Yes, she is crass and unmannered, but it’s refreshing to see a celebrity who isn’t trying to be an eloquent, sophisticated, charming humanitarian who fawns over every puppy and small child.
And while she is often embarrassingly sloppy, the press crucifies her enough for it that I’ve come to find her endearing (in her sloppiness).
But the mesh is tragic.

That’s not a suit with a mesh top – it’s an all-in-one dress.
She’s so desperate for attention, what is her problem? It’s stunt after stunt after stunt. What next? Firetruck red hair?
It’s not a naked top, it’s a dress with a perfectly tasteful mesh panel at the front. She looks great. I like Lily, she’s not a people pleaser and at least has a personality of her own, not one manufactured for the media.
That’s what coke does, it makes you loose weight.

The weird asymmetrical ruffles on the dress look ten times worse than the mesh paneling. Either way, she looks really good.
I like Lily. She doesn’t sugarcoat and b.s. like 99.9% of other celebs.

Quitting drinking might have helped. Alcohol has A LOT of calories! One reason why I rarely drink!
She looks good, but I hope she lost the weight in a healthy way, because it seems like she lost it in a pretty short period of time. The only time I’ve ever dropped weight that quickly was when I had a nasty case of bronchitis that developed into pneumonia.

Bit harsh there overall, JayBird. I pick my wedgies in public, only difference is I’m more discreet and people aren’t taking my picture anyway. This is the best we’ve seen from Lily in a while, give her some credit.

That outfit looks to me like the mesh is inserted in the outfit an all-in-one thing. I like the skirt part, and the decoration on the left would look better on both sides IMO (without the shoulder deco). And the gloves are adorable. But the mesh trashes everything, like a stripper outfit.
She looks good though, as long as she doesn’t lose any more weight. Her skin looks clear, and her hair is shiny and well-kept. Overall, despite the mesh being trashy, it’s quite an improvement for her.
NOW calls her a socialite? Oh, so THAT’S what she is.
Lily Allen wore an under garment, for a while (Spanx) that made her appear thinner, then she went to hypnotist Susan Hepburn, to take interest in going back to the gym. Her alcohol problem is exaggerated. And her statements are blown out of proportion. There called tabloids for a reason people!
