Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael are fighting in public again. Lindsay posted a rant on her blog just in time for Christmas about her father’s illegitimate daughter.

i think that people go through a lot in life. and the things that we go through, whatever they may be, simply just make us stronger in the long run… that is, if we actually take what it is we have learned from our mistakes and teach ourselves what NOT to do in the future. i have gone through a lot in my past, and to be completely honest, i am still going through a lot right now.. my father just let my family and i know, amongst others that he had another child after my little sister Aliana, or maybe he had it before Aliana?? either way, he cheated on my mother and that really sucks… MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! wow- do i sound like “debbie downer” or what? not trying to be…
Michael Lohan has of course promptly responded to his daughter’s claims. He says it’s not true that he had another child outside his previous relationship with Lindsay’s mom and accuses Lindsay’s girlfriend Samantha Ronson of writing the blog entry:
In an e-mail to People, Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, strongly denies his daughter’s claim, and said in a separate conversation he believes there is a “99 percent chance” Lohan’s MySpace message was actually written by her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.
I wonder if People approached Michael for comment via e-mail, or if he just fired off an e-mail to them the moment he read his daughter’s blog.
The child Lindsay mentions is most likely a 13-year-old daughter from Michael’s former mistress Christy Horn. When Horn went public with claims that the girl was his daughter, Michael Lohan admitted that he cheated on his wife with Horn around the time the child was conceived. He then turned around and vowed to sue if the paternity test showed the girl wasn’t his. He demanded cash from news outlets to reveal the paternity results, but has yet to take a DNA test. Michael now claims that the mother of the child made it impossible for him to take a paternity test as she asked for travel expenses to cover the trip to NY for herself, her daughter and their lawyer.
Here’s some advice for cheating partners: use protection. Apart from the fact that you’re potentially bringing home diseases to your partner, you also run the chance of making babies. Babies that you will have to pay child support for, in addition to the children you are going to have to pay for when your partner kicks you to the curb. Your kids may resent you for cheating on their mom, too.

I’m sorry but I just can’t even muster the tiniest bit of sympathy for any of these people. Dad cheated on mom and may or may not have an extra kid, daughter is mad about it and generally pissed at dad anyhow, dad is defensive & doesn’t like daughter’s girlfriend, blah blah blah.
This shit happens to somebody every single day and night. Lindsay is a hyper brat & her dad’s not very good at being a dad. So what?It’s not like these people’s problems come from mysterious sources - they are all self-inflicted. Don’t stab yourself with a knife then yell at someone to ‘look what that knife did to me, it’s so UNFAIR’ - get over it.

Anonymous: Exactly. Lindsay is incapable of dealing with anything on her own. She has to try to drag the entire world into her issues as if nobody else has ever had such problems but HER. That’s so bogus it’s boring.

Everyone is quick to jump on Lindsay’s case and propose that she started this, but really, she’s just writing in her own blog. WE, the press, and fourteen-year-old fans of Lindsay’s MySpace are the ones giving this issue the attention it doesn’t deserve.
Kate, I wonder, too, why Samantha is always attacked. I have some theories about her. She’s very skinny and always has dark circles under her eyes. These physical signs point to something that she is very good at hiding. She’s 30 (or older?) so she’s gotten good at hiding whatever it is.

Dani first of all Lindsay is 22 years old,if she chooses to be with Samantha its her choice.Lindsays father has found an easy target.Samantha is very private and never talks about her private life,thats how she was raised,she is British.Lindsays father should answer back to Lindsay instead of blaming Samantha for everything.As for Samanthas appearance,are you serious?She is working at night and lately heavily travelling around the world.Of course she will have dark circles under her eyes.Her weight its clearly a problem,but judging from her mothers and sister appearance,it seems they have it on their genes,and she herself wrote numerous times in her blog that she has lacked sleep and food lately cause of the heavy scedule.Even if she takes drugs,Its her choice,as its Lindsays choice to stay with her.In all this saga,Samantha has remained dignified,when she is being dragged throu the mud.

Can anyone tell me why this guy attacks Samantha on this issue?He has emailed again news outlets and gossip sites calling Samantha names,and that she ruined his family.Is he serious?He realy expected Lindsay to come back home for the holidays under these circumstances?He is probably angry cause Lindsay exposed the whole child thing and he lost the chance to get any money from it.This kids mother also gave a numerous interviews,so i bet she too will try to milk the Lindsay Lohan connections as much as she can.
Samantha deserves a medal.I wonder if she will answer back,or she has just resigned to the fact that she is branded the bad and mean person in this whole saga and is just sick of it all.
