Here are some photos from the “world premiere” of Fast & Furious 6. They’re just going to keep churning these out, aren’t they? My aunt loves them. She loves Vin Diesel. I don’t get it, but sure. Anyway, I just thought you’d like to see some photos from the premiere, especially since Celebitchy Fan Favorite Elsa Pataky was there. Surprisingly (or not?), Elsa’s husband Chris Hemsworth was not on hand to support his wife. Huh. Anyway, I know many of you think she’s quite “tacky” but she’s been looking pretty good on red carpets lately. This dress is very “look at me!” but it works.

And here’s Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. I love Michelle. I can’t even explain it, I just love her. I like the fact that she “tried” to really get done up for the premiere, but I think the dress is too girly for her. She needs something cleaner and more minimalist. Jordana is blah. Pretty girl, but forgettable. Jordana is wearing Jenny Packham, one of Duchess Kate’s favorite designers.

@Anna I had to laugh at that because they do look similar but Pine is not my cup of tea and I can only deal with so many blondes, Hemsworth being one of them. Also too many stories about Pine being a douche; even though there are some douches I do like (Ben Affleck) But my Paul Walker is known to be a sweetheart and very low key. I can’t believe he’s already 39.

Pataky does look good, her body is insane, but I am gonna go ahead and still give her a side-eye bc 1)Chris and 2)she posed for People beauty feature being all ‘ageless natural beauty’ despite massive amount of plastic surgery. Which there is nothing wrong with, inherently, but I just hate the hypocrisy and false advertising.
No CHarms candids lately either, aside from his Instagram. I know someone on a previous post said that IG account has been proven fake, but if it’s not Chris posting directly, it HAS to be someone adjacent to him – either his PR team or family. There is simply no other way to get those private pix of India and old family photos. So unless he is a complete Dumb Bunny, he is at least somewhat complicit. And that HURTS.
PS – thoughts on Marvel willing to replace Chris in Avengers 2/3 and Thor 3, rather than consider a decent raise?
@Anna- Am I a bitch for thinking her body is just ok? I mean she has a good figure, yes, but all I see when I look at her is fake boobs and a barely there ass.
As for the Chris/Marvel stuff, a lot of people don’t realize that all of the other actors had to take pay cuts for RDJ, plus he got a back end deal. I can see why they’re pushing for more money this time around, but I highly doubt they’ll replace anyone with their own franchise. I can see them maybe excluding ScarJo or Jeremy Renner since their characters were not all that important in any of the films.
She looks very pretty here, I have no problem saying that. This is not the best I have seen her hair but it does not look bad.

I have no idea what you are talking about re: CHarms and the Avengers replacement. I think Marvel has done their homework on those contracts – I would be surprised if they didn’t learn their lesson on RDJ. My guess would be that no actor is going anywhere unless Marvel wants them to. This is all theory on my part but Marvel came back from bankruptcy and that wasn’t through dumb luck.

@Anna It doesn’t surprise me one bit that Marvel would rather replace Hemsworth than pay him a decent salary. They had previously threatened Paltrow, Chris Evans and ScarJo with that same BS of accept my offer or risk being recast. Marvel is a greedy stingy corporation which made me glad that RDJ was able to stick it to them with his backend deal for every Marvel film he appears in. Oh yes and they were considering replacing him as well. After the major success of IM3 it’s kind of tough for them to do that now. While all other celebrities were flaunting their goods at The Met Gala, Downey and his wife was at dinner with Kevin Feige and Marvels execs to discuss his future with Marvel. I’m hoping Chris H. gets to do the whole renegotiating of his contract as well after Thor 2 is released.

Btw, same friend who made the Pataky PR call dubbed Chris Dumb Bunny and I havent been able to quit calling him that (affectionately, of course). So yesterday we went to a pet shop and she took a pic of me petting a golden bunny. So cute. So soft. So dumb.
Buuuuuuuuuuut….sadly, lately I have been inclined to think that nobody is that dumb. Except for maybe an actual bunny.
He *has* to know. She can’t him dressing shabbily/not holding the baby if paps are there.
Elsa doesn’t look good in this dress, on contrary I find Michelle beautiful, and she had very few make-up.
Michelle’s face and skin are flawless.
She’s so feminine and yet so tough. She has this delicate face with that personality. I love her.

I think Jordana is very pretty but I find her choice of dress rather unfortunate. I feel like she and Michelle both look kind of prom-y. Michelle particularly….she has a great vibe and this dress doesnt seem to match it. Something edgier, even grungier, would be a better fit. Esp for a car-centric action movie.
Yeah she looks good, but she’s TOO glammed up for a minor role. BUT I suppose these moments are so few and far between, I’ll let her have this one. 😛
I actually find this to be okay. Not the best choice, but I don’t find it tack because she kept her hair simple and her makeup natural looking. Had she gone with serious makeup, this would have looked “pageanty.”
I can’t stand these movies. Despite the fact that they feature women who are tough I can never shake the feeling that it’s just more of the same “be tough so it’s hot for the boys” act. The girls dancing in skimpy clothing at the premiere made my skin crawl.
I think Michelle Rodriguez is gorgeous and she is who she is. I don’t think she tries to be anyone else. For that, I will always like her.
Also, I think Michelle proved from her stint on “Lost” that she actually is a talented actress. She doesn’t just kick ass. She has acting skill.
Gina Carano is in the movie too. I’m pretty meh on her to be honest. Michelle just seems so much more likeable to me.
I like The Rock though I don’t find him attractive. But he has an appealing personality.
I also realized who it is that I always confuse with Chris Pine: It’s Paul Walker! The two are totally interchangeable to me.
I just can’t look at Pataky without thinking of that awful shoot she and Adrian Brody did in their love castle. The bathtub shot….if cb is going to do a post on her, it should ALWAYS link to those photos.
And the most memorable thing Jordana Brewster has done (in my memory) was date one of the Wahlberg boys….Mark or Donnie. Can’t remember which. She’s been around a LOOOONG time.

I don’t like the way Pataky uses Chris H to promote her own fame. To me, she really puts a lot of tarnish on his bright star.
As for her hair, I think she looks prettier with it a little darker and longer, and this dress, it just isn’t classy. It’s just like her screaming for attention–“See me, See me!”–something she does too often. Really, I don’t see how he can stand that about her. I don’t think he’s dumb. I think he’s probably just a nice guy trying to keep the wife happy by doing what she wants, even if the woman is the Queen of Tacky. IMHO the dress could have been beautiful if it didn’t have a beige flesh tone and had been something else.
